I spent so much of my time hating Uggs, but once I received these, I have completely changed my mind! Traditional Uggs are so ugly due to the weird shaped toe, the folded down cuffs, and the girls that wear them in the summer with skirts. But now I understand why everybody wears them -- because they are the best boots in the world! They are a little tricky to get on and off, but do ease up the more they are worn. I would not size down in these (at least if you are size 12), as they fit my feet just perfectly and sizing down would've caused them to be too small. I never wear socks with my boots and my feet never sweat in them, despite how warm they are. They do look a little "Frankenstein"-ish, but when they are on your feet, they are much cuter. Since they are Uggs and so "in" right now, you can wear them with anything and not feel ridiculous. Most people don't even know they are Uggs until they see the label, due to the unconventional buckles and nice rounded toe (the aspects that makes these boots awesome). I am so happy!

I was really worried about ordering the correct size, as the stores where I live don't carry these. I am usually a 6 1/2 or 7, and the 7 fits great. I could probably fit in a 6, but with socks (if it gets that cold) a 7 is great. Yes, they are a little difficult to get on, but with some pulling it was no problem. Much easier to get off than on. They are so cute; I am very happy. Can't wait to wear them!

These boots are great. I wasn't sure what size to order because of mixed reviews so I went with my normal size, 10, and they fit perfectly. They were a bit clompy when I first started wearing them. But like any good quality shoe, they look and fit better after you break them in. Been wearing for about two weeks now and I don't feel like I'm clomping around anymore. I sprayed on a waterproof coating. Slightly snug in the ankle when putting the boot on but nothing I couldn't handle. Very warm! Sturdy boot!

Very cute and stylish. I'm not a big fan of the traditional Ugg boot, but this is perfect. I can wear this boot with or without socks and still have my feet stay toasty wear. Very well constructed and will wear this shoe for many snowy winters to come.

I love the boots. At first they are hard to put on and take off, but you have to wear them for a couple of hours and they become softer. I also should've gotten them in a half size smaller. I got them in less than 24 hours with standard shipping, which was amazing. I would definitely recommend these boots to a friend as well as buying things from zappos.com.

These boots are amazing! I was desperate for a warm winter boot and wasn't a fan of how ugly other winter boots are. I've had the Kensington for a year and they're still in good condition. I'm usually a size 9 in shoes, but size up in boots. However, I decided to go with a 9 because people advised they run large and I'm glad I did. I'm not an Ugg fan but these boots are warm and pretty durable for snow and wet weather. I also didn't have a problem with taking on and off these shoes as I notice others have, and I have a wide foot. I guess it just takes some getting used to. However, I would say I'm very satisfied with the Kensington.

Love the Ugg Kensingtons oiled leather finish as opposed to the usual Ugg suede. The biker look sold me! I take a 7 1/2 and tried the size 8 but it was a bit too big, so I chose the 7. The boot is much easier to put on barefoot, and like any other boot a little pulling is required to put on and take off!

A great pair of boots. Bought them for my mom. She loves them. They are very warm and comfy. It's usually hard to find a pair that's wide enough and also looks good on your feet, but this pair accomplished both of these tasks.

Zappos - you rock! Your customer service always exceeds my expectations. Thanks to other customers' reviews I ordered the right size. I normally wear a size 7, and I do have a high instep so I took the advice of other customers with a high instep and did not size down. The boots were hard to get on but I sprayed a little shoe stretch on the instep put them on and they are perfect. They are too cute, have received many compliments on them. I broke my ankle 3 years ago and I have problems finding boots that I can wear. I can shop all day in my Uggs, my ankle doesn't swell or hurt. Good job Zappos and Uggs.

Love these boots. These are my 3rd pair of Uggs and I love them. I get lots of compliments on them. They are very warm and cozy and very cute. This leather seems a lot more durable than the traditional Ugg. Unfortunately after a month or so of wear one of the inside seams started to come apart, but thanks to Zappos amazing customer service they took care of it. I will never buy my shoes anywhere else again! Thanks Zappos. I love you...and my Uggs too.

Very stylish and comfy. So warm! I love them! I haven't tried them in snow yet but I'm sure they'll be perfect. I used the "Wet Proof Kiwi Outdoor" as a water repellent.

Definitely need to order a full size larger than other Uggs. Very hard to get your foot into boot. Otherwise a beautiful boot made from nice leather.

I tried these on in the store, I wear an 8 but couldn't get them off my feet even being barefoot. The ankle of the boot fits tight so I recommend going up one size. I ended up getting a 9 and love them !

I love these boots and the shipping was really fast - I ordered on a Monday and they came on that following Thursday. I wear a size 8½; I ordered a size 8 they fit great. I do agree that when you put them on for the first time they are hard to get on, but after you wear them a couple of times they stretch out at the ankle and are much easier to pull on. They feel like you are wearing your slippers. Will purchase more of this brand in the future.

I love these! Very wide and comfortable and warm... It's like going barefoot but not!

