These boots are great! They are the second winter snow boot I got from Zappos and these are the winners. They are warm and the tie at the top is the best to keep the snow out. I wouldn't go jogging in them, but for shoveling, sledding and just hanging out they are good.

I loved the boots. They're keeping me warm in the oilfield, and I already recommended the boots to all the other crews out there. So if you work outdoors a lot like in the oilfield I would get some boots that are rated for negative temperatures.

I am very happy with these boots. They are heavy duty, fireman like. Very comfortable, size is true. Warm, waterproof. Carol was great over the phone. This should be the last pair of boots I ever buy. Love 'em.

Lots of snow this season, so it was time to toss the $15 no name snow boots I'd been using the past 15 years. After reading reviews of many brands and models, I rolled the dice on these knee-high Kamiks, and am I ever glad I did. I wanted warm, waterproof, drift-tolerant, and easy on/off. The Goliath 3 delivered on all counts. My favorite is the on/off ease of this model. I just aim my big toe in between the felt liner sides and I just sink deliciously to the soft felt footbed. "Butter" I tell you! And off? Just pinch the back of the heel with opposite foot and I lift easily out of this monster boot. I had surgery two weeks back, so I did catch-up snow removal of 25" today. Warm, comfortable, great support. These aren't necessarily for social outings, but they fill the bill every which way otherwise. And the composite safety toe was an unexpected bonus. Leave it to Canadians to make it right for the deep and cold stuff! And as always, Zappos is the best customer service company on the planet!

Just got these Goliath 3's, by Kamik. As far as fit goes, I ordered a size 8 in these boots, when I normally wear a size 7.5 or 8 shoe. The toe box is good with a single sock of moderate weight, but the heel is very loose... so I put on two pair of socks... and the toe box was tight and the heel was much better. They are super "soft" inside with a cushioned step... feels much better than the other rubber boots I've worn over the years. I have read that these linings "break in" which I am hoping for, for a more balanced fit. We will see. They seem very well made and a great value for the price. I will really put these to the test next weekend when I take them hunting in Northern, MI.

I got these boots. They are rated to keep your feet warm down to 75 Degrees below zero. You step into them in your socks and it feels like you are being strapped down in a rocketship. But you walk like a freight train. Still, I love 'em.

Hubby loves these boots. He works 8-12 hour days in and out of the cold, snowing, icy weather of Long Island, NY. His feet stayed nice and dry all day. Size 13 fit his foot perfect. He said they are a little stiff at fist and will take a few days to break in. Thank you Zappos.

What a disappointment. This is the second pair I ordered after the first pair ran a bit small. The problem with the size 12 is the lining. It doesn't fit the heel which cause it to bunch up. There is no way to fix it since it's over sized for the boot. Very uncomfortable. Not sure which brand to try next. :(

If you need a steel toe, complete warmth in subzero temps and total dryness then it is hands down the best. I have tried them all and have wrecked them all. I am laying water mains and sewers and doing repairs in -40f weather standing in a foot of water for hours. Feet never get cold and never got wet from sweat. The liners are great, easy to remove and install. Important to do after each use and let them dry! You get the safety toe as well so the company is happy. They are heavy but best boots for the application.

I use these boots for working the winter time. I work for a water distribution system maintaining water components (broken water mains, leaky valves, fire hydrants etc). These were excellent for me this winter, they kept my foot warm and dry. I've stood in up to 1.5' of water for about 30 minutes and no leaks. I did eventually have to place the insulation in a plastic bag then insert it into the boot to fight sweat condensation. But overall these were better than the Baffin boots I purchased last winter.

Just received these boots last week prior to a weekend snowmobiling trip through the northwoods of Wisconsin and UP Michigan. These boots, while maybe not the most stylish in the world, are some of the best footwear I've ever owned. PERFECT for walking/playing in deep snow, shoveling or even just taking the dog out. In fact almost everyone in the house (6 total) ended up borrowing my boots when they needed to run outside for a minute, eschewing their own boots from more expensive, more well known brands (cough - Sorel, North Face- cough). While the rest of your body may be cold when outside for extended periods of time, your feet will definitely stay warm throughout - I never even noticed temperatures well below zero in any part of my body below my knees with these boots. Only (very minor) negative- these are a little heavy, almost 5 lbs each- so you get quite a workout if you walk around with them all day. Or, perhaps that's another hidden positive...

I purchased these boots to replace boots I had purchased 21 years. Thus, the Kamik Goliath 3 would have a lot to prove. The KG3 proved topnotch. An all around great boot waterproof felt boot! True to size and all other specifications.

Just returned from 4 days in northern Quebec, including snowmobiling a full day in -40C and windy conditions. Followed this with two days walking on ice and in deep snow. The conditions were brutal, but my feet were never cold in these Kamik Goliath 3 boots. I normally wear a size 11 shoe, went up to a 12 in these as the 11's did not allow enough foot movement for extreme cold.

I like these boots a lot. Great for working outside in frigid temps. My only issue is they have to be worn in temps 20* and under or else your feet start to sweat and thats wearing regular socks.

Bought for Ice Fishing. My feet were cold when I put them in these boots. Within minutes I had drilled several holes, splashed icy water on them, my feet were warm. I stood on ice, in the cold, for about 4 hours and my feet loved the boots. Zappos was great with the selection, price, and delivery. I will be back!
