I am very picky when it comes to sandals because my feet blister very easily and the straps on these are very comfortable! I did find they run large so I purchased a full size down. Also when you wear them for the first time the rubber on the foot-bed rubs off and may discolor your foot a bit (if you get the black or other dark color), but that only happens in the first wear or two. Overall, I am very satisfied!

Very light and comfortable, medium arch support, front is wide and roomy, they are true to size. Needs pretty looking feet. The ruby I choose is more brown than I expected. Very thin bendable sole which is okay for my use. I would have liked a little more arch support.

I ordered the San Remos in brown, the screen shot online appeared as a more taupe (neutral grayish brown) than warm brown, but the color was a warm brown. They are beautiful inside and out and from the first minute have been extremely comfortable. The arch support is very adequate and for a flat sandal, they provide a stable walking sole. On the girly side of this review, they look stunning, far better than the other sandals I own and see on people far more fashion forward than I.

I purchased the Merrell San Remo for a vacation, looking for a sandal that I could wear to the beach, theme parks, and out in the evening, as I wanted to be able to pack as little as possible. I ordered the sandals at 5 pm, and they were waiting for me the next day when I got home from work. Based on the reviews, I ordered a size smaller (6) than my usual size (7). The straps on the 6s fit perfectly, but the footbed was a bit short, as my toes came just to the very end. I called Zappos.com at 6 pm, and they immediately shipped out a pair of 7s for me, which again arrived the next day before I got home from work. The footbed was perfect, and I was able to adjust most of the straps to fit well, but the straps around the toes were a bit loose. My feet are average width, so I think these must run a bit wide. I kept the 7s, as my flight left the next day, and I got used to the way they fit. Now they are the most comfortable sandals I own. From the first day I got them, I've been able to wear them for 12+ hours with no blisters or uncomfortable rubbing. They look equally cute with a swimsuit, jeans, or even a miniskirt and a dressy tank top. Between the quality and style of these shoes and the excellent customer service of the Zappos team, I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Way to go, Zappos!!

I wear a small 11 and I ordered a 10 in these shoes. They fit, but barely. The foot bed is soft and comfortable, and I can wear these sandals with a dress or with something more casual. I wish they had a slightly higher arch (but my arches are insanely high). Overall, I'm very happy with these sandals because they are a happy medium between Chacos and something a little dressier. Very versatile.

It’s a pretty nice looking sandal. I ordered the 8 after others said it ran a little large. It was the perfect size for me. It is not quite as comfortable as my other Merrells, it is a much firmer feel, but still comfortable.

These sandals have incredibly comfortable soles. I was amazed by just how great they felt to stand in. Unfortunately the straps rub against insides of my ankles due to the way the straps are constructed. The leather in that section is very rough because the strap ends in that spot and is doubled over and glued to itself. I know that if I walked very far in them I would develop blisters below my ankles. I'm not returning them though because they are really cute and the soles are exceptionally comfortable. Since it is only one small section of one strap on each sandal, I am going line those spots using tan colored felt material and fabric adhesive.

Cute, comfortable, some support. Good for walking around but not too far. My dad said they look "Biblical".
