I couldn't believe how much stuff this holds with careful packing. More than enough room for a two-night (had space left over last trip, so went shopping and filled it up!). Like the four outside zipper pickets: bit enough for paperbacks, magazines, sundries. The zippers look reasonably sturdy. (I have several small LeSportsac shoulder bags that get a lot of punishment and those zippers have held up with no problems, so I hope for the same here.) Lightweight for the size. A couple of minor complaints: It would be nice to have at least one inside zippered pocked, and I wish the shoulder strap were wider and with some kind of padding: it's tiring to carrying using the shoulder strap when it's fully loaded. I finally got a black tower and when necessary, wrap that around the strap which helps a lot. Not cheap but good value for the money if you do a lot of weekend traveling.

I have a couple of sizes of LeSportsac bags, but this size is a life saver when traveling. It can be folded up and placed in the bottom of a suitcase, duffel, daypack or whatever else you are traveling with and used to bring home all that stuff you never thought you would buy while on the road. It's made of strong, tear proof nylon material which can be wiped clean, inside and out, with a damp cloth. Also has outside zippered pockets, a removable shoulder strap and a handy matching zipped pouch.

I have travelled the world with this bag. Not only is it stylish, it is easy to carry and holds literally everything and anything. It fits right under the airplane seat. It has been my carry on when traveling to over thirty different countries. Though I wish this bag had some inner pockets, the outside pockets come in handy as well. I've had this bag for about six years, and it has held up very well. There has been a little wear and tear here and there, but for the most part there is nothing it can't handle. I also highly recommend it if you are a weekend traveler. I have fit clothes for a weekend along with three pair of shoes in this bag. I love this bag so much.

It was just as described. It has a lot of space and it's perfect for weekend getaways. I love the Hawaii theme print and the quality made is durable. I can't wait to use it.

I purchased the black patent for any kind of travel that might come my way. Others said it was a good carry-on, and it is for overhead storage. I used this bag on a 3day trip to the beach to see my friend, and it was perfect. The patent is perfect if you're like me, and you like to be a stylish traveler. I am personally not a fan of LeSportSac's patterns at all. I own a metallic Kasey bag, and my duffle is patent black. I would say my only complaint, and really I had to think about it, is that the outside and the inside are sooooo black. What I mean is, it is a good sized bag, and if you look inside of it empty, it's like a black hole. I think lining it with something like silver or just stripes or anything would help. For awhile I didn't even remember it came with a small matching pouch, because it matches so well I never saw it inside. Great bag though. A good purchase for road trips, weekend trips, etc. No rips or tears, and I have had it for a year. It's my 2nd LeSportSac and both have served me very well!

Love this bag! Bought it to use as carry-on luggage. The amount of clothing, shoes, accessories, and electronics it can hold is amazing. The large outside side pockets are great for travel documents, books and magazines. The two small end pockets can easily hold a camera, iPod, and phone. The black patent look gives this bag a nice upscale look. It can be carried with jeans or a suit.

This is a gorgeous bag! Just love the print. I am doing a lot of travelling right now, and this bag is just the right size for a carry-all, or for last minute packing that doesn't fit into your big luggage. Hope this will hold up. Thank you Zappos for the easy and free shipping!

After searching high and low for the perfect weekend bag, I have found it in this one! The size is perfect for a long weekend, it's lightweight and OH-SO-CUTE! I couldn't be happier!

I love this bag! It is so light weight and very spacious. I can fit just about the same amount in as in my small rolling suitcase, but it is so much lighter! I wish it had a hanging pocket inside or end pocket for little things that are contained inside, but it is still a fantastic bag!

Yes, I bought the weekender "She's a Piston" bag. And let me tell you how "beautiful" this bag is! I have "rarely" seen such beauty. The endorphins and seratonin that is released each time I look at this bag. Wow! I set the bag up on my counter and look at it each and every day. Yes, it's that beautiful. I love this bag. I have it in the rainbow-zebra print (Zewow) and I get compliments on it all the time. Very electroclash/Lisa Frank. The bag is all nylon and very light, although the unpadded straps mean it's not the most comfortable bag to tote through the airport. It also comes with a little matching cosmetics pouch.

Cute and practical! Perfect for weekend trips or sleep-overs. Also comes with a toiletry case. The lily pattern was a big hit with my 10 year old!

Love this bag, has worked great as a carry-on, holds a lot, and it is very lightweight. My only complaint- wish it had a padded shoulder strap. Also folds up to nothing so you could put it in your suitcase to use as an extra bag for purchases on trips. Great weekend bag.

his bag is great! It's so lightweight and the side pockets are perfect for storing everything. But if you're debating between this size and the extra large weekender, definitely go bigger. It fits enough for a weekend trip but I always over pack and wish I would've gotten the larger size just to be safe.

Smelled fishy when I opened the box, as did the matching tote bag. I washed them, but the fishy plastic smell is still there. Will be returning them once they dry out because they will be unusable for my trip. I don't want my clothes and personal belongings to smell like fish. Very disappointed, because they seem nicely constructed.

I am really happy with this bag. I took it on a two week trip to the UK. I used it as my carry-on bag on my way there, and checked it with my other suitcase on the way back. In between, it fit nicely in the overhead racks on the trains. I got every thing I needed for a four-day excursion in it. The outside zip pockets are very convenient, as is the two-way main zipper. The fabric is attractive, and the short handles and long strap (which I used as both a shoulder strap and a cross-body strap) are convenient and sturdy. The matching pouch was also very handy. I'm so happy I bought this bag. I love it!

This is a great weekend bag. I got the peach pin dot pattern and it's really cute. The bag holds quite a bit and has a big strap which makes for easy traveling. The outside pockets are great to quick access to things like your boarding pass or liquids. When I fly, I pack a regular carry on suitcase and my LeSportsac. Between the two, I never have to check my luggage. The LeSportsac, if not overstuffed, can fit under the seat on an airplane. This bag is also perfect for a weekend away, hence the name.

This is great as a gym bag! It holds a lot and is very easy to carry around and manage. I have received many compliments on it!

My review is for the embroidered "Be Mine" color of the LeSportsac large weekender bag. The size, multitude of pockets, and light weight were really great. However, I am sad to have to return this bag because of the quality of the decorative embroidery featured all over the bag. Right out of the packaging, the bag had areas on some of the hearts where the stitching was coming loose. For a bag that I will want to depend on for durability during travel, I don't want to worry about the embroidery unraveling. I had to take off a star from the review as a result. I'm disappointed because I've always had great experiences with the quality of LeSportsac and already own a few of their other bag styles. Because of the other positive aspects of the large weekender bag, I am purchasing a different color and it will be one that doesn't have any embroidery. Also, Zappos shipping was perfect as always.

Adjustable strap makes my short getaway easy. Almost always, it is my carryon for the airline rides. Surprisingly plenty of room in all four pockets. Guess where I keep my airline ticket wallet? Yep, its pocket!

Stripey-scallop pattern bag is very cute. I got this to replace my previous LeSportsac Large Wkndr which I used daily as my gym bag for 7+ years (the plastic part of the strap broke). No inside pockets in this one, but I prefer the sturdier fabric and the bright blue solid color interior (should be easier to find things inside).

I just got this bag to replace my old one which I used to death. The price was great and the design is super cute. It holds so much (perfect for a long weekend) because it's soft. Both handles are useful. This is a lightweight practical bag that is great for the car and in the overhead when flying. I recommend it highly for short trips when you don't need structured luggage. If you can get this particular piece at the current price go for it!
