I had to purchase my boots elsewhere because my size was out of stock at Zappos. I adore these boots. Yes, I had to size up from 7 to size 8. Yes, I had to return my original purchase and it took another week and a half to get my size sent from a different vendor. That being said, the boots are comfortable, edge and I will be wearing them a lot from now on. I love the looks of them, as I am not an athletic shoe type. I like clogs and boots and don't even own a pair of sneakers. These boots are a great addition to my collection of footwear and I love them.

I love these boots! They truly stand out in a crowd. I ordered them in black and brown and have received a ton of compliments. They are well worth it! Make sure to order a 1/2 size up. I normally wear a 6.5 and the 7 fit perfectly.

Absolutely love these boots. I get compliments on them almost every time I wear them. I was on the fence about what size to get after reading some of the reviews. I normally wear a 9.5, and most reviews said if you are in the middle order up. I didn't, I ordered the 9. I didn't want to chance the boots being too big and swimming on my feet. When I first got them they were so painful I almost sent them back. After about 4 wears they eventually stretched out and now fit my feet perfectly.

Omg, I'm in love!! These first caught my eye on season 9 of Project Runway where Anya rocked ‘em. I had to have em... I searched high and low and back again (very popular boot). I even checked Zappos and they were out of my size, but I checked back every day and there they were, 5 layer fringe size 11. They are very true to size in my opinion. I have thin legs and they fit my calf perfectly. So I'd imagine if you have a thicker calf you may have little trouble zipping them up. The have a very thin sole and no arch support, but somehow are extremely comfortable. I purchased the dusty brown color and the picture depicts the color perfectly. All in all, they are a great boot and I'm going to purchase them in black. Don't hesitate if you are thinking about ordering this boot. Here today, gone tomorrow.

These boots are so awesome. I received them today, and I love them. Comfortable and stylish. I kept reading everywhere that people felt as though they ran a half size smaller, but I have to disagree. I have flat feet, and I swear my right foot is bigger than my left, and they fit me perfectly. You should definitely pick up a pair!

Awesome boot! I am 6 ft tall and ordered the 5-layer fringe because it has a taller shaft. I am a size 9.5 and ordered a 10. Perfect. I will be ordering another color!

Even though I am returning these they are a very cute boot. I also ordered the 3-layer fringe boot and I think those look better on me. I think they could be a bit narrow for some-for me they were true to size.

I can't believe these boots are on sale the very next week after I paid full price! Even so, I would do it again because they are by far the most comfortable boots I've ever owned! Cute and sexy...since they are on sale maybe I will get another color...get them, you won't be disappointed! Zappos also was right on time with delivery...just in time for me to do a zumba demo at a night club where I did not want to wear sneakers. I was on my feet all and they worked perfectly, and I have arthritis in my feet. I'm very happy with this product!

I love these boots! They are so unique and comfortable, I will be wearing them everywhere this spring! A couple things I would've like to been aware of before purchasing these boots: They run small! I am between a 9 and 9½ so I ordered a size 10. I am so glad I did because even going a size up they felt a little snug. So if you are debating between two sizes, definitely go the size up! They are tight. If you have muscular calves, these boots may not fully zip up. These boots would also be impossible to wear with boot cut jeans. Only leggings or skinny jeans seem to fit underneath for me. If you are on the fence about getting these boots I would stop thinking about it and just buy them! You will not regret it! :)

I absolutely love these. I wish there was a 9, but I got the 10.
It is a little long so 9 1/2 would probably be the best, but they are a keeper. I love them.
I got them to go with my Authentic Native American Buckskin dress. I have worn them only around the house, so far, but absolutely love them.
The fringes do need a little flattening out from shipping in the box so they just lay flat; make sure the fringe is all going in the same direction.
Store these with something stiff in the shaft, even if it is rolled up. I have found newspapers works great. I came up with that as an alternative to an expensive boot tree, and it works!
Try it for all your soft cowboy boots, too! These are a keeper.
But if I had to return them Zappos is number one in customer service - I get my boots the next day and they take care of you if you do not like them, or they do not fit. Awesome!

A+. Awesome shoes, awesome shipping, awesome service. The Zappos experience couldn't have been any more pleasant. Paid a little extra for 3 day shipping, received item overnight! I decided I wanted a different style, called to see if there was an exchange process. Got through right away, the guy I talked to was very helpful. He made my exchange, shipped the new shoes overnight, and Zappos even covered the difference in price. When I got the new shoes, I was able to try both on, decide which ones I wanted to keep, and send the others back. It was very easy to print the return label, and drop the box at a UPS location. Superb job Zappos!

This is a fantastic shoe. I got it for Christmas, and I adore them. They're a lot of fun to wear, and I get tons of compliments on them. They are very versatile and look great with everything I've worn them with. I also have wide feet so we ordered a size 10 instead of my usual 9, and they fit perfectly. Overall a great product that I would recommend to anyone looking for some special shoes.

I love these boots. They are so flattering to my normal sized but not too shapely legs. The look is very versatile too, from bohemian to native to rocker. They are pretty comfy and have stretched out about a half size since I started wearing them. The only problem I have with them is that the right boot slouches down about two inches shorter than the left boot which stands up nice and tall. Also, there is not any arch support and I have flat feet so a little support would be nice. Overall I love these boots and the feeling I get when wearing them in LA, where I have yet to see another girl with a pair! Come on fashion divas, wake up!

I got these boots as a Christmas gift from "Santa". As soon as I saw them in person I knew that they would be perfect. I'm 5'11" and they come up to the top of my calf, not completely to my knee. Also, I have chunky calves and they still have a little wiggle room. The foot definitely isn't made for people with wide feet. But for me, being a size 11, it's hard for me to find boots that fit and that are tall enough. They are a little bigger than I expected and they seem to be as close to perfect as you can get. They are so comfortable and surprisingly not hot. I even like them more than my Uggs! I wore them with jeans and with cream tights and dress, and they seem to go with almost everything. One of my best Christmas presents to date.

WONDERFUL! Love these boots. They're good in hot weather, actually, and don't make your feet scorching hot. I have small calves, and they're starting to slouch a bit (I've had them about two weeks) but you can't even tell through all the fringe. The fringe is so fun to walk in! Don't plan on sneaking up on anybody, though, because the do make noise when you run. Must have!

After much deliberation on these boots: are they too crazy? too hippie? will the fringe be too loud and get tangled as I walk?, I finally decided to live on the edge and buy them. After all, Zappos was going to let me return them with free shipping, right? The boots are awesomeness with a capital Awesomeness! It finally dipped below 70 here in sunny Florida, and I wore the boots everywhere last weekend. I knew they were perfect when an adorable little girl stopped me at Target to tell me she loved the boots, and later that day I was told I was "the coolest mom at the football field". They aren't hot, contrary to what one would think with the suede and all that fringe, and I did return the 6 for a 7, which is perfect. They are super cute with shorts, short skirts, tucked in jeans, you name it. I run and have chunky runner's calves, and I have plenty of room for jeans tucking.

OMG looks so much hotter in person! Plan to wear with my faux denim leggings for the fall season! They are really HOT and comfy. I've been wearing them around the house and I think this will be my #1 boot this fall. Wear with skirts, leggings, sweater dresses, etc. I love the shake, shake, shake lol. Oh and they are a tad bit big, but I can just wear thick socks. I normally wear an 8.5 - 9 in boots, I bought the size 9.
