This is a great looking shoe, but it ran small. I'd estimate ordering a half size or full size up. It was tight all the way around. The padding was decent, but not cushy. Certainly not the best choice if you're looking for a true running shoe. Too bad about the fit and cushioning because this is a really great looking shoe - sporty and sleek without looking plastic or futuristic.

I love these shoes. Very comfortable and they look cool! Make sure you order 1 size bigger than normal as they do run small. Great buy.

Great trail running shoe! It has excellent stability, traction, and it's super light. I had the Kanadia TR before, the TR2 seemed slightly bigger. I run with 2 pairs of socks now, so much better on my feet and knees. So yes, great shoes!

All good. I am a soccer referee and needed an all-black running shoe with an aggressive tread. These have worked out great. The are comfortable even after a long day of running. Zappos service was great--they ended up giving me overnight shipping at no added cost. Note that the uppers are very light and porous--your feet will stay cool in the summer, but if it's wet out, your feet will be getting wet to.

I bought these shoes for a trail run and was concerned about the weight since my road racing shoe is a minimal support, light-weight, aggressive shoe. I was not disappointed as this shoe is about the same weight. I am not a toe runner so I really like the cushion and grip on my heel. The treads on the bottom appear to be plenty rugged for any terrain. I've been missing my neon yellow runners that fell apart a few years ago, so it is nice to get some bright, flashy shoes again to make me stand out. As everyone else said, order one full size bigger! I typically wear an 11 and went with 12, partially because the 11.5 was out of stock. I'm glad because the 11.5 would have pinched my toes. The 12 is perfect.

Very comfortable and no break in time needed. Some of, if not the most comfortable tennis/running shoes I own. Ordered my normal size 11; they were much too tight and a little short. Returned for a size 11.5 and that was perfect. A little slippery on wet concrete and brick, but they are definitely made for grass and trail running, and rather loud on the treadmill. They weigh literally nothing, and you can walk all day with no discomfort at all.

Order one size up! If you are a size 12, then order the 13. This particular design is off by whole a size. Don't try it on and just think it just needs to be broken in, then walk a mile. Wrong, it will kill your feet and cut into your heel. These are sneakers, not combat boots. Minimal break-in should be needed. Order a size up and save yourself having to send them back. It's a great shoe otherwise.

I purchased these Kanadia TR 2 ADIDAS for mountain trail running/hardcore hiking and they are phenomenal! I use a 50 lb weight vest plus backpack during my training sessions and these ADIDAS hold up exceptionally well!! I've had other hiking shoes that don't provide good foot support or they're to heavy...Not only is this shoe stylish and tough looking, but also lightweight and provides unmatched support! With these ADIDAS I took them on a HARDCORE sick training session out of the box and had no problem with blisters or foot pain...Bottom line, purchase these because the investment is well worth it! BTW, Zappos is by far the BEST in free shipping and returns.

This is a great shoe. It fits snugly without pinching, which is surprising for a D width shoe. The amount of mesh in the upper is great for breathability. The slight amount of red/silver keep it from looking too dark by just being all black. The grip is great, and the shoes are lightweight. I use these shoes for casual use as well as for practice shoes for coaching soccer. The only thing I will note is that I wear size 8 shoes for the rest of my casual and athletic shoes (Nike, New Balance, Skechers), and Adidas seem to be the only one where I need an 8.5, which is why I indicate that they feel a half size smaller than marked.

Great pair of shoes. I use them for indoor track as well as outdoor trail, they manage both very well. These are very comfortable and good support, light weight. I'm very happy with this purchase. Great price!

I usually wear Asics, but I wanted to try another brand for my trail running shoes. After reading all the reviews, and they all mentioned that the size felt one size larger, I went ahead and ordered a size larger. I was disappointed that they were too big for me. I quickly returned them and ordered a new pair that was half a size smaller. This time they fit perfectly. I love the look of these shoes. I was really impressed with these shoes when I ran in the snow/slush in Dallas and my socks did not even get wet when a lot of the other runners feet were wet. Overall a great shoe.

I love Adidas and these shoes didn’t let me down. I use them for the gym and they’re comfortable and look great. I read the reviews before buying them and so many people said to buy a size larger than I normally wear. I did and they fit perfectly. If I had bought my regular size ten, there’s no way I would have squeezed into them. So, buy a size larger, especially if you have wide feet.

