I love the Sofft brand. However the strap on this shoe is not adjustable. After wearing the shoe a few hours, it digs into my foot. I've only had the shoe a few weeks. Hopefully with wear, I will break-in and be fine.

Oh how I love these shoes! As with all Sofft shoes, I buy a 1/2 size smaller than I usually wear and they are perfect. This particular pair is my current favorite. Classy with a hint of a$$-kicking. You can't go wrong.

I ordered a pair in black in size 37 and a pair in gray in size 36. My usual shoe size is 6. The 37 is too large for me and the 36 fits just fine. I am returning the size 36 pair. I also prefer the gray color better. These look very beautiful and they feel super comfortable. I can walk in them all day!

These are the best, most comfortable dress shoes I've ever owned. They fit beautifully, look fantastic, and can be worn for HOURS. A friend of mine had recommended I try Sofft, but I was concerned with the heel height -- 2 1/4" is higher than I typically can stand to wear. I was shocked at how comfortable these shoes are. They make me forget just how high the heel really is. The first time I wore the shoes, the top seam did rub the top of my right foot a bit. After 2 or 3 times, though, the problem disappeared. Take the shoes out for a few "training" outings - just a few hours at a time - and you should be fine. The last time I wore them, I had them on for 14 hours, and I was amazed at how comfortable they still were at the end of the very long day! I'll definitely be purchasing Sofft shoes again. And by the way, the customer service at Zappos was top-notch, yet again!

This is a great shoe. It's comfortable to walk in, looks great and stays in place.

These shoes are fabulous. I absolutely love the color. They are so comfortable. They are my new favorite pair of shoes.

The best! I have had my right knee and hip replaced. It limits my choices. I bought this shoe in every color. They are sassy, cute and very comfortable. I can dance again! You will not regret these shoes.

Soft, sexy, and comfortable - This shoe has it all. I don't usually wear any kind of heel, but when I tried this on; it didn't feel like any heel I've ever worn. It's a classy shoe that goes with everything from my DKNY dark jeans to a dress. I love the bed of the shoe and its forward footbed massage bumps. (I'm sure there's a word those those, but don't know it.) I tried the chocolate brown, the deep purple and bought the black as it went with everything, but if I had the money, I'd buy all three. Fits like a glove as they say. True to size all around.

So comfortable - I have metatarsalgia (pain the in the ball of the foot) in both feet and have a difficult time wearing any type of heel. I've found that Sofft have excellent shoes for my type of problem. They provide excellent arch support and have a great cushion in the sole for comfort so my feet don't hurt as much. I also like that the toe box is a little wider so my toes don't squish together. I wear a 6 1/2 and this shoe felt true to size.

They really are comfortable - I wanted a good looking basic work shoe that would look like I put a lot of effort into my appearance, but would feel like I didn't. This is very comfortable; it is my go-to shoe.

Great shoe for work - I am on my feet a lot, and this shoe is excellent for all-day wear. The heel is just high enough to look good, but still be comfortable.

Comfortable, funky heel - I don't normally wear heels to work but needed a dress shoe for the rare occasions I wear a dress or suit - but I was bored with basic pumps. This shoe was comfortable for a full day right out of the box, including subways/trains/sidewalks, and added a different style touch. Not quite the same as wearing my Uggs all day, but for a heel quite comfortable and I like the look with a dress.

These are comfortable and stylish. I orginally ordered 39 W since I already own Sofft Calypso in this size, but exchanged them for 38.5 W (both US 8W). In this shoe the slightly smaller size fit better. I have wide flat feet, and due to pain can only wear heels on special occasions. I normally wear Josef Seibel for work, and Clarks or athletic shoes for daily use. Zappos is a wonderful company, allowing for easy and free exchange for the proper size. Super fast shipping.

Candra - Amazingly comfortable for such a high heel. I can wear them all day with no problems. The purple is so dark it was hard to tell that they weren't black.

Well, not quite the dressiest in my wardrobe, but they are sooo comfortable and still so cute! A perfect heel height for me. They would look even dressier if the strap was not quite so wide, however, they definitely have this "twenties" style, and have I mentioned how incredibly comfortable they are? Thank you all over again, Zappos!!!

Outstanding comfort - This is the second pair of shoes I've bought in this style. I already own them in black, and I find myself trying to invent occasions for wearing them-- they are far and away the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned with the exception of my athletic shoes. And they look great; even the smooth little curve of the heel appeals to me.

YAY for comfortable classy heels! To give y'all some reference, I'm 5'8", and I weigh 350 pounds. I am NOT a small girl. I had honestly thought that I would never wear a heel again until after my weight loss surgery. But, I had an upcoming work event, a new cute dress, and a need for a heel. Enter Sofft, and their "Chandra". This shoe is comfortable from the get go, and I wore them all day a few days to work just to "break them in" indoors before my event. I haven't worn heels all day at work for years. And they were GREAT. I wore them barefoot one day, which I wouldn't recommend - the seam across the top of the foot can pinch a little. But even with my 11W feet, I was comfortable, happy, and felt pretty! I did end up taking these shoes off near the end of the night for my work party, but that was after dancing and standing at a casino table for most of the night. BUY THESE SHOES if you're a big girl who still wants some class and sass to what she wears. :) Or, of course, anyone else looking for a comfy shoe.

Beautiful shoe - I ordered this shoe for work and I found it to be comfortable, very pretty, and true to the size. I would recommend this shoe.