I was very happy with the shipping and when I got my boots they were just what I ordered. Yes, like the reviews I read before I bought them said, they are a little hard at first at the ankle to get on - but once I wore them a few times I haven't had as many problems. I got a size 7 because that's what my other Uggs are. And I'm glad I did, because if I would have went with a bigger size they would have been sliding up and down my heel. The 7 fit great, feel great, look great, and best of all they keep my feet dry and warm and I don't need socks. I would buy another pair from Zappos.

These boots are simply the best! I am finally upgrading my traditional Uggs which are about 12 years old, to this super chic Kensington. I love the fit, and adore the look. The ankle is not too tight for me, it just makes the boot fit more snug and less sloppy. It's truly a smart boot, all the way around, I adore it.

I wear 7.5 wide. Have Ugg Classic tall boots in size 7, and they fit me, but Kensington was one size too small. Couldn't get past ankle part of the boot. Went one size up, and got in. I suggest go one size up if you have wide feet.

I love these boots and I wear them a lot, but a word to the wise. They are very hard to get into. I usually buy a 7 in Uggs but I had to send them back and get an 8. I could not get my foot into them. Even the 8 is hard but I am determined, and I am breaking them in. But once you get your foot in they are just an comfy as ever. I also waterproofed them several times. And I am very impressed with the shipping time - soooo fast I could not believe it.

I'm typically a 6.5 and I got these in a 7 since others said they ran small. I found they fit great and I had no trouble getting them past my ankle but I don't really have thick ankles. They are super comfy, really nice soft leather and very warm!

Buy the kid version if you can!! I tried these on in a store and had a difficult time getting them off because of the narrow ankle (and my ankles are narrow). I wear a 6 1/2 and ordered a kids 5. Fits perfectly. And, best of all, they have a zipper, which solves the narrow ankle problem! Very happy.

As always Uggs are great. There is so much warm fur inside. The style of these shoes is good too. WARNING: If you expected these boots to look like actual leather boots, you will be disappointed because they just look like a regular pair of Uggs. WARNING 2: I ordered a full size larger than what I normally am (I'm normally an 8, I ordered a 9) and it was definitely worth it because I heard reviews of how it was difficult to get your foot past the ankle opening. Order a size up!

I started seeing these boots out and about last year and decided I needed a pair. They're just really great looking. Now, I have a hard foot to fit. Most reviews of this boot said to order a size down because they ran large. If, however, you happen to have a really wide foot with a high arch and instep (in other words, duck feet, like mine), then you may want to order a size larger just so you can get the boots on your feet. This, I believe, is because they taper in at the ankle, making entry difficult for those of us with a high instep. I tried two smaller sizes before finally being able to get my foot into a 10, which is a size larger than what I usually wear. It's been three weeks since I started wearing them and only now have they eased up enough that I am able to get them on without a struggle. Pull tabs might have helped. It was worth the initial struggle though...and I still give them a 5-star rating. They are warm, comfortable and look fabulous!

I am now a new UGG nut! And I have been a Zappos nut since its beginning! I have decided to write a review to cover several style UGG boots and slippers for those of you who may be having trouble picking sizes and styles. My foot has a high arch/instep, medium width/B, size 8, as measured by a Brannock device. I am a size 8 in dress shoes and a size 8.5 in sneakers/low cut boots/hiking boots where I wear thicker socks. This year I bought 2 pair of UGG boots, Mayfaire’s in a 9, Kensington’s in a 9 and two pair of UGG slippers, Coquette’s in an 8 and Tasman’s in a 10. I wear all of these barefoot as that is the expectation of UGGs. I tried but returned the UGG Cozy II slipper size 9 because while it hugged my fore foot well, it was heavier and stiffer than the Coquette and Tasman. I also found my toe slamming into the front of the sipper. I couldn’t go a size bigger like in the Tasman without having 2 inches of shoe behind my heel. Also the tag under the heel area was a real disappointment. The Ultimate Short boot size 9 was the most padded of all the UGG boots I tried, but it offered zero ankle support and was narrow feeling in the fore foot area. The style boots I chose as mentioned above hug my ankles well and also help keep my toes from slamming into the front of the boot which I hate. Also these styles offer some wiggle room which is important for me to prevent cramping. Regarding the slippers, the Coquette’s are the most snuggly slippers I’ve ever worn. I found the bomber jacket color to fit snugger than the chestnut color. This worked out well for me because after a week of wear they stretched width wise a bit. However, this is not an issue and they still stay on my feet due to all of the wool. The Tasman stays on my feet a little better than the Coquette’s and its look reminds me of a classic house shoe. I found that the Tasman pushed my foot towards the front of the shoe due to its design. This then forced me to a size 10, but still hugs my foot well due to the wool. All are plush and comfy and I couldn’t be happier. I’m glad I finally decided to give in and try UGGs after resisting all of these years! Oh and I purchased the UGG Sheepskin and Care Kit and an extra Water and Stain Repellent from Zappos which had the best pricing. When I dropped brownie mix on my boot I was glad I did! I guess you can say I went NUGGTZ! Good luck in your purchases!
