This shoe was the best! Please make it again, in all leather uppers, please.

I love these shoes! They are the perfect combination of comfort and style. I looked forever for some comfortable flat, black, casual shoes that were not (a) frumpy or (b) too dressy. Finally saw these on Zappos and ordered them right away. I liked them so much I ordered another color.

I love these shoes! I do think they run big, though. I wear a 5 1/2 or a 6. I usually end up with a 6 because 5 1/2 is hard to come by, so I was excited to see these in the 5 1/2. But then when they arrived (next day might I add! Thanks Zappos!), the 5 1/2 was quite big on me. I do have a narrow foot so that may have contributed. So I re-ordered the 5 and they arrived in 36 hours! They fit great but are a little stiff, like all new shoes, but they do not rub my heel or anything. I saw them at Macy's, but they did not have my size so I searched Zappos and found them. I was nervous because I wanted them to wear to Disney and I leave on Sunday. I ordered them Monday, received on Tuesday. I then re-ordered the second size on Tuesday late evening and received Thursday! Plenty of time to wear them around, make sure they fit well and still get to wear them on our long, hot 8 days walking around Disney! I give the shoes a 4.5 out of 5 stars and Zappos 100 stars! I love your selection, fast and free shipping and return shipping and your generous return policy!

I love this shoe. In my opinion, nothing is more comfortable than the Merrell brand. It is the one brand that I can be sure will be comfortable without trying it on first. I ordered these in a size eight, my normal size, and it feels very roomy. It is not big enough to go down to a seven and a half, but certainly not tight. It looks cute, too.

I wore these on my vacation in Venice, Italy this summer and they were incredibly comfortable. Usually on vacation we walk all over, and my feet just ache at the end of the day. Not with these shoes-my feet felt wonderful the entire trip. I am in love with these shoes.

I loved the look of this shoe! The way it dips down at the sides looks very feminine and goes well with skirts and dresses. It was a little tight in the toe for me, but probably ok for most people as I have a wider med-with foot with a squarish shape. I returned it because for my foot I would need a 1/2 larger (9 is my usual size).

This shoe is amazing. Comfortable and stylish. The fit is true to size. I typically wear an 11, low arch, and narrow foot? I'm glad to have found this brand and shoe. I would highly recommend this casual shoe if you have a lot of walking to do at work. I feel like I can wear them everyday. By the way, thanks Zappos for shipping my items so quickly. I'm a satisfied customer.

I had bunion surgery in December. My foot is still somewhat sensitive and tends to swell. These shoes made me say "ahhh" when I put them on. The sole is thick enough to reduce shock from pavement. I was worried about what I was going to put on my feet for a week's vacation in New York. I wanted some style, but I knew that I would need comfort. This shoe does it. I ordered another color today.

These are very comfortable shoes. I did go down a half size when I ordered these shoes. I liked them so much I bought a black pair too!

I've gotten a lot of comments on these shoes. They are quite adorable and very comfortable. My custom orthotics fit right in. I ordered several colors as they can go with capris or even a skirt. The width at the top of the shoe is perfect for me, but could be snugger along the sides. I do worry that they might become too lose after wear and tear, but for now they are working just fine.

Love these shoes. Comfortable right out of the box. Fit great! They are very cute and I've gotten a lot of compliments on them.

This Merrell slip-on shoe is stylish, comfortable, and true to size. There is a nice arch support. I practical live in them every day with pants or a skirt. These are great shoes! Very cute and comfortable. I had some knee problems about 9 months ago and now I have to be careful about what kind of shoes I wear. No flat, flat shoes for me! These have a nice cushion and medium arch support. I wear a pretty true 6.5B and these were right on. I plan on purchasing in another color soon. Merrells are great shoes for support.

Really cute shoe! Only problem was 6 was a little too big and 5.5 was too tight so I kept the 6 and put a heel pad in to hold my foot in place. Walked all over Paris with them and they were very comfy. Have gotten compliments on this shoe. I like Merrells but their sizes always seem just a tad different than others. Anyway would buy this shoe again. And as usual Zappos is outstanding with service and delivery!!!

I purchased these in taupe. They are cute and comfortable. I usually have trouble with this style, but find this pair fits true to size and has enough room in the toe box. I would not wear them for serious walking though as they have no arch support.

I wear a l0 wide and most Merrell shoes fit me in their standard 10 medium. This shoe is cute on and is comfortable - pretty standard fit for a 10. I found there to be enough room in the toe box area, but I would imagine that anyone who is even a fraction over a size 10 would be uncomfortable. Having said that I will probably order another pair of these. They make my feet look small and they go with everything.

I have a long, narrow foot, and I always have difficulty finding (fashionable) flats that are long enough that I will not walk out of because of the width. I usually wear a 10 to 11 depending on the shoe, and the 10.5 in this shoe is perfect for me. The flexible fabric makes it easy to walk in comfortably without feeling like I'm constantly gripping my toes to keep it on. Plus, although it leans more towards a casual flat, I have found that they look nice with my work slacks, and my look is just "sportier."
