These make my third pair of Fannings. They are by far the most comfortable pair yet. As usual they are a little stiff until you wear them in, but once you do they just mold to your feet. I am an auto tech and look forward to the end of my shift when I can pull off the boots and slip into these pillows.

The only sandals I wear are Reef's but I had not tried these before. I purchased these in June for my trip to Ukraine. I wore them all day long every day for 6 weeks straight and my feet never ached once even after walking many miles in them. These are most comfortable and durable sandals that I have ever purchased. The beer opener has always come in handy for me but especially in Ukraine when I needed it most. If you are thinking of purchasing this item, you will not be disappointed. Of course, Zappos always has great service with super-fast shipping.

They fit like a glove, great quality, and cant tell you how many beers have been opened with these babies!

These are the most comfortable and durable flip flop style sandals. They support the feet very well. After trying these, I switched from strappy leather and velcro sandals for good. These are much more comfortable.

I've had a pair of these for a little over a year now, and they are by far the most comfortable, most supportive flip-flops I've ever worn. I used to get ankle and back pain when wearing standard foam flip-flops, even the higher quality Reef-type foam models. These flip flops completely eliminated all of those issues.I've literally walked in them nonstop for days while on vacation, and they're almost as comfortable as my running shoes. A few small niggles: The bottle opener in the sole is kind of gross (in my opinion), and when the flip flops are wet, the insoles are kind of slippery. Otherwise, fantastic product. Just ordered a second pair in a different color to compliment the first pair, which are still going strong after a year of heavy use.

This is the second pair of Fannings I've purchased. The first pair is four years old and I've finally worn out them out. The new style is much more comfortable than the original. It's hard to believe they could make them better. I just took them on a trip to the Bahamas and couldn't imagine being without them. As always, the bottle opener on the bottom is still a crowd pleaser! This is my third purchase from Zappos and is certainly not my last! Great service with super-fast shipping and they were less expensive than department stores selling the exact same shoes. Thank you!

This is my second pair of Reef thongs and I love them! It\'s a little tough to open a beer with them on, but what the heck - this feature could make you a hero on the beach some day! They\'re comfortable and durable. I normally wear an 11 1\/2 shoe and had to get a 13 here, so be aware of that sizing issue.

I love these! I just ordered my second pair, so that once I wear out my first, I have another! Unlike my last pair of Quiksilver slippers that wore out too quickly, the Reefs seem to have a more durable rubber compound for the sole. But as much as I love the slippers, I also love Zappo\'s incredible fast order processing and shipping! I ordered yesterday, and the items were shipped out via next day air from Louisville to Calfornia! I should be receiving them TODAY!!! Great customer service!!! I will definitely continue to shop at Zappos!

AWESOME - I bought these sandals for my boyfriend. He's a big fan of the classic Reef Fanning and when he saw these he wanted to try them right away. At first, he thought they were a little too tight and stiff but he didn't want to return them. About a week of wearing them, they were great. He said they fit well and people comment about them all the time. My boyfriend and I are both fans of Reef sandals!

It took a few days for these beauties to get broken in - but I love them. Very comfortable and look great.

Very Comfortable - These are on the pricey side for a pair of slippers. But, they are very solid, well made, and comfortable. They fit perfectly. They're not as comfortable as my old Adidas slippers that had a foam fitting design, but these are much more solid. I'm now glad I spent the extra money and bought them. I ordered around 10:30pm on a Sat. night, and they were at my door step Mon. evening! Zappos is awesome for their fast shipping, great selection, competitive $, and most of the time, they have my hard to find size in stock. Zappos rules!!!

Another great product from Reef! These are the third pair of Reef sandals I own and they are super comfortable. These have air underneath ALL of your foot not just the heels. They are like wearing a pair of Nike Airs but in sandal form. I really recommend these as I do the regular Fanning and the Dram sandals.

What you want is what you get! If you're looking for a flop sandal that is comfortable, made for the water, and looks good, the Reef Fanning IS the best you will do. I was searching for a sandal for my trip to the Mexican beaches last summer and after more than one try I hit a home run with this shoe. Good looking, comfortable, MADE FOR THE WATER, and so true to size I ended up buying three extra pair on faith, sight unseen. When it comes to shoes you usually get what you pay for. There is a reason these cost a little more than cheap flip-flops. They're worth every penny. After you buy one pair you'll probably like them so much you'll buy more colors and pray they're still available when the ones you have finally wear out. These guys nailed it!

1 Day and You Will Know Why - I purchased the Fanning II after my pair of Fanning I's broke after two years of use. I knew after one day that these sandals looked different but the changes made were much better stylistically and in terms of comfort. Zappos has done it once again.

Most comfortable flip flop out there!!! Awesome sandal! Reef-02 even better than the first. The extreme comfort in the sole makes this a five star plus comfort of a simple flip flop! Stylish as well! Will buy every color!

- New design, new comfort - I was hesitant to buy the redesigned Fanning based on its looks. The last Fanning had a "manlier" look to them and, overall, was a pretty good looking sandal. This new flip looks a bit more "space-age" with the rounded sides and all-around air pockets, so I had to see it for myself. Sure enough, it looks a little less "masculine" (if you could call it that) than the original. But once you take 10 steps in them you will soon forget. What can I say? WOW! It's like no other flip flop out there. They feel INCREDIBLY cushioned. Same fit as the originals, true to size and width. I even kept trying on my old Fannings to see which was better. In the end, however, these make your feet feel SO much lighter...I'm very tempted to buy another pair but will wait for other colors once this style takes off...because it will be just like the old ones.

These are nice and comfortable but not as comfortable as other Reef sandals. The air unit seems more for decoration than anything else. Don't get me wrong they feel good on the feet but the vision and original fanning feel better.

Very comfortable. I wear a size 10.5 shoe/sneaker, but the 10 in these fit great.

Great comfort, but my gripe is with the color scheme. While the top is in fact black & red (with gray), the description makes no mention that the see-through sole exhibits a purple/pink color to it. If it was red, I would have no problem with it. I'm just not big on pink/purple shoes. Call me strange. Also note that the upper sole is not actually black, but rather gray. Your expectations may vary, based on the color tones of your screen.
