These shoes are classic! After reading the comments I ordered a half size too big which was a big mistake. After trying them on I realized the conditions to obtain the correct size. If you have bunions then you’ll definitely need a half size larger. Otherwise they fit true to size. Generally, my feet are a B-C width and when I ordered the half size too big, they were flopping. When I returned them (for free might I add) and received my actual size, they fit like a glove. The shoe is leather through and through so wear them around the house to break them in before wearing all day to work. I absolutely love them and they make my legs look really nice.

GORRRGYESSS!! All time favorite style...and I've been in high heels 40(+) years. A couple of Gianmarco Lorenzi styles may be more beautiful and trendy than this classic, but at three times the price. This is my fifth pair of "Fever". They are part of my regular "uniform". I've worn one pair completely out after dozens of hard rain, shine, and long days on the job, and believe me, they are very comfortable after a day of break-in. Two pairs are now on duty and two for "good". Get a 1/2 size up and a size wider than usual. Please don't discontinue this classic, and please tell SW to do a black suede option. Fever Forever! Love these shoes. I want to wear them with everything and save them for special occasions all at the same time. Stuart Weitzman always rocks.

Wow! When they were thinking of a name for this shoe, they really captured its essence! "Fever" is so appropriate!! To say that I was impressed with the quality of this shoe is an understatement. Not only is it well made but quite comfortable considering the high heel and the pointed toe. Bottom line: it's HOT! You owe yourself this pair of shoes, girls!

Chic and stylish - I bought these to wear to a wedding and they were gorgeous! Not the most comfortable, but that’s not what I was going for, and after 7 hours of dancing what do you expect?

I have had the classic black pump in every brand imaginable; Prada, Dior, Jimmy Choo, even the gorgeous Louboutin. However, there is no other shoe that looks quite like the Weitzman. I do not know how he does it but it is, by far, the sexiest fit and look on the market today. It just hits the parts of the feet in such a way that no matter what I have tried on my feet, there is no other like it. Add to the above that it is the least costly of all the designer brands and it is a shoe you can not afford to pass up!

Stuart Weitzman Fever Rocks!!! I wear a size 4.5M and have many, many pair of Stuart Weitzman pumps. I am a medium width and the Fever style is a bit tight at first, but does stretch out over time. I now own the Fever pumps in the black orinoco croco which are a perfect fit after they've stretched out a bit (patent will stretch a bit) and I wear them ALL THE TIME! I also have Fever in the cognac tartaruga (black/brown leopard patent) & those didn't ever stretch out enough and aren't as comfortable as the black patent orinoco crocos. I just bought the Fever pump in black kid leather and can already tell that they will fit perfectly after a few wears and the leather stretches a bit. All the reviews are right on when they say the Fever pumps are lowcut. I can wear them all day, but at the end of the day, they hurt my baby toe, but they are sexy and I love them! I always wear 4 inch heels and believe these to be pretty comfortable all things considered. I also have red patent leather Stuart Weitzman in the Princess style and both dark charcoal patent leather and dark brown patent leather Stuart Weitzman pumps in the Sensual style. Both of those styles are a bit less of a high heel and super, super comfortable. Never hurt my feet! I have black suede Stuarts in the Flame style and love those also. Super comfortable and very sexy with a 4 inch heel. I heart Stuart Weitzman shoes!!!

Very narrow, but stretchable - I found these shoes very narrow for a moment, but after wearing them for some hours I had the feeling that the leather began to stretch. To speed up this process I gave the shoes a good soaking in warm water, put them on when dripping wet and let them dry on my feet. This took several hours, I even had to sleep in them, but now they fit like a glove. Don't worry about ruining your shoes; they keep the abuse very well.

Beautifully sexy! This is the sexiest shoe that I own. I am now ordering the second pair because I wore these shoes practically everyday!! Get a 1/2 size larger and once you break them in they are perfect.

