Good military style hours, good for both to men and women, my wife dressed them and hours perfectly looked on her hand. The qualitative thong, is in the dark well visible a dial and hands. There is the money, an excellent product.

I've had this watch for about a month now and so far so good. No complaints, however I do recommend changing the standard watch band with one of the more modern military straps being sold (see item pictures for suggestions).

Great watch, only bad thing is the size of the eyelets and have to wear it a little loser than I would like, but still a good watch and worth the money.

This watch is great and a great value. The band is a little small as the rest of the reviews state. I work in Afghanistan and battery failure is not an option. Eco drive solves that. I love the minimalist design and classic look. A day in the sun will keep the dial illuminated all night. Be cool like me and buy it!

I am a field engineer and thought of buying this watch for my casual moves. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much from it since it is not that expensive. However, when I got it, I was truly impressed; its low price really doesn't reflect its superb look and quality - it's worth much more! The size and look are perfect, especially in the sense that it replicates those old days military watch styles. To a practical guy like me, vintage looks and ideas make a whole lot of sense than nowadays trend of oversized or odd looking watches. In my opinion those look ridiculous and non-practical.

Awesome watch. I've bought it as a gift to my father and loved it. It really looks nice on his wrist. My father likes the strap color and the clean look of the watch, which, in his case, makes the reading much easier. However, the watch strap is too short and for those with thick wrists (which is not my father's case) may require a strap change.

This watch arrived in nice gift style packaging and was clean and casual as pictured. The date is in both Spanish and English. A common complaint is that the strap is too small, but that was no issue for me. Although the band is a bit stiff it will eventually ease up. No battery is required as it uses light sources to function. Perfect then...right? The major complaint I had was that it is near impossible to tell time in the dark. If not for that flaw, it would be an outstanding watch.

I love this watch. It’s a classic military style watch, kind of big but not that big and of quality construction. I love the idea of not having to change the battery for a long, long time is very pleasing to me. Two things, though: the numbers don’t light up at night unless you "recharge" it in some source of light and even then it’s not that bright. And the other is the band; even though I like the color and the eyelets, it can be either too loose or too tight between eyelets. None of these really bother me since I like my watch to be a little loose but it can a hassle to others. Overall, I think it’s a great watch.

I wasn't expecting much from this watch since it is not too expensive, but when I got it I was pleasantly surprised. It looks and feels much more substantial than it costs. And the size is perfect in that it replicates the military vintage style which were medium sized. I hate the trend of oversized watches, which look ridiculous in my opinion.

Great watch. Exactly what you expect from Citizen. The only problem is the band. The holes are so large that it makes it difficult to get a good fit on my wrist. I'm between the 3rd and 4th hole so it's either too tight or way too loose.

I’ve had this watch for a few weeks now and love the simplicity that it shares with my other two Citizen Eco-Drive watches. While it’s not titanium, it’s feather light. My only wish is that the band was a little bit wider and sturdier, as it seems more like a woman’s watch with the lack of “beefiness.” :-) This is not a watch that you buy for 'bling' - it's a great every day, casual, kicking-around watch. All-in-all, this is a great value for the money!

Nice casual watch, good for outdoors. Feels sturdy - a good non-technical camping / hiking watch.

This watch is a good value for the money. It is a classic, clean watch paired with a cheap, stiff, piece of pale-army-green canvas strap that doesn't hold up to the look of the timepiece itself (I rated the comfort of the watch based on the included strap). Fortunately, it accepts a standard 20mm width watch band, so you can customize the look of the watch by changing the band. I am currently wearing it with a brown leather band, which completely changed the overall look, and allows it to be dress up or down.

Watch band is more moss than black - Overall the watch is great. The band is small so if you have big wrist be aware the band will be tight. The watch is very light when on. Feels great. Maybe the band will stretch a bit with more use.

Citizen Watch - Service from Zappos was excellent. The appearance of watch is great. This model is a little uncomfortable due to small wrist strap. I have experienced a little trouble with the watch keeping the accurate date.

Very happy with this watch. Comfortable band, accurate, small enough to be out of the way yet easy to read dial day or night. Simple, nice looking watch.

Reminds me of the watch I wore when I served in the military, this one is very durable and incorporates better technology. It's light weight, I rarely notice I am even wearing it. I am not a fan of the straps but that's an easy fix.

I have had this watch for three years. Never needs a battery. Solar powered. Classic look. Incredibly accurate. I compare it to the times on my iPhone and it gains about ten seconds a month. It is a great basic watch and fairly handsome. Replacing batteries is a waste and a pain. Go simple. I love the band and wish the body of the watch were less shiny and smoother edged. Room for improvement on the case. Nowhere else.

I've been wearing this every day for the last 7 years often working at sea in harsh conditions and it's still working perfectly. Simple display, 100m WR, day & date and solar power were the main attractions. I had the original strap for 4 years until the leather had enough and have a few different leather straps on it since then. When it eventually gives up I'll probably just buy another one the same!

Something about this watch face really appeals to me. I did a lot of scrounging and comparing on the internet for a good first watch - settled on this one. For the price I figured I would just snag a quality case and then replace the strap, but I kind of like the whole package (it's just that the army green can clash with wardrobe choices - but it's a rich color!). The white numbers and dials are glow in the dark once they receive enough charge, didn't realize that until after I bought it - but it's a nice little extra. Day and Date window are good sized. Seems to be keeping good time thus far. The case diameter is fairly small, so it looks good on my skinny 6.5 inch wrist. My only gripe is that the Day thingy rolls over oddly...while the date changes right around midnight, the day will use the wee hours of the morning to roll over (I'm looking at it at 1 or 2am and it's not done). Might be a real problem if you work a night shift or are a vampire - for me it's more of an OCD thing. But pragmatically it doesn't affect the utility of the time piece - so of course I'll keep her!

Great watch. Only complaint is the band needing to be broken in. Other than that nice daily watch good for any situation.
