I purchased this shoe because of the unique design and because it's offered in wide widths. I have always bought New Balance shoes.My order arrived quickly, but unfortunately the shoes felt a bit tight. I ordered the next half size larger and they fit perfectly. I suggest ordering a half size larger.The shoe itself looks very nice and has an aggressive tread, excellent for running on rough terrain. It's also very comfortable and fits well. They do seem a bit heavier than my other NB running shoes, but it's not an issue. I would recommend this shoe if you want a solid all-terrain shoe with a unique design.

I actually ordered 2 pairs of shoes before i got these specifically...the other 2 were either didn't fit comfortably or i did not like style....returns were SUPER EASY and did not cost me a dime!!!They shipped out replacements each time without questions and they shipped BEOFRE the others were received back to them! incredible service and i like these MT571 - cannot beat the price either. i have wide foot and they are comfy....all the shoes were received next day from ordering....thanks Zappos!!! Happy in Kansas

I love New Balance and these shoes are no exception. I ordered the extra wide because I have wider feet and I noticed that sometimes New Balance shoes are more narrow, they extra wide fit perfectly.\r\n\r\nOne thing you might want to consider if you have wider feet is to order the wide and double wide, that\'s what I did, and I returned the pair that didn\'t fit best.\r\n\r\n

I bought these shoes today from a local store. I got the 9.5 4Es. I have a pretty wide foot and need a lot of room in my shoes to keep my feet from hurting. These shoes are great! I’ve kept them on all day, even though I normally don’t wear shoes while in the house. My feet feel great! The shoes are light and comfortable, and very supportive when walking. I would only recommend that New Balance adds a bit more arch support. I like these shoes so much that I got online and started looking for more colors as soon as I got home!

My two factors that made these shoes my choice were: A--The low price in comparison to most running shoes. B. They are made in the USA. Other than that, I expected some passable running shoes. These turned out to be great comfortable cushioned shoes. I have bought shoes for around $100 that were less comfortable than these.

Order a 1/2 size larger than normal. I am a consistent 9, but they were snug. Other than that, I liked the shoes and would order another pair.

Very comfortable shoe. Wears out quickly, though. However, I am 260 lbs. so any shoe wears out quickly for me. I first got a pair of these and was so impressed I got a second pair when it was time for new shoes. I will most likely get another exactly like them when it's time again.

The shoes are very comfortable and now I have a little "spring" in my step. The Zappos experience was awesome. This is so much better than going around to all of the shoe stores and trying to find a shoe that you like that the store has in your size at a good price.

I use these shoes primarily for trail running, as well as on the track from time to time. They have a very close to the ground feel for a trail runner, but still provide adequate cushioning and support. Awesome traction for wet and muddy or slippery terrain. Very breathable, feet stay cool and dry. I have a second pair that I use for a work shoe, and after spending 8+ hours on my feet every day on concrete floors, my feet feel great. They even look cool. Easy to clean as well.

Great shoe! True to size light and airy. I purchaced this shoe to wear to the gym but find myself wearing them from the gym to going out to dinner. Classic black color makes them appropriate anywhere.

True to New Balance tradition, this is an extremely comfortable sneaker. Great arch support and good grip for all around cross training, walking, or light running. Compared to other New Balance, this shoe runs a little small.

Shoes feel great. This is the first pair of EE width shoes and I'm so glad to have them. My wide foot was uncomfortable in a D. The insoles are comfortable and offer a forward push when walking but not in an annoying sense just more comfort. I'm not a runner but get the urge on the treadmill once in a while. My shoes are mostly used for working out then are retired for everyday wear and tear after a year. These all-terrain will be nice when their workout days are finished.
