I wanted a shoe that would be a good everyday walk-around shoe. These are very stylish and seem to have good cushioning but the shoes are a bit narrow for me. I am trying to use a shoe stretcher to make them wearable now. But since I thought these were "relaxed" fit shoes I was under the impression the fit would be a bit loser, which was what I was looking for. A True wide width would have been better.

Had to return the shoes due to them being too small. Overall the shoe is nice if right size.

I bought these in a desperate attempt to match the comfort of the ASTUTE-ADROIT STYLE 60859 model I have, but which you discontinued. The 60859s are the most comfortable shoes I have ever had in my 73 years. These Diameter-Heismans are in no way near the comfort level of the 60859s. I feel that I wasted my money. I can't afford to purchase every style you have to see if any are as good as the 60859s, so this will probably be my last purchase from you. These will get almost no wear. I weigh over 300 lbs and these remind me of it with every step, whereas the 60859s are, as I said before, the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned in my life. I've got to go before I let you know what I think of whoever made the idiotic decision to discontinue them.

I ordered these shoes on a monday morning from the Skecher website, needing them for a trip I was taking the following week. They did not ship until the following friday and did not arrive until tues and I was already gone. I paid extra for expedited shipping. I sent an email to Skecher for explaination and have been ignored. I will not buy skechers again based on their poor customer service.

I wear these for work, and maybe I am hard on shoes, but these tend to wear faster than my previous pairs of sketchers. They are rather ugly when they wear as well with white fraying lines and discolored leather.

For more comfort, I recommend buying these shoes in a half size larger than your normal shoe size.

Shoes selected for holiday wear. First day out in 29 degrees both inner soles folded back when 'hot' feet exited! Has done it consistently since purchased [8 days ago] with the result that I have now had to glue them in as the folds were becoming uncomfortable. Not best pleased!

These have been returned some time ago and still have not received credit so I can reorder.

Although the shoes look good and seem to be well constructed, there is an unfortunate design flaw below the ankles. After trying them on, I discovered the pointed edge of the shoe below the elastic insert is so stiff that it dug into the area just below my ankle and abraded the skin. I had to treat it with Neosporin and let it heal. I was at first dismayed (and angry) that their return policy says that only unworn shoes may be returned. If a customer doesn't wear the shoes, how can it be determined if they fit and are comfortable? I wrote to Customer Service to voice my upset, but they said their 45-day guarantee will allow a return. They will be sent back tomorrow at no cost to me for credit to my card.

THE SHOE WAS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. FIT OKAY BUT MY HUSBAND HAS BUNIONS AND THEY FELT TOO TIGHT AND HURT HIS FOOT. WE RETURNED THEM, BUT WE WILL BE GOING TO A SKECHERS STORE TO TRY SOME ON. WE WILL DEFINITELY BUY ANOTHER PAIR.

These shoes look good but only lasted 4 months before wearing COMPLETELY through the sole. I have other Sketchers which have held up better. Buy these only if you plan to wear them occassionally and without being on your feet much. I am disappointed because I like their look and comfort when I first bought them.

Shoe is considered to be an EW size - wasn't close. Would call it a regular width

I thought these Skechers looked great. I wear them for work and going out. While I do spend a lot of time on my feet, these shoes lasted 4 months. That's it, 4 months. At this time, they have started to lose their stitching, and have holes worn on the inside of the heel. They are profoundly uncomfortable after any length of time spent on my feet in them, and without inserts for the soles, would have been intolerable. I will not buy Skechers again.

These were holding up great for a month or two, then the stitching started coming undone in one area of the shoe and the hole has been getting larger and larger. Another problem is the traction on the bottom of the shoe takes in a lot of dirt for some reason. I wear these to work and there is always a dirty mess under my chair (just with these shoes).

These shoes are great - if you'll never do long walking. Wore them at the NY State fair - walked 4 to 5 miles, and by the end of day, my legs hurt due to lack of shoe cushioning.

I like Skechers a lot, have been wearing other model for a past 4 years. But I though this model would be good but found out that 8.5 size is too big, does not fit well and had to return. More sad thing is that I ordered these from Skechers.com it cost me a fortune to return. I am very unhappy that with Sketchers.com don't [...] take the return at the store for returns. At least they should take the returns for size issues. I would never buy skechers again from Skechers.com

First, the pair I received are close, but do NOT look like the picture. Mine have a dark brown stitching and not white stitching. Mine also have a cheap, thin pleather-ish cover over the top/side seams. They look like different shoes altogether. Next, they have zero form of ventilation. I have a lot of shoes. Lots. I've never had a pair smell as bad as these after just 3-4 weeks of occasional use. Its ridiculous, frankly. I'm currently trying to see if I can return these, but as usual, Skechers is very slow to respond.
