These are fantastic. They are simply my favorite shoes period. I got my first pair on a trip to New Zealand and have had a pair ever since. These are my go to boots!

I generally wear a size 8 shoe. The 8 felt a little small so I tried the 8.5 which felt too big. After reading other reviews I stuck with the 8 and they are great!

These are great boots. They look good, feel good, and are tremendously functional. They are comfortable right out of the box. I could not be happier with the product and service.

Good shoe. Feet stay dry in the rain. Felt true to size.

The pair I ordered are my fifth pair. My last pair lasted about five years. Quality of this most recent pair seems as good or better than my previous Blundstones. Leather looks and feels great; stitching is strong and uniform. Time will tell if there are issues with the sole, but after two weeks of daily wear, this pair looks and feels fine.

I don't buy shoes very often. I like wearing boots, and have worn Red Wings for a long time. A pair of Red Wings will last me ten years. When I took these out of the box and put them on, they instantly became my favorite pair of shoes. I love that I can just throw them on. I go outside and come back in the house a lot. When doing so, I take off my shoes. These are definitely nice for that. I walk a lot, and so far I like the light and rugged feel to these. I have to say from other reviews, I am a little concerned about the change from manufacturing in Australia. The Red Wings I wear are still made in the US. We'll see how these Blundstones hold up over time. I really hope they do. I like buying local, but I couldn't find these in my area. I have to say my experience with Zappos was excellent.

Comfortable right out of the box...light weight but sturdy enough for anything around the farm or out in the woods.

This is my second pair of Blunnies. The first pair lasted for ten years of occasional wear - the soles eventually wore out, but the leather uppers were still in great shape. Since then, the production has moved out of Tasmania and I was concerned that there may have been a drop in quality... But when my new boots arrived, they appeared identical in every way to the originals - except that the fit is more snug, which is actually better for me. I've had the boots for a month now and am loving them so far; as a result of the improved fit, I'm wearing them much more than the old ones. Note that sizing is one down from US sizes. I wear US size 11 and the size 10 Blundstone is perfect for me.

Great all-purpose boot that has become my go-to for most occasions! This boot took about 2 weeks to break in (arch on the right boot pinched for a while until it stretched out). Initially I tried a size 8.5 - too small - the 9 was perfect! This boot is black-brown and goes well with both color schemes - I now wear this boot 90% of the time!

I've had the same pair of 500s for two years now. I live in New England and work labor, these boots have been thru hell and back. They've been worn daily as my go to footwear and I can't say enough good about them. No issues with durability or wear and tear, they've easily outlasted Timberlands, Doc Martens, Wolverines and Harley-Davidson boots from my past, and remained comfortable as slippers the entire time. The stout brown is rather dark, but with wear fades to a lighter brown. I typically wear a 10 to an 11, and my blunnies fit great in size 9. With minimal care (seasonal cleaning and oiling) they still look sharp when going out if needed. Will without a doubt purchase another pair when these give it up, but in the meantime I've been looking at some of the 063s and 268s for some variety.

Awesome boots! This is my 2nd pair. They are not as brown as I had hoped so I guess I will just get a 3rd pain!

I am normally a size 6.5-7 (US Women's) with a large bunion only on one foot. I went ahead and ordered a size 7 equivalent, thinking there would be ample room. To my surprise, the boot felt cramped in the toe box and rubbed my bunion quite a bit. I exchanged for a 8 equivalent and that helped with the length, but I had to get them stretched on the bad foot to provide more width. As for support, the provided insoles were not adequate for my low arches and I replaced them with some Spenco cushioned arch support insoles. The boots come with waterproofing wax which is great for prepping the leather for swampy conditions in coastal climates (lowcountry SC). The utilitarian look of the boot is very unique and fashion forward, I wear them with skinny jeans, skirts, and dresses. Some people are worried that they may feel clunky on, but they are very light! I will definitely be wearing these all year (maybe not for July-August) and possibly one of the best boot purchases. Warning, the AUS sizing system seems to run a size smaller than listed. Those with a wide forefoot+narrow heel also should consider a half-size since it increases the width, not length. Overall, I love these boots!

Great color and fit. Fast shipping. Previous reviews indicated problems with the soles falling apart. Manufacturer claims issues fixed. I sure hope so. For now, I love them.

I love these boots! This is my second pair of the BL500s. I completely wore out the first pair down to the sole over the course of four years with me wearing them every day on my farm. Even after scratching up the boot leather from blackberry bushes and construction projects I could still clean them up and polish them and have them look pretty darn good for dressier occasions! The feel is very comfortable and the boots are really well made. I highly recommend them.

Finally replaced my original Blundstone 500's that I've had for over 15 years. So happy to have a new pair! I did not think the boots run big in size. Room for thick socks if you want. Great, long-lasting boot that looks good. These are a classic.

I like the work boot because of the shape and the fact that you pull it on, as opposed to laces. Though its no longer made in Australia, it still has the classic shape.

I needed a pair of fall shoes and I had no time to think about it - October was upon me! Lots of my friends have Blundstones and I love how they look so I ordered them. They look amazing and go with everything. Fitwise, I ordered a women's 9.5, which is on the upper range of my usual shoe size. I would say if anything they run slightly small. The right shoe fits perfectly and the left is a little snug - usually I don't feel this slight foot size difference in my shoes. But if I went up a size I think I would have to wear really thick socks all the time. I'm still breaking them in - they're definitely stiff at the beginning. I'm considering getting gel inserts for extra comfort. Definitely planning on having them a long time.

These shoes are well made, great work boots that look professional. They take a bit to break in though. Initially the ankle was a stiff and rubbed skin. After they break in they are totally great! I get compliments on them all the time.

My third pair of the 500's, I have another that is suede. This pair is breaking in a little stiffer. They are a great all around work and recreation boot. Eventually they are like slippers. They have good foot support. I am a rancher, farmer, and winery owner.

I love these boots. I had been looking for a pair of boots at Boot Barn and none were as comfortable as these. I work on a dusty farm and the leather so far has held up to the elements. I do not recommend be steel toe boots. I tried those on and they were not very comfortableand on the heavy side. I was also concerned about what would happen if something extremely heavy fell on my foot. As for size I ended up purchasing two pairs and sent back the pair that didn't fit me right.

Great shoe/boot! Ordered these for my husband. He needed a decent looking shoe that could withstand our brutal winters. He loves his Blundstones! They keep his feet warm and dry, are easy to kick off at the door, and can be worn from casual to fairly dressy situations, without that bulky " winter boot" look. Ordered a half size larger than usual, they fit perfectly.

These Blundstone boots are pretty perfect. They are funky, casual, but still work appropriate. The shoe body is more like a black than a "stout brown" (unless that is referring to the elastic part?), and it nicely contrasts with the brown elastic. The one thing I noticed was there is a stiffness that needs to get broken in on the top part of the foot by wearing these a bit... I questioned if the more expensive Blunnies would have been better with the leather interior as well. In any case, I'm still very happy with my purchase. Just something to consider regarding buying the "delux" model.

These boots are the footwear of my household: I have them, my husband has them, so does our roommate. They are perfect in every way -- if you are the type who shreds shoes every few months, you will have these for years!
