Very comfortable and stylish. I have a high arch and had to remove the wonderful insoles then replace with store bought thin ones, otherwise I would not be able to fit my feet inside. I wear a 6.

I wear a 10.5 running shoe size, tried this in a 41, snug but okay fit in the footbed. Found the ankle to be slightly too narrow for me, even without socks. Returning for a different boot with a wide ankle cut.

These boots are exactly what I wanted and was looking for: shoes that look stylish, but are so comfortable you could walk in them all day. I got them for a trip to Scotland, I like to travel light so these and a pair of gore tex walking shoes are the only footwear I'll bring. The first pair I ordered was size 8, my usual size (sometimes I wear an 8 1/2, but my last Naot sandals were size 8 and a perfect fit), were too small so I sent them back and got a size 9 a couple of days later and they fit perfectly! Thank you Zappos for making shoe shopping so easy!

I have all the foot discomforts as many of you out there. These shoes are very expensive but worth every penny. This boot is extremely comfortable and has wonderful arch support. I've been trying numerous Naot boots and these fit beautifully. I gave it a 5 but am returning it as I don't care for the curlique on the top of the boot.

I had been looking for a shoe or short boot to wear to Paris in April. The weather is unpredictable and could be rainy. After trying numerous pair of boots and shoes, I found these and they are perfect for what I want. They look good with straight jeans and with black slacks. I wish I had thought to try these many weeks ago. I am a new customer of Zappos and will certainly come back for more shoes. Thank you!

I love these shoes and wear them almost every day to work, and often on the weekends, too! They look great with pants or jeans. I have really picky feet and usually end up returning what feels like 100 pairs of shoes before finding one that I like, but these were great from the moment I first put them on! No uncomfortable sole, no rubbing at the heel or toes. And the arch support is better than any shoe that I have owned. I have high arches, and the whole sole touches my whole foot! I have had them for over a year, and they are still just as comfortable and still look great (I just polished them for the first time).

These shoes are heaven on earth. I am soon to order my 5th pair. I work on my feet and the Chi is my go to shoe day in and day out. My feet run wide with a high arch and I have a bunion on one foot. The Chi puts no pressure on the bunion and fits like a glove. I wear a 71/2 and the the 38 fits perfect. The inside zipper provides a easy on and off fit. Naot's quality is legendary and the arch support is wonderful. Highly recommended and worth the money. These shoes are awesome fit,comfort and style in one package.

I love the boots. I ordered a size 10, my regular size. I find Naots, in general, run a bit on the narrow side. They are a great style and very comfortable.

I am in heaven! Comfort right out of the box. I got them today and wore them right away. Insole is fantastic and I have recently been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. These shoes are sooo comfortable for my aching feet. I did not feel any break-in issues, they are an instant comfort. The price is ouch! but I had to accommodate my feet. Keepers!

I first bought a pair of these boots two years ago. I love them so much, I just purchased a second pair to have as back up!! Although they have great insoles, I replaced them with orthotics recommended by my podiatrist as I have heel spurs due to plantar fasciitis. These boots are one of the few pairs that work for me for long hours on my feet.

I love the Chi boots. I have two pairs - please do not ever stop making these boots! They are comfy, stylish and keep looking good. They are the mainstay in my footwear wardrobe. I love them and get lots of compliments.

This is a very comfortable boot and looks very stylish. easy to put on with side zipper and ankle height. I recommend this boot for a casual look.

I love these shoes. I put them on and walked for miles without a second thought. Bought them in my regular size (37) and they fit like a glove. I've had them for a while now and they still feel great and they look new. I wish they came in other colors; I'd buy those, too.

This is a very comfortable short boot that is perfect to wear when you are going for a long walk in cooler weather or for an all day shopping spree. The design is unique and fun.

These boots fit like a glove. They caress your feet and are so cute. So far I've only worn them around the house as I live in Auburn, Alabama and it's still quite warm here. I know when the weather does get cool these will be my favorite boot. Stylish, well made, and comfortable like all Naot shoes. Naot shoes are expensive, but worth every dollar!

This is my second pair of Naots and, like my Laura sandals, these boots have immediately become my footwear of choice. They were comfortable for hours of standing and walking right out of the box, which is saying a lot given how messed up my feet and ankles are from injuries. They have plenty of room in the toe box where I need it but don't slip off my extra-narrow heels at all. The Naot footbed is so supportive and responsive that I don't use my custom orthotics (though there would be room if I wanted to). These boots look great and feel even better! My friend had a beloved pair that she wore for years of cold-weather outdoor work, so I expect that mine will serve me well for a long time, too.

I love them! I wear a 6 or 6.5 depending on style and brand and I took a chance and ordered the 37 (6) and it's perfect. I just wish they came in more colors because I'd buy at least one more pair.

Looks very cool & downtown. Coveted these Naot Chi boots for too long. The fit is right on; no need to size up. Bought size smaller as recommended but returned; my usual size fit perfectly. The Chi is like having a cushioned, soft leather molded to your feet. Order your size and don't hesitate.

These short boots were an immediate success lovely to behold at first sight, and completely comfortable right out of the box. I ordered my regular size and they fit perfectly. Very soft and flexible, no breaking in was necessary and they are exceptionally comfortable to wear all day long. They are light in weight and offer good support for my wide problem feet, and I find I can regularly stand for long intervals on our tiled kitchen floor (hard & unforgiving surface) in complete comfort. The swirl pattern is a fun playful extra, bringing a smile whenever I look down. I'd had good success previously with another style shoe by Naot, and now after a second real winner, I will definitely explore Naot RE: all footwear needs. To date, no other brand has yielded such immediate comfort coupled with (to my eye) aesthetically pleasing style. Although pricey, these boots are worth every cent!

I purchased these Naot boots two months ago and have been extremely pleased with them. They fit well and are true to size. Very comfortable and supportive. I look forward to purchasing other Naot products in the future.

These are of high quality leather and are well constructed and comfortable. The elastic gore on the ankles makes them very comfortable. They are cute with pants or skirts.

Wow! I really love these boots. They are cute and comfortable. I wear a size 8 1/2 and take a size 39. My feet run a bit narrow and there is not room for anything other than a thin sock so I may need a different pair of boots for colder temps. Arch support is excellent.

I love Naot shoes. I have 2 pair and can walk in them all day. I am returning this ankle boot because it was too small. When placing the order I was advised to order 1 size smaller. They were too small.

These shoes were amazingly comfortable from the moment I took them out of the box. They fit like a glove - the leather is so soft. I normally find it very hard to find comortable shoes that don't squeeze my wide feet/irritate a bunion. I also like that they provide a little warmth, which should be nice as the weather cools down. They can be dressed up/down, look good with jeans/skirts, and I've gotten compliments. Definitely worth the investment.
