The shoes look and feel great, but after about 3 months of wearing them the elastic on the side of the buckles is thin and breaks. Needed to have them repaired at a shoe store.

This is my 2nd pair of MBT's - the first pair is an oxford-type for which I was fitted in a specialty store. You have to get used to the concept, because this is not a normal way of walking, it is a rocking motion and thus takes some adjustment. I have problem feet - high, long arches, narrow, slender feet, post-surgical, and require additional padding in the metatarsal area. So when I found this brand, it was a miracle. I do not need to use my custom-made orthotics when wearing either pair of MBTs. This style runs a little wide, so having the straps is a good thing to keep the shoe fitting snugly. The anatomical shape takes the pressure off the balls of the feet and the arch support is exceptional, thus enabling you to wear the shoe for long periods of time without discomfort. Every style has it's own fit, so it may take some experimentation before you find the right comfort zone. But the effort will be worthwhile in the long run. I recommend this shoe for anyone with problem feet or who just wants long-lasting comfort. Some models are more ortho than fashion statements, but the fit will override any objections in this regard.
I'd also recommend:
For special needs feet, that is a serious challenge. I can wear Dansko as well, but do not have the same comfort level.

I absolutely love these anti-shoes! I purchased them for all the benefits (improves blood circulation, posture and balance, works muscles in the feet, and encourages weight loss). I find them very comfortable. The only thing I would improve would be the straps. It's a bit difficult for me to buckle them, not because of the anti-shoe but because of my inability to reach to my feet. I have lost 2.6 lbs and I think it's because of the anti-shoes because my diet and exercise habits have not changed. Based on previous reviews, I ordered a half size bigger and they fit perfectly. I'm going to order two more styles.

Not only this is a very cute style, but the most comfortable shoes considering the pain I use to have when I walked the mall or just even around the office. All of a sudden I developed plantar fasciitis, I guess from wearing stilettos all my life since I was 18; my boyfriend's Mom introduced me to MBT a while back, now I can't live without them, I have them in almost every color and Zappos is great in notifying me when there is a sale. Thanks MBT and Zappos for making my life easier!

This is my tenth pair of MBT shoes, and they are very comfortable. Wearing MBTs for three years has saved me from knee surgery for osteoarthritis.

I love these shoes! I have gotten a lot of compliments and they serve the dual purpose of being the only shoes that address and help me heal my plantar fascitis.

I absolutely love these shoes! My back is much better when I use them. It took 4 years for people to convince me to get them, and I should have listened much earlier. It would have saved me a lot of pain and money spent on other attempts at a remedy. These run small, so I'm wearing 1 size bigger than my normal shoes.

The MBT Changa is my first pair of MBTs and I truly do like them. I've had no problems while wearing them and did not need any "break in" time to get used to them. I receive compliments on their appearance all the time (they aren't as "bulky" looking as some of the other models). They do seem to run short, as I initially ordered 1/2 size larger than I normally wear but needed to return these and order a whole size up. Zappos was so non-hassle to order and return. I plan to order more MBTs this winter.

I thought the toe bed was too tight. I've worn the Sport Lows and find them comfortable. The buckles seemed like too much work, especially if I was going to wear them in airport travel.

This is my 5th pair of MBT\'s. I wear MBT\'s because of neuromas in both feet. By wearing these most of the time, I can wear other shoes the rest of the time. I found this style to run small in length and had to return them for a larger size. However, now that I have them to fit, I love them. The bulk of my others are rather clunky. I\'m glad MBT has started to get a little more style conscious. I\'ll keep wearing rocker soles for as long as they make them.
I'd also recommend:
I understand that Sketchers now makes a rocker sole. Havne\'t tried them, but it would be worth a try.

Super, super shoes! I have neuropathy, plantar fasciitis and back problems, and the MBTs have been nothing short of miraculous. They make walking such fun! This style is stylish too, and goes with a lot of colors. I highly recommend it!

MBT shoes are the most comfortable shoes ever. These are my third pair and I plan on buying other styles in the near future. I ordered a half size larger in this style than I usually do and they fit just perfectly. I am on my feet for long periods of time on the job and wearing these shoes takes a lot of stress away from my legs and lower back. I'm sixty two years young when I'm wearing my MBTs, and Zappos' delivery time is extraordinarily quick. Good job Zappos! I'll be back for more. Thank you

I'm another nurse on a quest for the perfect work shoe. These are the closest I've come so far! They were comfortable from day one. I've worn Earth shoes, and do a lot of walking, so I didn't really feel like I had to get used to the unstable bottom. I like rocking on them when I am standing instead of walking. I was worried about wet surfaces (I worked in food and bar for 10 years prior to nursing), and these keep me feeling safe. I don't have arch problems, but I feel like the support is good. Some other reviews say these are narrow, but I didn't have that problem with my wide feet (and I have that problem with lots of shoes!), so i encourage you to try them to see if they are the right fit for you. There's not much to lose with Zappos free shipping! I have yet to find a shoe that makes me feel like I'm walking on pillows after multiple shifts, but these are overall very comfortable. My legs don't ache in these shoes, like some others, and for some reason, my ankles don't swell as much. This is a good price for MBT's and they look cute without the overly large look of other MBT sneakers. I'd definitely recommend them and give them a thumbs up!

