Great hat! The bill is a little smaller than I expected but it fits great and looks good too!

It fits, which was my chief concern, but "gray" doesn't seem an accurate description of the color. My wife and I agree it is blue. Bluish-gray maybe, but definitely not just gray.

Cool looking hat. Good quality. Drops a little close to ears. Also not adjustable, so make sure you order proper size.

Love this hat! Made of a very light, high quality material. So comfortable, you forget your even wearing it at times. Tad pricey though.

I wish I could like this hat. As far as looks goes, it's great! However, I wear a 7 5/8 baseball hat, but the XL (7 1/2) version of this hat was way too big. In addition, as at least one other reviewer has noted, the hat comes down too much. If I were to wear this, the hat would be supported totally by my ears, not my head. Maybe if you have a lot of hair, this is a fine hat for you. But for me, it's a very awkward fit.

Nice little hat, but wash it, it shrinks and is too tight, trash it kind of expensive for a one round accessory I'm looking for a hat like this with adjustable fit.

I found the hat I bought was very comfortable. I wear my when I am Jeeping. I had Jeep embroidered on the hat. Much better than the old baseball style. I would buy another any time.

I cannot praise this hat enough! I have had my Private for almost four years now and I am on the verge of purchasing a second. I bought the dark brown version and have dragged it through hell and back. The only thing that has really worn on the hat is its faded color. That is understandable, however, as it has been out in over 110° heat in the Montana badlands. The hat has also been with me on numerous snowboarding trips, and seems to do well in almost any weather. The material is hardy and the construction is excellent. Keep making hats this well-constructed,, and good looking, and I will never buy a hat from another company.

Love this hat! Fits well and looks so darn cute. It fades a little with time but it just adds to the appeal.

Great style and have been happy. Bought a medium but had to send back for the small (if you're buying for woman/child, you'll probably have to get a small). It's still a little big (why I gave it a 4 instead of 5) but not willing to send it back!

I found this hat to run true to size. The material I love it is 100% cotton and the brim of the hat is snug but not too tight or uncomfortable. I feel very fashionable wearing this hat. Highly recommend! I bought it in three colors :-)

Cap fit perfectly. I especially liked the lightweight fabric. It was just enough to not see through, but thin enough that you could almost feel the wind.

I have an extremely large head & have such a hard time finding hats that fit and don't look ridiculous on me. This hat is perfect! It's a nice material, plus comfortable and stylish. Love the charcoal color, too!

Excellent hat! I was going for the "Detectorists" hat and this is it! Wish the Goorin castle was white instead of gold but it is pretty close to the hat in the TV show. One word of warning. I usually wear a large but the hat was way too big upon delivery. So we washed and dried a couple of times and it fits great now. Cheers and enjoy!

High quality hat. Will last for years if you take care of it. Sizes are generally spot on but they can vary from hat to hat. I usually have to try on several to find one that fits right.

Love these Hats! I bought two of these in the large size in different colors. my hat size is a 7 1/4 and they both fit exactly the same, not to snug and not to loose. I never put my hats in the dryer but if they shrink a little when I wash them I don't think it would hurt. Style wise I've always liked the cadet and these are perfect, not to high, the bill is not to long or to short and they don't look to military. The material is not to heavy for Florida summers so they shouldn't be to hot and the quality and construction look great too. I will most certainly be buying more Goorin hats from Zappos...

Comfy weekend hat. The hat is quite deep, so it tucks behind my ears or over them just a wee bit. My husband dislikes that part of the hat, but I don't mind. I wear it every weekend for errands. Soft, sturdy material in a neutral color. Love it!

This is a well made cadet cap. The sun protection is very good, and the brim will shade the eyes for most shooting and fishing activities. Ball caps work better for playing ball, but these little cadet caps provide all the cover you need for everything else. The Goorin Model is nicely made, and machine washes beautifully. The Private is a nice cap for the price.

This is the second one we have bought. My husband loves it. At first the bill looks a little short but he says it's just enough. Will buy again.

I love my new hat! It says it's a men's hat, but I bought it as a female and it looks great. Very hip and looks exactly like the picture on Zappos.

I've had difficulty find hats that fit my ginormous head. But their XL is true too size, in this and other styles of theirs, which is something I only have found in the past to be true of Kangol's. I give this the Head Befit a Coin Seal of Approval!
