Bought for a seven week trip in Africa - solo travel through Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe, South Africa and Mozambique. Carrying a large camera bag so I wanted something to constrain my clothing etc. for the trip. Never ran out of room - great ergonomic pack - seldom used it as a back pack as I used mainly public transport then friends vehicles. Awesome bag - hate backpacks to travel with - this solves the problem

I've had the Sojourn 60 litre travel bag for several years now. I really like the build quality. Good wheels. Solid zips. Durable material. Some well thought out pockets, but not too many. Firm sides for structure, but flexible enough to overstuff it with odd shaped items when required. It's showing a little wear after many trips, but when it eventually needs replacement, I'll almost certainly buy the same one again. While I liked the fact that it has pack straps when required, I've only used those once. Since I use this for business travel, I've actually removed the pack straps and stick a rain shell in that back slot. Most of my trips are 5-10 days and I don't wear a suit, so this size works out really well for me.

Was concerned about the price and if it was worth a large investment, however having used the Sojourn 60L both internationally and locally now for a few years it was more than worth the price, so much so we are back on the site today looking for more Osprey gear. Highly recommended

I love this bag. I have an orange no wheel Patagonia duffel that I have used for years in my travels as it carries a ton and always fits in the overhead compartment of air planes. I teach abroad every summer and I tend to overload my duffel with books. I decided I really needed a wheeled duffel and this one is terrific. Light weight, lots of compartments to organize, can also be carried as a backpack, and it fits in the overhead. Wish it came in a brighter color, but the grey is elegant.
I'd also recommend:
Patagonia, Rimowa, Marmont, The North Face

Can the top compartment slider be changed to add a lock?
