The best running shoe ever! This is the best running shoe for over-pronators. Not an over pronator, Asics still has tons of other styles for the structure and support you need. I used to buy other running shoes based on look/color, but then found they were not the right fit. I have gotten a new pair of this same model every spring for the past 4 years. I had a gift card for a local sport store that carries these shoes but they only had them in 1 color and would not special order. Zappos had all the colors, and with free shipping and the same price, I had to go with Zappos.

Great shoe! I've always used this model Asics running shoe. It was great that this style is different than the ones in the store! I normally wear a 9, but I wear a 9.5 in this shoe for that little extra space in the front.

Metallic ORANGE! I purchased this shoe in the White/White/Orange color. To my surprise, the Orange on the shoe is a shiny metallic orange. The shoe still looks decent! I absolutely love this shoe. I have been a runner for years and the second I pout the shoe on, I knew it was a perfect fit! There is great support and cushion! THANKS ASICS for a great shoe!

Absolutely Recommend - I researched shoes for about a month before I decided on these bad boys. And I couldn't be happier. My knee pain went away. I feel like I can jump higher... and when I am running I feel lighter. I would absolutely recommend these shoes! Plus they look so good! :)

Great shoe! I love this shoe! It is comfy right from the start and supports my feet. I replaced an older model and did order up a half size and these feel better but not sure if that's the shoe or my feet!

Asics GT-2140 - The shoe fit is excellent. They're very comfortable. The color is great. I only wish there were more color choices for size 10.5 AA. Then I'd buy more.

Excellent shoe - I love this shoe - fits better in the toe box than the New Balances I've been in for a few years. I had to wear them several times for them feel truly comfortable - the first few times out I experienced a slight ache in my left foot, which no longer occurs.

Great shoe! I have to have a narrow running shoe and this one fits the bill! I have had plantar fasciitis in the past, so I remove the inner liner and replace it with an OTC orthotic that gives me even greater arch support. Very comfortable, well-supported shoe for running/walking/workout. ASIC'S is a great brand and I love the GT-2140! Bought the same shoe for my husband!

All around great! This will be my fourth purchase of this shoe if you count the earlier model (GT-2110) that I previously owned! I get the Onyx black color so that I can wear these with dress clothes without it being real noticeable that I have athletic shoes on - I commute to and from work in these and sometimes also switch to these for a lunchtime walk as well.

ASICS Gel Stands and Delivers! I am a walker, not a runner- but had a lot of foot pain issues- I tried everything, and one day at work I threw my athletic shoes into the trash, wore my flip flops to the closest athletic store and got my first pair of GT2140's. The pain was relieved so much I am back to my normal walking routine again! I got two pairs that day- but really needed a wide. None of the stores had them - so I went right to ZAPPOS- because they did! THANK YOU ZAPPOS!! I am now in shoe heaven, walking again, no pain, and have happy feet. These are great for stability and comfort even if you don't run. I use them every day at home and the gym. I am getting fit again! I am very happy with these shoes. I even wear the black ones to work. They are secure on my feet, and not heavy.

Great Shoe - Zappos you're the best. I must have ordered and returned 6-8 pair of shoes and finally got the exact shoe I need for my feet, the Asics 2140. These shoes are perfect for walking on my treadmill or walking on the concrete greenway around the lake. The toe box is nice a roomy and the arch support is perfect.

I love my ASICS!! I had feet problems that made my back ache, my heel hurt and I even had pain in my shins. I finally went to a podiatrist and he referred me to a store that fit me for shoes and they put me in ASICS. That was 4 years ago and I have never bought another athletic shoe other than ASICS since. I even put my 11 year old in ASICS. They are wonderful

I have worn Asics for several years now and I like the design because I think it makes my size 11 foot look smaller. The toe box is a little wide for me, but it is comfortable. This is a good shoe for the moderate price.

EXCELLENT athletic shoe that comes in narrow! I am one of those people born with difficult to fit feet. They are a AA and are a bit bony and tender, which they have been my whole adult life. I ALWAYS have had a difficult time finding shoes that felt "okay," let alone actually feel really GOOD. So, you can imagine how happy I am when I occasionally find a shoe that A) Fits my narrow foot and actually hugs it in all the right ways, B) Feels REALLY comfortable (no pain, just pure comfort). C) Actually LOOKS GOOD too! Younger people with narrow feet know that they are frequently limited to more "old lady" type of styles than people with normal/average width feet. Even people with wider feet have a lot more choices today than those with narrow feet (now that the average foot width has grown to match the girth of the increasing numbers of obese people supposedly. In summary, if you have narrow feet and have looked high and low for an attractive athletic shoe that fits great, gives excellent "shock absorbency" and stability, and looks really attractive, you can't go wrong with this shoe.

Great running shoe - I am a short distance (less than 5 mile) runner and I love this shoe. It is my second pair. I was professionally fitted for the first so this is a repeat purchase for me. This shoe fit exactly like the one I had previously- roomier than some running shoes in the toe box and tighter in the heel- and I like the fun print liner in the turquoise combo I chose. Due to the distances I run, I size up a half size from my normal size 8 street shoe size and this shoe works out perfectly.

Greatest Athletic Shoe!!! This is a fabulous workout shoe...I use it for my video workouts and for power walking. The shoe hugs my foot in all the right places and is now the shoe I also wear out if I am going to be on my feet for hours. I highly recommend this shoe if you want comfort and performance.

I'm liking these Asics. I don't like sneakers in general, but am forced to wear them presently as I have plantar fasciitis. This particular pair is good for pronation and my orthotic fits in nicely under the insole. I have them in black as I need to wear them to work.

Best Yet - These shoes are so comfortable, I forget I have them on. Easy to walk or run in and light on the feet. I will order them again.

Different Fit Than the GT-2130 - Asics are the most comfortable sneakers for me. The fit on this shoe was narrower than the 2130, but there was a wide available. I returned the B width and got the wider shoe. They seem to be fine.

Great replacement for my 2120 shoes - These shoes are great! I tried to find them in "D" width size 9.5 and was unsuccessful. Zappos was the only place to have them. Thanks!