I LOVE these sneakers! I always have a hard time finding shoes that fit right. They do run a bit small. I’m ordering another pair 1/2 size larger.

I purchased these because my treadmill workouts were burning out my calves. I thought that it might be my shoes, so I ordered the Kanadia TR2 because they advertised a cushioned heel. And it worked. l love the shoes, they fixed the problem, I am a happy camper. And I love Zappos, I don't buy shoes anywhere else, and I've purchased clothing and other items from them (this is about my 5th order). Prices are unbeatable, shipping is amazing, return policy is solid, no questions asked.

Adidas has been my main source of running shoes and basically all types of athletic footwear since 1993. These running shoes live up to the Adidas reputation for quality. These are light weight, very well constructed and extremely comfortable. They don't absorb water and don't weigh you down running in the rain or mud. They are very easy to clean and there treads don't pick up dirt or mud. They are great for the trails and for the road as well. I am very happy with my purchase and would make it again. Zappos offered a great price and their service was flawless.

I wear an 8 1/2 in Adidas shoes. I always wear an 8 1/2 in Adidas shoes. I ordered these in 8 1/2 and they were so small I could barely get into them. Otherwise, nice looking shoes. I\'m re-ordering in a larger size, hopefully I\'ll get to keep them this time.

Truly a beautiful shoe, but never got to wear them. They are completely off on sizing. I would recommend 2 sizes larger than normal. I don't know what measurements Adidas was using for this one, but be aware.

I've bought a pair similar to these shoes before for freerunning and I need a new pair after a whole year! They are great shoes. And the grip is awesome!

Great shoes! The service of Zappos goes above and beyond ! The shoes do run very small so order a full size bigger. I usually wear a 9 maybe a 9.5, but had to get a 10 for a comfortable fit. Even if you do order a size too small, the return process at Zappos is outstanding.

I bought a pair of the Kanadia originals at a DSW and once I got them broken in a little they were fantastic. I have oddly shaped feet, which contributes to the need for breaking in. Anyway, I needed all black shoes for work so I came to Zappos to try to find them in all black and I found the second generation set which I bought immediately. They also needed to be broken in a bit, but I spend ten hours a day running around on varied surfaces like concrete, tile, carpet, grass and anti fatigue mats. These work very well to help keep me comfortable at the end of the day. They do run a little small, I wear a 10.5 or 11 in most shoes, but I need a 12 in these and I wear them with heavy athletic socks. If you're not going to be in wet conditions these, will be good for you!

Bought a size 8, which was the size of my previous Adidas shoe that I bought locally 3 or 4 years ago, and they were too small; had to move up a half size. This was my first order from Zappos and I have to admit, I was very pleased with the customer service. They sent me a shipping label via email and said they would next day the size 8.5 to me that same day I called. It was a Friday and I got it on Monday. That's great service! Overall, the shoes are better than the ones I had been wearing. The main difference is the sole. My old pair, though touted as outdoor shoes, were very slick when it came to encountering any wet surfaces. I could tell immediately with these that the soles were meant for traction, no matter what the conditions. I rated these 4 for comfort only because though I now have an 8.5 that fits, I'm still close to needing a 9, which is a first with me. I've never come close to wearing a 9 in my life. Plus, these shoes are very snug all around, almost as those they were painted on. I wear a D width and I almost feel as if I'm wearing a narrow width shoe. So if you're worried about width, you may want to consider a wide shoe, if available. Otherwise, the shoes are everything I asked for.

I got the black version of this shoe for my boyfriend; he loves them! They do run small (as others have said). I purchased the women's version and had to return them, also too small! Seems to be the only flaw in this style of Adidas shoe.

Light, good traction and good ventilation. Run on trails in Colorado. Good under foot but a bit flimsy lateral support wise. Might be a problem if you are an over pronator or supinator. I am a bit of a heavyweight though at 205 lbs. Usually wear an 11 and bought an 11.5 but might go to size 12 next time.

I ignored previous reviews, and had to send my normal size 14 back and get a size 15, thanks Zappos! This shoe grips really well, especially in uphill climbs, I tried to use them at the gym one day, and literally tripped on carpet a couple times, as the traction of the shoe is super. The shoe feels light, but i required an added inner sole to get enough arch support, I have a Neutral to Neutral+ foot, and run primarily on Northern California trails, with a good mix of wet, roots, and dry loose stuff and they work well after adding an innersole.
