Bought these shoes before a long hiking trip in cold/damp weather. They were a little unconventional-looking for hiking, but I could not have been more thrilled with them. I literally crossed a 1 ft high stream wearing this shoe. Very comfortable, warm, and dry. The top of the boot was a little tight when I first tried it on but soon broke in. Love!

These boots are great if you live somewhere like Boston. Snow or rain, they work great. I have regular rain boots and they were terrible, my feet would be soaked after shoveling or trekking through the rain. These boots don’t allow anything in and they keep your feet nice and warm! The base is stretchy, so, if you have wide calves, these should be fine. The only problem I have is that they run a little narrow, for wide feet. One foot gets a bit numb after being in the boot for a while.

These are great boots at a reasonable price. I bought these to go to Antarctica and they performed very well in wet landings and in walking on snow and ice. They can slip a little on ice - what boots do not? The tread is generally very good. Also, I have narrow feet but with a pair of wool socks, these boots fit me well.

These are the best rain/mud/cold weather boots ever. Nothing leaks through and they really are good in minus degree weather. I use these for dog walks in the rain / snow and everything to my knees are warm and dry. I usually wear a 6½C but the 7 worked out well.

Love the boots. I have been buying Muck boots but decided to try these as they were cheaper. They are almost "tennis shoe" like. They aren't as heavy and they keep my feet warmer and are more comfortable than the Mucks. I didn't need anything fancy as I'm just cleaning horse stalls. So far, my toes have not gotten cold in this winter weather! Will definitely buy more Bogs. Maybe something cute next time!

Love these boots! I needed these boots spur of the moment for a dog training adventure with friends. Ordered them after the 'cut-off' for overnight delivery, but the customer service person was great and I received them in time anyway!!! I am so happy with the purchase. The boots are totally waterproof, warm, and actually very cute!!! I'm in Chicago where it gets pretty nasty in the winter, and these boots have become my favorites for those "yukky" winter weather days. I highly recommend them. Oh, and the price? Fantastic!!! I wear 8.5 and ordered the 9's. Fit is perfect.

Love these! I ordered 1 size larger than my normal size and that was perfect. They're supposed to be a little loose for insulating purposes. Thin socks are all that's necessary. Waterproof & warm! To wear inside for a long period though, maybe too warm, but comfy. Fit snugly to calf so snow doesn't get in, but I can still tuck my jeans in. Wider pants could go over. And Zappos shipping is like magic!

I highly recommend these boots. They are very warm, comfortable, and water proof. I run the late shift starting at 2am February-May on our Colorado Ranch. So it is a must to have something warm at 25 below zero temps. Great for spring irrigating too. Plus free shipping both ways, quick delivery, and great customer service, makes me a repeat customer!

I have tried on more than 10 snow boots before I tried these. It was instant comfort! I vary between an 81/2 wide and a 9 wide. I ordered the 9M and they were perfect. These boots have removable foot beds. I wear orthotics and was very happy that mine went in easily and the boot was still comfortable. I look forward to many years of warm, comfortable boots.

I bought these Bogs Classic Tall boots about 7 or so years ago. I wore them in the winter almost every day, all the time. I loved them. I was warm with wool socks and Bogs. They were easy to walk in and looked good, considering they are utilitarian. They were a size 9, one full size up from what I would wear in a sandal. Some months ago, I noticed hat the heel had worm through to an underlining. I began shopping for a replacement. I have so far tried on two replacements of the same size. They are TOO NARROW. I also am trying Sorels, another pair of boots I LOVE, the Snow Angel with a zipper. So far, the new Sorels I've tried are also too narrow. I was talking with a Zappos customer service rep today about how so many boots seem to be more narrow than they used to be. She encouraged me to leave feedback, especially in case the Bogs people come and read reviews here. I once bought a pair of sandals in "wide," and they were way too wide. So I think it's not that my feet are size wide; it's that the boots are somehow being made more narrow. I'm now trying all kinds of other brands, looking for something to replace my marvelous Bogs that I loved. To be specific, it's the entire front of the shoe that's too narrow. If I go up another size to get the width, then the boot is too long and too big overall. I can say this -- if this boot fits and performs like mine did, they will keep you 100% warm and dry with wool socks. Good luck!

Not only do they keep my feet warm, they are comfortable and I have a hard time finding comfortable shoes. They are the best. I wear a women's 9 1/2 and bought a men's 8. Perfect.

Just did not fit me right. Had to return my normal size for a full size larger. Thought that fit, but after about 5 times wearing them, I started to get a blister in my heel. Sole is not great for non-slip, either.

The left boot felt tighter than the right boot, but not so much as to be uncomfortable. I've been wearing these boots in MN winters for the past 2 years (so about 8 months of a couple times each week) and have been very happy. However, I recently noticed a sharp crease forming on the top of the toe box on the left boot where the boots flex when I walk. This is greatly concerning since it's exactly where cheaper boots crack and then leak. Everything else has been great and the quality impressive, but this is really depressing. I will hate to toss boots that are otherwise fine, when the crease becomes a crack and then a leak..

I was trying to find a replacement for rubber rain boots, which are very uncomfortable! These are amazing, comfortable, warm and waterproof. The comfort of these boots are the most important feature to me. They have more of a sneaker feel. I would most definitely recommend these!

These boots provided enough room to be able to wear a heavier sock. I never enjoyed wearing rubber rain boots, these however have a nice cushion in them which provides a more sneaker feel. Overall... great boot for a very reasonable price!

Kept! Took these to Newfoundland for a Sept. 2019 hunting trip in the bogs! Were 100% perfect!

I had the exact same boots, they lasted for 8 years until a hole began in the heal. I was thrilled that the same boot was still made and these fit just the same, perfect. I wear a 7.5 shoe and the 8 boot fits great. There is room for heavy socks but there is no rubbing or discomfort with normal winter weight socks.

These boots keep my feet warm and dry while walking my dog. I am out every day in all kinds of weather in Pennsylvania. I tromp through snow, rain, mud, etc. Finally I found a boot to keep my feet warm and dry! My "wellies" look cool, but the plastic gets cold in the winter - thus my feet get cold.

Bogs are a great choice for work boots: very sturdy, waterproof, and comfortable. Between me and my daughter we've had maybe 4 or 5 pairs over the years, and they've all been great.

The foot part of these boots are very warm, the neoprene not as much, but they do keep your feet and legs dry. There is plenty of room to tuck pants in. The footbed is cushy and comfortable. I have worn these on 1 - 2 mile walks several times already and have been surprised at how comfortable they are. These boots come in whole sizes and seemed to be pretty true to size, maybe even slightly big. They are not a pretty boot, but for walking through mud, puddles and snow, they are pretty awesome.

Great boots. Comfortable right out of the box. Warm. Cozy. I envision that these will spend many quality hours on my feet this winter!

Very comfortable and warm, and the height of them make your legs look longer. Really pleased with them and hope to get plenty of wear out of them.

My new Bogs just arrived, and I'm a fan. Based on prior reviews, I ordered one size up, and I think that was the right way to go for me. They aren't too loose for wearing with thin socks in the garden or the rain, but I will usually be wearing them with thick cold weather socks, and there's just enough room to accommodate those comfortably. The heel does feel a little stiff, but not badly so, and I had no problem getting the neoprene over my calf. In fact, I appreciate the snugness of it - I am kayaking in Alaska this summer, and I feel confident that these will keep my tootsies warm and dry.
