I love these jeans. They're comfortable and flattering! You must order a size down b/c my 10's, my usual size, are way too big and slip down to my hips.

I own several pairs of these fabulous jeans, and this pair is no different, fits great! Best of all you look 10 pounds slimmer! Love having a nice pair of dark jeans for a dressier look, can't say enough about them... PS: I sized down one size... perfect!!

I am a size 16. A big waist 16. These jeans ran at least four inches extra in the waist. I had to alter the pants. And they still stretch out and fall off. And they refuse to shrink. If you order these jeans, consider ordering a size smaller.

I have many pairs of NYDJ. These are perfect... I am 5'10 and weight 180 lbs. I wear a size 12 in these. They are snug and do not bag out, and I wear them several times before washing. I don't wear high heels, and the length is just right... I partially dry them in the dryer, then stretch the legs and let them finish air drying.

Really like these jeans. They fit well and look good. Yes, get a size smaller for good fit. With that said I am so confused by the sizing of NYDJ. I have ordered 4 pairs and have had to return 2 because they were way too small. I would say by at least two sizes. I could not even pull them up. This says to me sizing drastically varies by SKU # for NYDJ.

Amazing jeans - The absolute most amazing jeans I've ever worn and I'm 60 yrs. old and have worn a lot of styles and brands over the years. They hold your tummy in and feel so much better than any other brand.

These pants are great but run large so order a size smaller.

Run a little big, as others have noted. Long (I had mine shortened) and high waisted, but comfortable and flattering.

wanted a black pair of jeans. I purchased these because I love the first two pairs I bought a pair of classic five pockets and a pair of flare legged. I needed one size larger in this style that both of the other styles, but the size larger fits perfectly and they are extremely comfortable and well made. I wear them for casual and travel. I am fortunate enough that I can wear jeans to my office job, so I wear all my NYDJ jeans to work also. Zappos is great to do business with!

This style of NYDJ's is a perfect fit. They are comfortable, flattering and a rich dark color. Highly recommend.

These jeans fit like a dream. They are snug in the right places WITHOUT pain because of the heavily elasticized fabric. They wash beautifully (DO NOT DRY IN DRYER!!), hang out looking pressed. Like all black jeans, they pick up any lint from the surrounding mile around them, but it brushes off easily. And they look fresh for days. I am a very happy camper.

Love these jeans. Comfortable. Stylish and flattering for a fuller figure. The high-waist takes a little getting used to, but it does 'hold it all in'. Highly recommended!

These are the best! I have three pair of NYD Jeans and they are about all I wear. Buy them tight, they adjust to your body.

My 3rd NYDJ and I love them. I wanted black jeans and black I got. They look and fit fantastic. If you haven't tried NYDJeans then you're missing the best made/designed jeans for woman over thrity-five.

I love these jeans; they totally make me look a size smaller and give me some back. They run large and stretch a lot, so I would buy 1 to 2 full sizes down. I am probably going to eBay these, and buy a size 14. If you wear them a couple of days without putting them in the washer and dryer, they will really, really stretch out. They are also long. I'm 5' 8" with long legs and wear at least 2" heels with these, and they almost sweep the ground.

Order one size smaller than you really are, and these jeans will fit perfectly! Love them. High waist and plenty of stretch.

Loved the product.Knew the company, Not Your Daughter's Jeans, so had no doubts, but Zappos is what impressed me. I also ordered other jeans for my adult daughter and the NYDJ did not work for her. The return. Put them back in the box, print the return slip, take it to my local mail box store, and voila, returned. So easy. I will order from Zappos over and over and never worry. Because of the easy return system, you have got to try these jeans. They make you look a size smaller. So comfortable they feel like leggings.

The NYDJ are the most comfortable jeans I've worn since crossing the 50 year line. They do indeed give that thin and long-legged look even to thunder thighs. What I really like is nice looking black pants that have inconspicuous pockets. I wear them with my winter jackets and clogs as well as my fur and 3 inch heels. They are extremely long so count on getting them hemmed.

Zappos has the best selection of styles and sizes I had found on the net. I would recommend buying a size smaller then you wear in other jeans for the best fit. Give them a try.

I like the jeans, but by the end of the day I was pulling them up. Maybe a size smaller then you usually wear, but then I was wondering if that would be too small then? Very comfortable.

I just bought my second pair of these after the first pair wore out after at least 2 years. The fit is amazing. I definitely go down one size and enjoy!
