SEXY - A sleek and sexy shoe that is also comfortable to wear. I bought these in black patent so I can wear them during the holidays and with some of my dressier business suits. I have a narrow foot so the "medium" width worked for me, but you should note, Weitzman pumps tend to run a little narrow, so if you have a normal to wide foot diameter you should order these in Wide.....regardless, they are exceptional!

Wicked! Love these shoes and so does my husband. He couldn't stop saying how sexy they were. They look great with jeans or with black pants.

AB FAB! A work of art. Got the black kid leather. Beautiful timeless style, excellent workmanship, high quality material, perfect fit, and comfort too. These classics manage to be solid, stable and sleek. Probably the best buy on the market today. Be ready for attention though. Husband has the sweats from Fever, men don't sneak glances...they snap to attention, women ask questions. Answer...ZAPPOS. Thank-you Zappos for bringing Milan, Paris and New York to SW OK. Sexy, wonderful and glamorous!! Stuart got this design right!! Oh la la! Felt wonderful, feel so pretty. Skirts, pants, bedroom, they work almost anywhere. Can't go wrong with these.

Stuart, u give me fever! As an avid lover of sexy high heels, these shoes are absolutely delicious! I have the crepe, black leather and cognac patent and they are all beautiful. As I have a more narrow foot, the shoes are quite comfortable for me. I wear suits most days and I always need to pair them with a sexy stiletto - these certainly fit the bill and the compliments are endless!

SW Fever Black Kid Pump - Got these for my girlfriend. She loves them for the excellent fit and the gorgeous style. This shoe has a classic flowing design style and accents her beautiful and attractive legs. Her size fives fit perfectly and look terrific with her business skirt-suit.

Stuart Weitzman Fever - sweet pain - Gorgeous materials and style. This IS one sexy shoe - but - the toe box falls victim to the pointed (and exaggerated) toe and makes the shoe painful to wear for long. The heel is vertiginous but fun and tolerable. I returned them with regret.

FABULOUS! These shoes are gorgeous. I hate to wear them with pants because I don't want to hide any bit of them! They do run a bit narrow, but I've only worn them a couple times so I'm sure they'll stretch. No comfort problems for me, but I typically wear 3" or more every day.

Brass Supple - Prior to these two purchases, I have other Stuart Weitzman shoes and had no issues. Although the Fever shoes are beautiful, sexy shoes, I had to have the Brass Supple and Red Quasar stretched as they were too tight around the toes. Otherwise, the shoe length and arch support is perfect. Needless to say, I had numerous compliments and plan on purchasing the same (or something similar) shoe in black!

Gorgeous shoes! I just got these shoes and they are stunning! That killer heel is such a sexy accent that will set them apart from all the other black shoes at the formal event for which I purchased them. They are quite comfy for a 4" heel and feel really stable when you walk on them. They look far more expensive than they are! I ordered 1/2 size larger than my normal 8, and the wide, and I love them!

Sleek and very high heel - Talk about a high heel! I've worn shoes with 3-1/2" heels before, but what a difference a half inch makes! I just received this style in black kidskin and they're very beautiful shoes. It's a classic shape with solid construction. I tried them out for a bit and I must say that the height makes it difficult to take a substantial step. These shoes are definitely for sitting and socializing. I can't imagine wearing these to walk more than a couple blocks. I followed other reviewers' advice and got a size 8 (my regular size, although I'm between 7 1/2 and 8) in the wide width. The shoes are still narrow, but not overly tight. I believe that most people will require a wide width.

Stunning - Wonderful shoes. No need to break them in. Heel is on my 8.5 is 4.5 inches, which is just a little too high for me, but it makes you walk more graciously. Stunning shoes for going out.

It's a winner! I have been watching this shoe for over a year, and I finally bit the bullet and purchased it. This is the best investment I have ever made. Talk about a classy, sexy, shoe. I purchased Fever in Black kidskin, and I am so happy! This shoe is sexy, comfortable, and it elongates your legs. The shoe is made to give you toe cleavage, so to most the cut seems a bit narrow. I recommend going a half size up for extra comfort. As always Zappos has fast delivery, and awesome customer service! I had the shoes the next day!

A great looking shoe. I love the look of Weitzman pumps. Weitzman shoes usually run shorter and narrower than their size would indicate. This not the most comfortable pair of shoes that I have, but they are the sexiest!

Really beautiful shoes. I must say these shoes are very pretty, but have been a labor of love to get some that fit. I usually wear a 6 1/2 size and with some shoe’s a size 7. The 6 1/2 size fit in length but the width is very small, maybe because the shoe bed has the most cushion I've ever run into in a heel {and I have a lot!!}. I then proceeded to order the size 7 and the width is still a bit tight and the length is too long. I ordered the cognac color and they are so stunning that in spite of the size issues I am keeping them and putting a heel cushion in.

Beautiful....but painful - This are amazing looking shoes. Very narrow and high. They pinch the side of my foot but I am keeping them anyway!

I've got the Fever!!! Wow! I own several pair of Stuarts, but these in the Cognac Brown/Black are awesome. My husband can't keep his eyes off of them… Looks really sexy, makes me feel sexy, and is sexy! Zappos service is great as usual. Usually wear an 8, but purchased 8.5--perfect. Can't wait till my next purchase. Thanks Zappos!

The Hottest, Sexiest Shoes on the Market!! These shoes are fierce!! My boyfriend, who loves "red", purchased them for me, and let me just say that these shoes are better looking in person! However, if you have a wide foot, definitely get the wider size, and because of the "point" of the shoe, you may have to size up, as I did. Because I have wide feet, and the Red Quasar was not available in the wide size I needed, I sized up a half size, and they fit great! I just wish that the Red Quasar didn't have the "gold" heel, so that I wouldn't have to wear only "gold" accessories with them.

Love these shoes -- super hot, and very comfortable for a higher heel. Great arch support too.

Killer Shoes! These shoes command attention! I wanted these for a long time, but was debating because of the gold heel. I am glad I waited, because Stuart Weitzman now makes these shoes entirely in red quasar, including the heel!!! Very comfortable for 4 inch heels. Don't hesitate to buy these ridiculously HOT shoes...

I absolutely love this shoe; it has a simple elegant look, which makes it very sexy. I would recommend ordering Stuart Weitzman brand in half size smaller, because it runs large. However, the tip wears very fast. I have worn this shoe 3 times and already replacing the tip? Not sure if it due to sharp point in the toe, but for the price it should wear a bit longer. Comfort level gets better, after you have worn it for a while...overall, great shoe. And, did I say sexy! Plenty compliments from both women and men.

These shoes are gorgeous, but they run at least a full size too small. I bought a 10.5 W and it didn't fit at all and I wear a 10. I exchanged them for an 11 and they fit, but they can fit better. I'll keep them and wear them to see if they loosen up.

Perfect fit - Stuart Weitzman shoes are the perfect fit but narrower than marked on leather shoes. I have a hard time finding my size. When Stuart Weitzman says 4.5, it is definitely a 4.5. Others are never what they say. This brand will always be the first I look at before anyone else. Thank you!
