I've boughten these in the past and they are my absolute favorite flip flops. But they changed them and now the part that goes on top/between your toes is a weird plastic that is so uncomfortable and will definitely give you blisters. I returned them. Go back to the old style please!!!!!!! Don't change something that doesn't need to be fixed

I bought two pair a few years ago white and black wore them to death !!! my white are now black , so last year i bought 3 pair once in each colour ... i can't wear them the straps at the end are so hard plastic that I blister under them ... i tried so hard to wear them that I got callouses ... but still they hurt ., So sad because the other were perfection for my feet ... Please tell me if i buy more this year that you have changed the straps back to a better softer material . i really want more !

These shoes are cute, but very uncomfortable. I would return them except i bought them at the end of last summer. I just got them out and used them for the first time and now it's months later. I've owned several Reef flip flops in the past and have never had an issue until now. Reef has always been the only brand i would buy.

PLEEEEEEEEEASE bring back the Heartbreaker flip flop. It was the best flip flop ever! The Krystal Star is no where near as comfortable. The Heartbreaker had the leather straps which were so much more comfortable on the feet and between the toes and the little heart medallion in the middle. I love wedge flip flops and it seems like you have no selection of those anymore. I know many others loved the Heartbreaker flip flops and would be a much better seller. Please bring them back < 3 !!!!!!!!!!!!

I love the color, but that's it. There is NO support or arch like other reef flip flops I have owned and the hard plastic between toes is very uncomfortable as well. Very disappointed.

Really hurt my feet and I couldn't tolerate them. The glitter part rubs against my skin and literally torn up the skin

Bought 3 pairs of these several years ago. They were my favorite flip flop. They lasted forever and were so comfortable and cushy. Wanted to replace the old ones that had seen better days. Got the same size and the new ones are SO NARROW! Even going up sizes didn't help. PLEASE GO BAD TO THE WIDER ORIGINAL VERSION! PS I'm a size 6 so it's not like I have huge feet! But my baby toes wouldn't even fit on the foot pad and the straps were so tight!

Pretty but I could barely get my foot in the straps as they were so tight. Since I bought two different pairs of flip flops, both the same size, and I could comfortably fit my foot in the other pair, seems like there was something wrong with this one. The sole of the flip flop would be too large in the next size up.

Not comfortable, straps very uncomfortable.

Sent the wrong flip flops to my daughter. She returned to get the right ones!

good for a young teen ....too little girlish color

I bought a pair a month ago and loved them so I decided to buy 2 more, in different colors. I'm in the process of sending them back. Both pairs were defective. The 3 knobs that hold the strap on are popped out. I bought them for a beach wedding. Too bad because I really liked them.

I had purchased stargazers several years ago & absolutely loved them. The toe part of the strap disconnected from the plug & I could not fix them....but DO NOT like the new version. They are too narrow & the straps are too tight to just slip your foot in. The older version was much cushier also. The wider base version was so great. Am very disappointed. Was told you do do not have wider sizes. Wish you hadn't changed a good thing. Will need to look at different brands in the future. If you go back to the other version, would be happy to purchase a few pairs

It looks relatively good, but the sandals began to break after one month of use. Very fragile thing, I do not recommend it

Strap broke after 3 months. Called customer service for a replacement. They make you jump through so many hoops to get a replacement, I gave up. I'm pretty sure that's they make the process difficult. Required photo proof, receipt and then requested that I fill out a warranty claim. I understand some of this but come on... they have a $3 cost to you. Why do you need loyal customers to jump through so many hoops? Terrible Customer Service. Treated me like I was lying about the poor quality. Wondering if anyone else has had quality issues with their product.

This is my second pair of the exact same sandals and I ordered the same size and color, and these were more than a 1/2 smaller. Inconsistently made.

I have this shoe in 3 colors and cannot wear any of these because the straps are made of plastic and they cut into my skin and hurt terribly. However, I have 8 pair of these in the fabric made straps and love them. I just bought my 3rd. black alligator style fabric lined one yesterday which had been in the store for years. Please, REEF come back with your fabric lined wedge I teach in them daily so comfortable. I also liked the rainbow colored alligator wedge. Great style wedge is the perfect height. Come out with the quality straps not the cheap plastic please!

They are definitely not true to size. They were way too small, I had to return them.

Cute but disappointed they were more like an 8.5 than a 9. Won't order the next size up because I'm worried they'll sill be too constricting. I don't usually have problems with shoes being true to size.

I spent the day at an outdoor festival and after 30 minutes of walking around, the straps started to chafe and blister on the sides of my feet and between the toes. They are cute flip flops, but no intended for walking around for long periods of time.

Today I wore my sandals for more than a few minutes. I thought it would be nice to knock around the house in them because they are so comfortable. Well, that was a mistake. The strap broke from the bottom! I would say that I might have caught them on something and it tore off, but there was nothing in my floor to catch them. I am so disappointed. I was hoping they would outlast the $4 flip-flops I got at Old Navy two years ago... but they didn't.

I bought these wedge sandals 4 years ago and they were my go to sandals every day of the year (especially when I knew I would be walking around ALL DAY) until it got too cold in the year.People would wonder if they were comfortable since it has a heel and I would rave to everyone who asked how these were the most comfortable sandals/shoes I have ever owned. This year I thought I would give them a break (although they are perfectly still fine) and purchased another pair online. Oh, the disappointment when I received them! My first thought was that I had a bought a knock-off pair as it was NOT made with the same materials as my last one--it just didn't feel the same. I came to Reef's site to do a comparison and to my dismay, it is the same sandal I bought. I tested by using them around the inside of my home today. After a few hours, the tops of my feet and in between my toes are now red and chaffed from the poor quality straps. Reef brand owners, PLEASE bring back the old design and quality on these sandals.