I've had arthritis all my life, and I've developed type 2 diabetes, and with that neuropathy in both of my feet and my legs. Walking has become something of a chore and is very painful. I had to give up the high heels several years ago, and finally just started wearing athletic shoes because they seemed to be the best for my feet, but I still had a lot of pain. By the time I got home at night from work, I couldn't even move hardly. My husband heard about the MBT's from a co-worker who also suffers from arthritis, and she suggested to him that I try a pair. I was skeptical, but willing to try anything to relieve the pain. After a couple of hours in my shoes, I could not believe the result! I was astounded that my back, shoulders, neck, hips, knees, and ankles all seemed to be less painful. Even the neuropathy in my feet seemed to be better. I didn't have the burning and tingling that was always constant. So I started wearing them everywhere. After the second day, one of my co-workers mentioned that I seemed to be walking better and wanted to know what I was taking to help the pain and stiffness. I showed him my shoes. He was astounded! Now, I can't wait to get into my shoes in the morning just because they help the pain in my legs and feet so much. I hate taking them off at night and I'm getting a pair that are "house shoes" so I can wear them indoors. As a person that has endured the pain of arthritis all of my life, and the pain of neuropathy for the last 6 years, I can testify that these shoes will make a difference in anyone's life. I've had my father (age 84), his wife (age 85), and my brother who also suffers from arthritis purchase a pair of these shoes and anyone I know that suffers from joint pain. I just wish that I'd known about these shoes years ago. These are truly better than advertised!

I love these shoes! This was my second pair of MBTs; I also have an athletic style, but wanted something non-sneaker-ish, too. They are like walking on marshmallows. I have issues with my knees, and my knees love them. I rated style four stars because they are an acquired taste, but this style really is quite cute.

I have had a lot of foot problems such as torn tendons, neuromas, a toe fusion, and plantar faciitis. Needless to say, it has been quite painful and I have had difficulty finding shoes that are comfortable. A few years ago I found MBT shoes and I have never looked back! Without them I could not walk. Last month I found the MBT Changa and I have finally found an MBT shoe that was a bit dressier and nicer to wear with skirt and nice pants. They are nice looking and just as comfortable as the clunkier MBT shoes are. I get lots of compliments on them. When I went to my foot surgeon last week he said that MBT shoes are great and that he tells all of his patients about them. He said that although they are pricey, they are worth it. I agree with him wholeheartedly. I love my MBT shoes!

I have ALS (Lou Gehrig disease) and MBT shoes are the only ones that I can use to take walks. This is my third pair and I cannot say enough about them. They are so comfortable, and I think that the Changa is very stylish.

these are super-cute. don\'t make foot look big at all, quite dainty in fact. dress up well. although, the extra height of the shoe can make it look like my pants are hemmed too short.\r\n\r\nthe rolling gait is very easy and natural feeling. puts a spring in your step and actually makes walking kind of fun.\r\n\r\nmy one complaint is that there is very little vertical toe room in the toe box. i can\'t wiggle my toes up and down, so they feel a bit confining.\r\n\r\nif you have morton\'s neuroma or other toe problems, please research mbt\'s before buying, there is concern that they put more pressure on the toes during push off than most other shoes, which can aggravate certain conditions.\r\n\r\ni\'ve read lately about newer mbt\'s having problems with durability. the eva smooshy stuff in the heel is supposedly giving out very quickly. hope this is merely rumor.

I LOVE my Changa!!! It’s my first pair of MBT... I wasn’t so sure about spending this kind money on a pair of shoes, but I’m soooo glad I did. The Changa is not as high as the others, but it does take a little time to get use to it... I wore it out for the first time last week and after a few hours, I can definitely feel and sense that those muscles that feel a little achy... those muscles had a little “work-out”! LOL I wore my Changa all week to work (doctor’s office... on feet all day... pacing back and forth!) and I have to say, it’s true! (I was doubtful of the claims before I even got the shoes!) I feel no discomfort at the end of the day. I don’t slouch as much because of the “rocking” of the shoe. That “solid” feeling at the arch of the foot is very helpful. I actually feel like I’m standing completely upright! I have a bad habit of standing and moving my feet outward and balancing on it, but… with my MBT, I can’t! And that’s GOOD! I have to say that I will be investing in another pair in the near future... Zappos, thank you sooo much for great prices, great service, and MOSTLY... no-hassle returns!

These shoes are the best! They are a bit heavy, but that translates into sturdy and the only ones I can be in and on my feet all day long without being in pain. I have horrible feet having gone through several operations and these are a real find. I would recommend them to anyone with foot, back, or leg problems. Zappos is a pleasure to do business with. They delivered quickly and without shipping costs.

These are just about my favorite MBT shoes because they are so pretty AND comfortable. Also, the smooth leather is nice. They are a little more dressy and feminine, so you can even wear them to social occasions. The sole height is a little lower, so walking is a pleasure. A very nice shoe!

Comfortable and stylish shoes - I have arthritis in my feet and these MBTs are the only shoes I can wear - along with my orthotics - for walking. This is my second pair - I have the Sports - and have received a lot of compliments on how great they look. I highly recommend them.

Better than a sneaker - I have heard about this shoe from various publications but believed that they had to be the ugliest shoes. So I was never really interested until I found the Changa. It looks very feminine yet fully padded as all MBTs are. I took a chance and ordered. I was impressed by the look. MBTs are big shoes but not overly large like some sneakers. With regards to fit, I must say these are even more comfortable than my most comfortable sneaker. I am very happy I tried a pair. I will definitely buy another a soon as a new design catches my eye.

WONDERFUL SHOE! I have had neuroma surgery and I am now getting shots in my foot for bursitis. My hips hurt and my knees hurt from "gimping" all day due to the sore foot! I just got these shoes today and I haven't "gimped" since I put them on! WONDERFUL SHOE! Thank you MBT!!!

MBT SHOES SAVE MY KNEES - I have two bad knees and the only way I feel comfortable and without pain is when I wear my MBT shoes. I just recently purchased the Changa. This is my 4th pair. All in different styles. I like these to wear for casual. I would definitely suggest these shoes to anyone who has knee problems or stand on their feet all day. I can't get by without mine. I love them.
