Designed by JSS himself! Well-made, comfortable and sound great! Definitely gives those "other" professional-level shoes we've all been wearing a run for the money!

The shoes are fabulous but be aware that the women's Bloch tap shoes run small. Start with one size larger than street shoe size. Great Zappos customer service allowed me to return for a larger size -- I ended up with a pair 1½ sizes larger than my street shoe size since one size larger was just a little too tight with my normal dance socks.

I love the look and quality of the leather on these shoes. However, I do have a few concerns. They seem to run a half size smaller than street shoe size. Mine are tight and I had to have them stretched. They are still too tight. They have been a little tough to break in. They sound good and would be ultra comfortable if they weren\'t too tight. I also liked that they were affordable.

I ordered these shoes for my wife, and she loves them. She said they take some time getting used to as she went from a soft top tap shoe and these are more of a sturdy fit, but after a few tap sessions she was used to the feel of them. Taps and clicks sound great, too!

Nicely designed shoe, but be sure to order a full size up! I normally wear a 6W or 6 1/2 B, and I had to return twice to get one that fits!

Sizing: I wear a 7 in street shoes and ordered an 8 according to the Bloch website. Fit is perfect with or without thin socks. Shoes are cool. Good sound. ??

These shoes didn't work out for me. I bought a size 8.5 Bloch Jason Samuel for my street shoe 7.5. The length is great but the width is too narrow. My Capezio Classic Tap shooes are too narrow also but have better arch support. I ended up having to buy a Men's Bloch Jason Samuels 6.5 to get the width I need and am adding a metatarsal pad. BUT, I couldn't find the men's on ZAPPOS. The price point is much better than any custom shoe that I'd need for the width.