Love em - I have really narrow feet, and this is my first pair of SW to purchase. I bought black calf skin in an 8N, but had to return for an 8.5N. They are very nice shoes, and very snug. I've worn them 3 or 4 times now and the leather is stretching out nicely. Not super used to wearing 4" heels, but they are so sexy that I'm dealing. I really like these shoes and would recommend them. Go up one 1/2 size.

Though I have been very pleased with nearly any Merrell shoe I've purchased in the past, I was disappointed with these and was even more surprised because of the rave reviews the shoe had received from Zappos' customers. Perhaps it was my own mistake to wear them without socks the first time out - but I only wore them to walk 4 blocks to the cinema and back - but I ended up with terrible blisters on both heels. They are also a bit warm on the feet (don't breathe well) and could definitely use more padding on the bottom of the shoe. The reviewers that commented on their cuteness are dead on - really cute and they do make your foot look smaller.

OMG....Love them! I have worn these shoes 3 times and every time I wear them, people stop to compliment them. A real head turner! So hot!!!!

Marketing Specialists - This is a very classy shoe which works for a great presentation to any little black dress. Very comfortable. This look will never go out of style.

Gorgeous, sexy, worth it - These are the most gorgeous shoes ever. Terribly uncomfortable, but who cares when you look this great. Tons of compliments, very sexy.

Sexy, but painful - The most sexy shoe there is, but I have big feet and they are too tight all over. I'm afraid I will have to return.

WOULD HAVE PAID $300!!! Great looking shoe! I ALWAYS get compliments. I have the black kid and the red/gold in a size 12. I was lucky to get the patent red in 12W, since patent doesn't stretch. At first wear, they're very high, but loosen over time. the best standard pump in town. I wear a size 11, but in pumps, i like to go a size up. All in all, you will not send these shoes back once you have them on your feet! Well worth the cost!

I almost returned these babies because they didn't fit right (at first), my heels kept slipping out. I wanted to go a half size smaller but it was unavailable, then I got some heel pads to see if it would fit better, and it did! I'm glad I kept them because they are gorgeous! Not the most comfortable though...of course, it's a 4 inch, they make my toes cry after a while but worth the pain...and worth every penny. Love these shoes! :)

Shoe deserves more - I think this is the sexiest shoe I have ever seen. I ordered it but didn't keep it. (I went up a size, which made the ball of my foot more comfortable. I would have used heel pads to fill it out so it didn't slip if I'd kept it) I think this shoe deserves to get out more and lead a more exciting life than I would be able to give it. The Red Quasar Patent is like the finish on a sports car. I was afraid to try it on in case I marred the surface! My little toe barely fit inside, because the sides are so low. Lots of toe cleavage showing. I just can't justify keeping a shoe that I love but will never wear. Believe me, there is nowhere near here to wear that shoe!

Stuart Weitzman Fever - I received a lot of compliments wearing this shoes. I wear 4.5 M and so glad that Stuart Weitzman makes this in a smaller sizes. This is a fabulous shoes and a number one in my list. Hope to see more 4.5 sizes. As usual, Zappos you are great, the delivery service is excellent.

Certified Hotness - I waited 2 mos. for my size to come in and I order them in Red Quasar. They came yesterday and the fit is amazing. Although they have a 4" heel they are remarkably comfortable and easy to walk in. I am buying another color asap. I recommend them to any woman who loves a sleek sexy high shoe but doesn't want to sit down the whole night!!! Thanks Zappos!!!

Elegant shoe - This is a beautiful shoe. I purchased it in black patent with gold heel, cork with gold heel and black fabric with silver heel. These are elegant shoes, every one of them

Fierce! I love this shoe! I have tons of shoes but these are definitely one of my favorites. The red quasar is such a unique color, I've yet to find someone with the same color in NYC. Very comfortable for a 4 inch heel!

Unusually narrow. I invested in a mail order shoe stretcher specifically for my four pairs of "fever". This shoe runs true in length, but horribly narrow even for my narrow foot. Before stretching, I couldn't even get my foot in a 6 m to try to walk. I’m envious of a previous review customer who found this shoe in turq. patent. Bring on more colors, and I’ll crank up my stretcher. I think my husband likes beautiful shoes more than I--especially this shoe.
