These shoes are narrow. While the footbed feels comfortable, my pinkie toe was jammed into the shoe.

I really like the look of this shoe. Beautiful detail and soft leather, however, it is too wide for my narrow foot. I was hoping they would work for me.

Rock hard!!! VERY heavy: it feels like it weighs a ton! So tight/narrow I barely could get my foot in! Nice to look at but a shoe this expensive should be both cute and wearable. Back they go!

These shoes are comfortable and cute. Instead of a wide width I ordered in Clarks that feel similar they are fine. My husband liked this style because he said the button showed. The reasons I am returning - strap velcro showed when closed, and toe cracks slightly visible.

Cute and comfortable! I found the 38 large on my size 7 feet, so will try the next size down. Great everyday work shoe for trousers or dark jeans.

Just received these along with "Muse." I'm keeping these "Trendy," but returning the "Muse," because even though the same size (39) the "Muse" doesn't fit as well. A bit clunky, but still cute.

I normally wear a 7.5W, so I ordered the 38. It was too narrow in the toe box, so I tried the 39. Unfortunately, I have to return because they are slightly too small in the toe box for me. Otherwise, it fits great (I have a wide forefoot & a narrow heel) and I'm sad to send them back, because they are beautiful and very comfortable. Thank you Zappos for the awesome service! I have bone spurs and a bunion on one foot. With the bunion, one foot is wide in front, but I need narrow heels. I have bought and returned about 10 pairs of dress shoes from Zappos, and these are the only ones I've worn in years--maybe decades-- that didn't hurt my feet. Style and comfort. What more can you ask! I normally wear an 8.5, but ordered a 9, and they're just right.

I normally love Naot and have several pair. But this one fit too high on the heel and was just uncomfortable. I may have had the wrong size but just decided to return and order a spring shoe instead. I will wear Naot again.

After injuring my foot, I found wearing my usual modest heels to be painful. These are the first heals I have found that don't cause me physical pain! The same walk in my old painful dressy heels that made me hobble like a pirate with a peg leg was comfortable in these shoes. I typically wear a size 8 or 8.5 and the 39 fit perfectly. They still may not be as comfy as tennis shoes, but they are a dressy shoe that is comfortable. For that, I am willing to pay more. I love these shoes!

Love these shoes! I wear a size 11 and these size 11's fit me perfectly. I am one to order for comfort ahead of style, though I always search for the most stylish shoe I can find that will afford me the comfort I require. I ordered these in the Peacock Patent Leather/Violet Nubuck color. They are so remarkably versatile! They go well with plum, brown, navy, and gray. To my surprise, I get a lot of compliments on these shoes! I think people particularly like the color. (I so rarely get compliments on any of my big size 11's!) I have worn this shoe on so many business trips and on long, long walks on concrete city sidewalks in New York, Chicago, Paris, San Francisco, etc. From day one, these shoes never let me down. They are extremely comfortable right out of the box! I have worn them with no socks or stockings before, and my feet don't have a sweat issue in them...however, I do tend to develop blisters, in these shoes, and in others, if I don't wear socks with them for any good period of time. Your mileage may vary.

Nice-looking, less clunky than some Naots due to the low-cut vamp and combination of leathers. Would have been perfectly comfortable except for pressure from sole insert in the area of the inside heel.

Beautiful, comfortable, and stylish! Actually this is my second pair, bought the navy blue last year and love them. I have narrow feet and they fit perfect.

So happy with this purchase, very versatile shoe, i.e. formal and casual occasions. I have narrow feet and these fit perfectly, no blisters after the first time wearing them. Expensive, but I suspect they'll last many years. Greatly recommend.

I have had 2 hip replacements in the last 2 years and have not worn any type of shoe with a heel. Since my son is getting married, I need a comfortable dressy shoe. I bought the Naot Trendy and the Josef Seibel Cara. Both of these shoes are perfect. I actually ordered a third brand from Zappos, but returned that one since it wasn't as comfortable. The shoes arrived promptly and the return was easy. Zappos has a very large selection of brands and styles that are not easily found in retail stores.

I bought these shoes to wear in Europe. I had heard that they are so comfortable. I haven't left for Europe yet, but I am wearing these shoes in my home everyday to make them stretch some. I feel the toe bed in the right shoe is somewhat tight. The next size up was too long. My efforts are paying off, they are getting more comfortable for my right foot toes. They look cute on my feet, thought they could be worn with a dress or slacks and are light weight. I have had many shoes delivered to my home and Zappos has been wonderful with the returns and service.

Lovely shoe that looks good on my size 8B feet. Comfortable, but slightly frumpy, even for me at 60. I also got the Naot Cardinal, which is much more stylish, but built on the same comfy last. They're the winners this time, but these are adorable, too.

Naots are my favorite flat shoes so thought I'd buy a pair that are a touch dressier, so picked the Trendy style. They are very comfortable even after hours of walking. The arch support is slightly less than my other Naots.

I love Naot shoes! And this is no exception. This is a really comfortable shoe. I can wear it for work and casual, so am quite pleased.

Love the lace pattern "throat." The style is very slightly dressy (I got the black leather ones) and a little flamenco! And even really comfortable for walking. My foot doesn't slide forward and my foot feels evenly supported. Makes my feet look small, too. Just love the Trendy.

I can't believe how comfortable this shoe is! I have had plantar fasciitis for nearly 2 years, and I feel some heel pain or discomfort with almost every shoe I wear. I have to buy shoes with good arch support or add orthotics to any shoe I wear. And I thought my days of wearing heels were done! So I was thrilled to wear this shoe all day today with mo pain! They are super pricey, but considering my high maintenance feet, they are worth it.

These are my new favorite shoes...a bit pricey but worth every penny. They're the most comfortable heels I've had in a long time, and still pretty cute! I walk around the city quite a bit, and with these, my feet are still happy at the end of the day.
