Great conditioning and waterproofing cream. Makes the leather a little more pliable and makes water bead instead of soak in and stain leather. On my Frye boots, it doesn't affect the leather color, but I used it on my boyfriend's brand new Clarks and it darkened them significantly (luckily he liked the darker look). This may have to do with the manufacturer's treatment of the leather, however. I would recommend testing it on a small spot, like on the tongue, and letting it dry for a day before applying it to the whole boot/shoe.

I ordered this product when I ordered my first pair of Frye boots (which will not be my last) I have always taken excellent care of my leather goods as I was an equestrian for many years and I am very particular about what I put on leather. This product is excellent for conditioning and waterproofing your boots and shoes. I knew it would darken my sand colored Frye boots and that was exactly what I wanted. It gave the leather a wonderful waxy feel without being heavy or sticky. I also used it on a pair of Ariat paddock boots and they look beautiful. Just be aware you cannot use it on suede or nubuck and it will slightly darken light colored leathers so test it on a spot where it will not be obvious if you are not certain how much it will change the color. This is a great product, at a good price.

Love this stuff! Used it on my Fryes and it erases any scuffs or marks so they look like new. I also used it on a high end handbag, and it completely erased a tiny stain. It darkened the leather every so slightly, but I thought it made the color look richer. I also think it protects the leather from the elements. Good stuff.

Zappos is great! The cream arrived before time. The cream works well and it does make one's shoes darker as it is weatherproofing it also. So that's something to keep in mind. My shoes did get more supple and softer.

I purchased this to use on my new Frye Veronica Slouch boots. When I used the cream with a soft cloth on my boots, the color on the boots rubbed off onto the cloth.

It made my 10 year old Frye boots look brand new again! I thought I might only get a couple of uses out of product (because it looked small online and in person) but after conditioning my tall boots I barely made a dent in the container. Good value for the price.

Seems to be working great! I bought some investment type boots this year and this conditioning cream has left them soft and water protected. A small investment to keep your Frye's looking their best!

This is a great conditioning cream to use on leather goods -- Frye shoes, of course, but also any other high quality leather in need to some upkeep. The cream absorbs well into leather, doesn't create shine, and seems to weather the leather and make it softer. Highly recommended.

I bought this in an attempt to help make the leather of my Frye boots a little bit softer. I can't say for sure if it's worked yet, since it's summer and way too hot to wear my boots, but the conditioning cream immediately made my boots look amazing. They looked supple and some of the scratches I had gotten on them seems to fade. It was very easy to apply, and you don't have to wipe it off. It has no smell that I can tell. I would recommend this to anyone with leather boots.

I bought this because I'm scared of ruining my new Frye's, especially since I'm definitely going to wear them throughout the winter, in snow and salt conditions. I first wore the boots without applying the cream, and I got salt marks on them. They came off, but as soon as I got home from work that day I applied the cream and haven't gotten salt stains since. The stuff will not water proof the boots, but it does provide "protection", whatever that means. Basically, if you're going to spend a lot of money on very nice boots, it's worth spending the money on this cream.

I ordered this for my Frye Harness 12R boots and tested an inconspicuous part of the boot (they are tan and an intentionally light, disheveled appearance so I wanted to make sure it wouldn't affect the leather too drastically). The cream DOES darken my boots, but not unpleasantly - it richens the appearance of the leather. I feel it will give great protection against rain and inclement weather. Because it's made by the same company I feel comfortable using it on my boots. Frye is amazing. I also have to compliment their design on the tin - it has a wonderful popping mechanism to open it and it is not constructed cheaply - much like everything else you get from Frye, even their cream and tins are thoughtfully presented and manufactured!

Hi, I love this product. When I first bought it in a store in Portsmouth, NH, I spent 1 1/2 hrs doing 14 pairs of boots, and shoes. To my astonishment, they all came out looking as new...

I felt this was a great conditioning cream for my frye and other leather boots. I like to conditon my boots once a year or so, it really makes them last long and look like new. It does darken light leather a bit, but still looks good.

Wonderful product; conditions leather and doesn't even really darken or change its color. If anything, it actually enriches the color, which is great. I wouldn't use anything else on my Fryes, and I used it on my other leather boots and shoes with equally great results.

I use this polish both on my black Frye boots and as a clear polish on a pair of not quite brown boots. It keeps the leather supple with a muted shine, but be warned, it does nothing to cover deep scuffs. For that you would need to supplement with a suitably colored polish.

Amazing product. Worked well to condition my leather boots and also my other leather shoes. A little bit goes a long way.

Pretty straightforward quality leather dressing. Odorless. Definitely worth it to protect your boots from moisture.

A quality product which is the correct consistency to easily blend into the leather seasoning and protecting it. I used it before wearing my new boots out of the house. It darkens the leather ever so slightly but not unpleasantly.

I used this product on all my Fryes to prepare for the coming season it is awesome! The oldest pair I own are about 8/9 years old and were looking a little scuffed up, but the conditioning cream made them look like new. I highly recommend this product.

Great stuff, I use this often on my boots in the winter because it helps clean off the salt.

This is an excellent product. I use it every week or so on my Indys and it gives a nice dark fade to scuffs and scrapes.

I used the cream on my Frye boots and on my other leather boots, and it made them gleam and look like new. The best part was that it also made some minor scuffs and scratches magically disappear. Going into winter, especially, I'm sure I'll continue to use the cream all the time.

I bought this thinking it would help with watermarks. Unfortunately it didn't help with that, but is great to refresh my leather Frye boots.

This stuff is great! I just got it for my year old Frye boots and they look brand new! I had water marks on one pair and scuffs on the other and both disappeared when I rubbed in the conditioning cream.

This stuff is wonderful. It has breathed new life into some of my old leather shoes and protected me new ones. I'm a new fan!
