I had ordered these shoes for my boyfriend and they came in so fast! But they were the wrong size. So when I ordered a different pair Zappos gave me expedited shipping at no cost to me! The shoes were really nice and came in at perfect timing!

I bought these shoes for my 16 year old brother and he loves them! I've always known DC to be a great brand, (back in my skateboarding days they were the top shoes to have!) they always have very sturdy shoes that last a long time and look great too! He says they're super comfortable and fit true to size.

My son liked these shoes very much. We have had a hard time finding them in the stores in his size. It was so easy ordering them through your store. They arrived fast and the price was cheaper than the shoe stores in the mall and I didn't have to mess with the crowds in the mall. Thank you.

I ordered these shoes for my son. The price was right; they shipped super fast. When my son received these he was disappointed. We did notice two small cracks in the leather (toe area). They were quite small, but still defects nonetheless. My son was upset that I wanted to return them. I did let him keep them; he needed them for a weekend trip. I will not order any shoes except for myself. Please double check your merchandise before sending it out as it was very noticeable. Just a live and learn experience.

My son has size 15 feet, and you can't find this size anywhere in the stores. I love Zappos because of the free shipping, fast shipping (2 days). My son loves the DC skate board shoes, he was told at the local mall that they did not come that large. So I did surfing on the internet, and found them at Zappos. My son was sooo happy when they came, he could not thank me enough. Thank you, Zappos for having the perfect shoes for my son's 18th birthday. We will buy all his shoes from Zappos now that we know how great Zappos is with customer satisfaction.

This was the first time I had ever used Zappos and had no idea what to think. I do most of my shopping for my son online and sometimes find it frustrating to say the least. This was NOT the case with Zappos! Fast delivery, GREAT customer service and an easy exchange program. My son has a very large foot so it is hard to find shoes that fit, so when we find some he likes, we order them. Different shoes fit different ways and this time the shoes we ordered were the wrong size. I thought, oh no, now I have to deal with customer service to get an exchange. Well I really was wrong. I talked to a real person who walked me through the exchange process, and had the shoes on my front door steps before school started. We have decided to do all our shopping from now on with Zappos, I have never been so pleased with an online shopping site. We are hooked! Oh and the shoes were great too!

I typically wear a 12, but a 13 was perfect in this shoe. What really counts here is the customer service when I had to do a return. The entire experience was exceptional! I received my first order in only two days and zappos processed my return and sent out a new pair immediately. Zappos will be the only place I buy shoes from here on out! Awesome, awesome, awesome!

This is more a review of Zappos, not the shoes. I ordered them at 9pm on Wednesday night and my package was in our mailbox at noon Thursday, the next day! I called my husband and asked, "how is this humanly possible...and the shipping was free?!" I am an Amazon shopper normally, but all clothes and shoes will be purchased from Zappos! The shoes look amazing and have this awesome robot design that is understated enough to be worn but adults but still add style to jeans and tee.

First off, I don't skateboard in these shoes. I think they would get torn to shreds with skating. The shoes were true to the size I originally thought to order. They are super comfortable and have a ton of padding. I like how big, boxy, and wide they are. I recommend them as chill shoes to wear around for any situation where sneakers are appropriate.

Because these shoes are so heavily padded the actual size I usually wear was way too constricting. I went up a full size, and while they fit fine, I think I could've gotten away with only going up a half size.

These were a Christmas present for my boyfriend, and he loved them! DC is the only brand he wears (they're comfy, so I don't blame him) and we actually found a toddler pair of the Net SE on another site, so him and our daughter were able to have matching shoes!
He really likes the "pillowy" insides, because he has wide feet and no arch, so the fit of these was very good and supportive for his foot.
