These boots are great! my MIL ordered a pair for my son and my husband liked them so much he ordered some too! they are great alternative to the high style of a traditional rain boot.

Fantastic all-weather shoe. Fleece inside keeps the feet warm and the shoe is pretty stylish for a rain boot. Size fit perfectly.

Awesome little boot for winter. Easy to slip on and off; warm, removable footbed, and waterproof. The perfect ill-weather kick-around shoe.

Worn these for the last month and they're fantastic. They are definitely warm and a nice alternative to the thigh high rain boot style. I was concerned that other reviewers said the soles were very prone to slipping on any sort of slick surface, but I haven't found that to be a problem at all walking around snow covered NYC streets. The only thing that you need to be sure of is that these boots offer no arch support.

All around great shoe. Plus no leather or fur to dirty your conscience. Win win.

My husband loves these boots! Very warm and keeps your feet dry. Very attractive shoe. He does wear an orthotic, so no arch support is not a problem. Fits true to size.

I gave my dad a pair. He absolutely loves it. He likes the furry feel inside. It felt true to size and I am going to get one. It is a bit hard to put on but with a long shoe horn, everything is a snap.

It's raining today and my footsies are warm and dry! Love it. These boots are comfy and warm thanks to a faux fur lining and medium thick soles. While the side stripe might be a little too casual for office wear, I wear them anyway. Tretorn has other color options for those who might work in more conservative offices. When worn with jeans/trousers, they look like slip-on sneakers and I have received compliments on them each time I wear them for not looking too much like rain boots and the bonus is that you can wear them all day because they are as comfy as slippers. In addition, they give great traction on almost all surfaces. I have only slipped once on a wet metal grate, but, luckily, I didn't go down.

Stylish and fun but felt WAY bigger than sized - especially the right foot. Kept them and doubled up on socks, but I would recommend ordering a size down. Overall I LOVE this shoe. Had I wanted to trouble myself would have sent it back for smaller size.

This is the replacement for a previous purchase of the same model. Their sizing feels larger than usual, so consider that when ordering. I'm usually a size 13, and in some brands such as Puma 13 is barely enough. However, with these I had to get a size 12, and that works really well.

Just what I was looking for. However beware of the size conversion. My usual size felt huge. I sent it back and already ordered the next size down.

I love them, but am sending them back for a size smaller. I think they're a little big. For me anyway. Haven't ever bought a size 12.

Good looking shoe for being a rain/snow boot. Very comfortable and warm. Can def be worn with dress pants, but they still look like rain boots. Def a large base to the shoe. I've only worn once, so can't comment on wear and tear.

The European sizing kind of threw me off. I bought these for my boyfriend based on the size of his other shoes, but these ended up being way big; I think the conversion is off a bit. Once we got the right size though, these were a magical pair of boots, perfect for Oregon's rainy season. Now the boyfriend can walk the dog without coming back all wet footed. He thinks they're pretty great too.

Really warm and great shoe to keep your feet dry. However, if you would wear it a lot during the day, they would feel a bit uncomfortable.

Great looking shoe. I bought them to use as snow boots because they're waterproof and they're brilliant for that. I read somebody's review before buying that suggested you should buy half a size smaller than what you normally would. That's what I did and I wouldn't recommend it. Whilst I can get my foot in, they do fit a tighter than what I'd normally like so I kind of wish I'd ignored that advice. I think I'd wear them more often if they were just a little looser. And I've got to point out the awesome service. I clicked 'purchase' on a Sunday night and they were on my feet by lunchtime on Monday. I couldn't believe it (If I were going to buy them in a shop and researched them online first, I wouldn't have had them as soon as that!). Thank you.

PROS: I’m pretty happy with these. I bought them to deal with snow/slush in DC and keep my feet dry. CONS: The tread doesn’t have the grip I’d like. I often find myself slipping, esp when the rubber soles are wet. This is a disaster on the escalators in the DC Metro. Also, the reflector sticker on the back of my shoes are peeling off after having these things for a few months.

These are winners! Style: judge for yourself from the pictures. I think they look unique, a little mod, but still low key. Comfort: felt lining keeps your feet warm. They are sized a little on the roomy side, but I think they have to because of the molded rubber upper. There isn't any real arch support to speak of, but foot padding was sufficient. Surprisingly, I can wear them for a 13 hour day of work on my feet and there was no discomfort. Function: utterly waterproof. I wore them in a rain storm. No water got in. Color: I got the dark blue. So dark it's almost black. Perfect.

These shoes are great for those days when there may be a little snow or slush on the ground but don't warrant wearing your big winter boots. These guys are perfect. They keep your feet very warm in very cold temps, and of course dry as a bone. Thanks to all those who recommended ordering half size smaller than sneakers. Half size smaller is pretty much perfect (if not still a little big for their width).

I love these things. They are exactly what I've been looking for for some time. I needed something to walk my dogs through muddy mountain bike trails at Memorial Park and wet areas of the dog parks. These fit great with no slippage when I walk. They are very comfortable. I can walk through water several inches deep with out getting my feet wet at all. I ended up buying two pairs, one to keep at home and one to keep in my truck. I highly recommend them.

I bought these rain shoes for my son who goes to college in Boston. He thinks they are stylish and awesome and tells me he wears them all the time. He wears a size 10 1/2 and the fit was true to size and can be worn with or without socks (he's from Miami; doesn't understand you have to wear socks in the winter!). Keeps his feet very dry and warm. Overall, great rain shoe.

With the rain we have been having in Georgia this year I needed a shoe like this. I ordered it at 8:30 one night and had it by 10:30 the next morning, while it was still raining. They have been great, warm dry feet. I was looking at a LL Bean gum shoe but this shoe offers us way more protection from the water.

So it is November and pouring down rain here in Seattle and I just got my Tretorn Stralas. All I can say is "thank goodness!" Mud, rain and cold are no match for these snappy, funky boots. Many compliments from strangers and co-workers alike. They will make stellar beach combing shoes and make the commute a lot more toasty.
