My previous blundstones were amazing- I wore them almost every day for 3 years before they began to wear out. Ordered the same size and style and have been having a terrible time breaking them in. They are extremely tight and although I have been wearing them 3-4 times a week for 6 weeks I still find them tight and very difficult to pull on. Did something change? I feel like I will need to size up but am discouraged because I am unsure if I can return them at this point.

I’ve put probably 20 miles into these boots on daily dog walks, and they’re still giving me blisters on my heels of I walk more than 30 minutes. And that’s with wool hiking socks! The toe also inexplicably collapsed in on one of the boots, too. Waste of money.

With normal wear, they developed a large crack in the leather on top of the boot (where the shoe flexes) after 6 months. I’m not unusually hard on shoes and I’m extremely disappointed with the quality. My foot is now consistent wet when I wear them in wet weather (Pacific NW). Returning them to Blundstone for repair or replacement is a joke - they seem intent on making sure it’s as difficult as possible. Send them back to Blundstone at my expense so they can “inspect the damage” and decide if they want to repair or replace them? Seriously? Very disappointed in workmanship and “commitment to quality”.

Make sure you order a size up and then be prepared to break them in for a significant period.

I am very sad and disappointed; I occasionally wore these boots and after less than four years, the soles are disintegrating. However the shoes are super comfortable! I am hesitant to order these again, as I am afraid they will fall apart again!
