I loved these boots instantly. I tried the Tambos first, but they were too small (I'm size 10.5). I have 5 pairs of MBTs already, so I was skeptical of the "lower profile" sole on the Goti boot, but good news: they still feel like MBTs! I'm not sure what the second zipper is all about; the calf of the Gotis has plenty of room for me. Wore them with a semi-tough looking mini to two different holiday parties and got lots of comments/attention. I consider myself an MBT evangelist and the Gotis have done nothing to challenge my fate.

First I'd like to say how very helpful customer service was when there was an uncharacteristic delay in my order. My representative was courteous, patient, and creative in ways she tried to help. About the boot: I love it. I have been wearing MBT shoes for five years, and they help keep me energized and get rid of my low back pain. For me, these boots are no exception, only they are more cool and cute than my others. However, they do feel more snug than any of the sneaker styles. They are comfortable for me probably because I am fairly tiny: small bones, narrow heels, and little legs. (I also have flat feet). If you are border line, try to size up, not down.

These do not run large. I ordered a size down instead of up based on the reviews. A regular 7 1/2 foot will not fit into a size 7 boot. I like how they adjust at the top to fit a skinnier leg. Wish they made half sizes!

My fourth pair of MBTs. I wore these out of the box all day, on my feet with no break in required. I have nearly flat feet, and try to stay athletic - for a 50 year old. After a close call with plantar fasciitis this past summer, I bought my first pair of MBTs and never looked back. They're the only brand I buy now - get tons of compliments wearing these. Guys think they're sexy. So what more could I want for orthopedic shoes?

I love my boots. Not only they are super comfy, but the look is also very nice and sporty. The leather is soft. I get a lot of compliments when I wear them with skinny jeans or tides. Just wish the heel was a little higher.

Love the look and feel - I could see how comfortable they are... however I am so disappointed - the boots were way too tight at the calf and could not zip up. My legs/calves are not thick-I don't know who this boot is designed for! Sadly returning - will try one half size up to see if it makes a difference, but I'm not hopeful.

I love super cool black boots and am an MBT fan from the beginning. I have an easy to fit foot but this boot was terrible for me...toe box way too tight...and the calves were tight and I have slender calves. So disappointed as I need a boot I can walk in up to 8 miles/day!

I wish I could say I love these boots. They're really cute and still provide the benefits of MBTs. However, I tried them in three sizes and none of them fit. They're too narrow in the toe box (although I have a bunion) and way too wide in the heel, so I couldn't walk properly. The inner zipper was finished poorly and rubbed my ankle too. I would dearly love a pair of MBT boots - and their "one size fits all" philosophy just doesn't work for my feet.

Definitely a lot smaller than other similar-sized MBTs I have purchased so I am returning them with regrets. (I think the next size up would be too big in the heel.) I thought they were cute but I think I'd prefer a higher boot.

People at Zappos where amazing: friendly, helpful and even loving and compassionate. I had never experienced such a wonderful service before.

I really like these boots. Because I have to wear inserts from a bilateral foot deformity I usually cannot get "cool" boots but these worked very well!

Love! I have been wanting a pair of MBTs for a long time, but they were always too wide, even with extra thick socks, or insoles. And have been looking for boots that fit my tiny calves, but could never find any that fit and until now! On both counts, they fill the bill. These boots fit like a dream. And they're super-cute! My only beef is that their cuteness doesn't shine when I wear them with jeans; they just look like big fat black clunkers. But for the comfort, and the way they make me feel, I'll deal. Plus, with skirts, they're really, really cute! And can wear them all day every day, for days at a time. My other shoes are getting jealous!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THESE BOOTS. I bought them after having bunion surgery on my right foot. They were the only footwear I could tolerate. They're very stylish. I get compliments on them all the time. The buckle is adjustable if you need more room in the calf. They fit great and even if my foot swells at the end of the day, they fit fine. They accomodate my left foot which still has a bunion and my right foot which had surgery, so it’s skinnier, but swells substantially from time to time. The boots fit well regardless. Took the pressure off my back and knees. My feet feel heavy towards the end of the day, but I can't blame that on these boots. They are stylish and comfortable. Great boots.

Most comfortable boots ever! They've taken me near and far with exceptional support. I have back problems and find that I'm able to stand/walk for longer periods of time without aches and soreness. Highly recommended!

I really like these boots. They are low-key, but stylish and I enjoy wearing a boot that I don't see on anyone else. My feet were sore the first few days that I wore them, but I wore them all day and MBT warns against that. Now I wear them to work, but also when I walk the dogs to try to get an extra leg muscle workout. I frankly don't notice any significant difference in tone in my legs. Hard to say whether the MBT pitch is real or not. I normally wear a 9 or a 9.5, and the 9.5 in these boots fits me well. The first few days I wore them, they rubbed my heels but stopped short of blisters. For this price, they should fit well and be very comfortable. I feel confident saying these boots do just that.

I was in NY this weekend and did not bring my usual MBT sneakers (they are just too big and heavy to pack) and I paid the price. I got my usual toe blister and one on the bottom of the back of my heel. New York is a fabulous place to walk a lot and I was so sad I didn't have my MBTs but I did bring some nice boots. They also gave my the above sore spots. I walked into an MBT store and saw these boots. I loved the look! Sadly I wear a 10.5 and they only had a 10 but I tried them on and they fit and the rest is history! I walked all over NY for 2 days in my new boots and they feel and fit like a glove! My heel and toes thank me!

These boots look fab and don't have that funny look of the MBT. They are super duper comfortable to walk around in (and I walk 3 miles a day), but I have it a 3 star for comfort, because I got a ton of chafing on the back of my heel. I find that wearing tights is not enough. There are other chafe points on the leg too. After wearing them for a while, the chafe factor seems to have improved significantly.

I wear a 9 in the MBT Chappa's (my favorite shoes), so I ordered a 9 in these boots also. Other than my Chappa's I wear 8 1/2 in MBT shoes. These boots, a 9 was too wide and long. I would suggest ordering 1/2 size larger than your regular MBT.

I usually wear a 7 or a 7.5, so after reading the other reviews about the sizing I ordered a 7.5 and an 8. I couldn\'t even get my foot halfway into the 8, so I sent them both back. Given my experience with the Sarima (see my review there), I won\'t be re-ordering this boot in a larger size.

No support, no arch, no flex or rocker movement, the soles are almost flat. They look okay but the top of the shoe part is making my foot turn cold it's so tight. Yet the length and width are ample. Never had an instep fit so tight and heel is out of place also. I will stick with my 2 pairs of older MBT boots...not something I can use, or get comfort from.

I have a pair of MBT maridi at size 9 and that fits perfectly. I tried on size 8.5 for this pair of Goti boots but my toes where hitting the front. When I tried on size 9, my feels were slipping. I have over 10 pairs of boots and none of them have heel slippage problem and this problem is not going to go away with more wear. Returning both, this is a pair of ill fitted boot. I do like the fact that it is mid calf boot and looks cute. BTW, the leather quality is worse than what you will expect from expensive boots. It feels more like the cheap one. Certainly Frye with similar price point has better leather quality.

MBT Boot, can't seem to get it right. MBT's much awaited Goti was a huge disappointment. Having 7 pairs of MBTs I am a fan, but they cannot get boots right. Cumbersome, ill fitting, two zippers and a buckle make this boot a disaster. One boot was pinching my heel, the other my heel slipped out. The shoe portion and top of the boot felt like two separate pieces that didn't belong together. Try again MBT!
