Very disappointed in the sizing. This is definitely smaller than it should be in this size and is not a wide(E) shoe.

Excellent shoes, very well made classic loafers. Look great. Be sure to get the ones with the rubber inserts in the soles for traction.

One of the most comfortable loafers I have worn in 20 plus year. Highly recommend. Personally I thought I would give CH a chance again, I had a pair that was manufactured in in Mexico and the soles literally fell apart, the quality has gone down a bit since leaving Italy however for the first couple of time this shoe has been great.

First pair of these shoes and wont be my last. These are very comfortable. I wear them about every other day in the office. Highly recommend.

Other reviews indicate the same size problem I had. I sent these back twice as they ran 1 size too large. Well worth the wait. Very well made with a great feel.

First of all, these are on the narrow side. I got these for my husband who always gets 11B and these were too narrow for him. That is a first, I believe. We reordered an 11D which amazingly fit. They look great and he says they are very comfortable. Thanks for your great customer service, as always!

Order these a size wider, I had to have them stretched. After that, comfy and good looking.

Zappos is the best! I had to send this shoe back twice because of the wrong size. Each customer service person I spoke with was amazing. They did everything possible to help me return the unwanted shoes. It is honestly the best online experience I have ever had!

This shoe and Zappos service exceeded my expectations. Next time I will go back to Zappos.com!

Shoes fit nicely and are well made. Would recommend, and since I needed a wide width, Zappos had what I needed.

Ordered 1/2 size smaller than my true size based on reviews and worked out well. A bit stiff out of the box and snug on the top of the foot, but I expect will break in nicely. Classic penny loafer look and comfortable.

Love em. True to size. I went with a wide even though most other shoes fit just fine. The Nike Air sole is incredibly comfortable.

A+. Unbelievably superb customer service. Consumer guru Clark Howard referred Zappos, so I was confident in doing business with them. Not having bought any shoes in years and never from Cole Haan, I had to order 3 pairs of shoes before I could get my current fitting. (My feet have shrunk.) As I recall, the replacements were delivered next day! I want to do much more business with Zappos, and Cole Haan too! It is a no-brainer.

Got this for hubby and he loves 'em! I originally got 11.5/wide. His size depends on the company as it always is and in this case, the shoes were a little too big for him. Communicating with a rep on live chat is the easiest thing! The rep was fantastic, and emailed the return label to me to save me time. I recently had to call another company to speak to a sales rep, and was put on hold for a long time and it felt like more than 10 minutes. The call incurred minutes on my cell! Phone communication with a sales rep is so old school. So I really appreciate live chat with a rep and it's free! The rep mailed out the new shoes without receiving the old shoes first! Love it! Got the new shoes the next day. Hubby says they put extra cushion where the ball of the foot touches and the shoes are very comfortable. Hubby's 41 yr old, and losing cushion in his feet :-( But Zappos is there to help him! :-)

After my first few hours of use, they felt too tight and stiff. But they rapidly softened up and have turned out to be completely comfortable. The insert has a delightful soft feel. The shoes are always sharp and classy looking and I am completely satisfied.

Delivered as promised. It was a Medium instead of a "D". I was told they are the same. Feels tighter. Will see if they stretch. Otherwise fine. Do really like this shoe if it fits.

I ordered these for my husband in the burgundy. Both the color and craftsmanship are beautiful. These shoes are generally a bit stiff out of the box, but he has a number of Cole Haan shoes and is a real fan. They break in beautifully while maintaining their shape. Definitely recommend.

Have bought the regular Cole Haan Pinch Penny loafers for years, but have to say that these are more comfortable, plus the rubber patch in the middle of the sole prevents slipping.

The shoes arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition. The styling on the Pinch Air Penny loafer shoe is timeless. The comfort of the Nike Air insole was much better than expected. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend shopping at Zappos. Their customer service was off the chart! This level of service is difficult to find these days. The fact that I caught the shoes on sale was just icing on the cake.

I bought these in a wide size because the regulars were too narrow for my already very narrow feet. Seems to be true of the brand in general. Ordered both the Air and the non-Air versions and there's no denying it: the Air makes a great difference in comfort (though the non-Air is quite comfortable too). Only drawback is that the Air version doesn't have some rubber on the sole, so they give a little too much traction for good dancing, you know, if these are your party shoes. But they're perfect for the office.

I'm a huge Cole Haan fan. Have been wearing the pinch style loafer for many years. This is the first time I purchased the "Nike air" version and will likely buy again as they are more comfortable. Quality looks good, but time will tell.
