These very tough and sturdy looking boots felt a little snug for my 10.5 wide foot and a little stiff and slightly uncomfortable at first (they are work boots mind you) but within a short time of about two or three wearings they felt much more comfortable and better fitting. I use them for chainsaw work and hauling large rocks for walls and flower gardens and I feel quite confident in their protecting my feet. They have good grip and traction in varied conditions. They look and feel like they will last a long time under rugged work conditions, A bit pricey but worth the money if you're looking for a top-notch work boot that will give long service. And, as usual, Zappos can't be beat for quality products and fabulous service.

Good so far! Been wearing these everyday to work for 2 months and am liking them a lot. I have wide, short feet with a high instep. It isn't easy to find roomy, comfortable, rugged boots like these. Even in extreme heat they stay comfortable. Although I haven't drooped a 8x12 beam on the toe yet (and hope not to,) the beating the toe has taken so far has only left a few scuffs.

I only buy Wolverines and this is the most comfortable pair I have ever owned. I've owned their previous Multishox models and they are by far superior to any other sole out there. My last pair of Multishox lasted 3 years and 4 months at 40hrs+/wk of heavy duty diesel mechanic work with high exposure to oil and water. These are nice and light for a steel toe too. Apply sno-seal when you get them and you shouldn't have to go boot shopping for a couple more years. First time dealing with Zappos. I had my boots in 4 days.

I spend 9 hours, 7 days on my feet, on cement on a production line. I have no complaints about how this boot helps out. It is most comfortable and helps at the end of my shift. They really are a great pair of boots to have. I would buy again, but I have always heard Wolverine to be the best, now I know so.

Dressed in Black - I wear this boot every day to work. It's comfortable, flexible and tough. When they get scuffed up, I polish them like dress combat boots. This process has been going on for two full years and they still look good except for gouges and cuts. The sole is beginning to have wear issues, but has outlasted and out classed any Vibram sole I’ve owned. I often have to stand on concrete for long periods, stand in water and mud, climb and frequently exposed to electrical hazards. They protect your feet and still retain professional class. I would recommend a second purchase. This is a high quality product.

One of the best pairs of boots I've ever worn. I have plantar fasciitis (heel pain) so I wanted a pair that boasted comfort while walking. These boots allow me to walk pain-free on a concrete shop floor for hours. The steel toe is an added bonus. I couldn't be happier with these and strongly recommend them.

Best ever! This is by far the best fitting work boot I have ever owned. No break in. Comfortable right out of the box and they are really a "Good" looking boot. Couldn't ask for more!

Great looking boot, comfortable and very durable. Unfortunately, it is not waterproof and leaks like a sieve.

Wolverine Raider - I own several pairs of Wolverine boots and shoe's and I'm happy with them all. This pair offers more arch support and comfort making them my new favorites. My only complaint is the lacing system; I would rather have loops all the way up with no hooks.

Bought these for my husband to replace his old ones...he put them on the day they arrived and really likes them. They are extremely comfortable (he says) and didn't even need to be broken in!

I am retired and bought these boots for yard work and motorcycle riding. They fit the bill. They broke in easily within a couple days. Excellent materials and feel. I wear them with heavy sox and the fit is perfect. I have a wide foot and these EEs fit just fine. Wolverine quality. The service is supurb. I originally ordered a 9.5 and returned them in the morning. The next day I received a 9.0. I have never had overnight service in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.......Great. The price was much less than I would have paid locally. I like to support local business, but am on a fixed income. Enough said. Thanks Zappos. PS. I considered Timberland brand but have had problems with quality control on their products. Not with Wolverine.

My husband bought these work boots because he was struggling with plantar fasciitis. They made all the difference. No more pain when he goes to work. The extra wide width was definitely a plus and just what was expected.

Pulled them out of the box and they fit fantastic. Didn't need to break them in at all. Also wore them in the rain and they kept my feet dry, although I don't think they market them as waterproof. Highly recommend these to anyone that works in a factory or needs the steel toe coverage, but they also look good with a pair of jeans.

My son loves these boots. He works in them all day and they are still comfortable. He has not even felt the things he has dropped on his toes. They are well worth the price.

These were purchased for my husbands work at power station. His usual size 10-10.5 Wide.So we got 10.5EE. He says they feel roomy and comfortable not to mention too stylish for work to wear under coveralls. His previous Wolverines last through years. And worth every penny.That special stitching on the sole is not just for design, it keeps sole intact for wear and tear. Will buy again.

I purchased these because of the Wolverine reputation. The fit was good and when I used them for 4 days of heavy use my feet were well supported.

I have only worn these boots a couple of times but they are vastly superior to my previous pair of steel toes. The saying is true with these shoes: you get what you pay for.

A superb work boot with great comfort . I've tried others but always come back to Wolverine especially with multishock soles. It also amazes me how well the laces last and how easy it is to get them on and off.

Great boots. Wolverines run small. I generally wear a 10, had to go a full size down. I've owned the non-steel toe version of these for about 5 years and they've held up great.

I wore these boots very soon after I received them and put them to the test in a rugged field environment where it rained non-stop. They were comfortable and gave me traction despite very rocky terrain and at least 6" of mud. They are well made and I would definitely recommend them for both men and women. I do wish they had this model available in women's sizes. I could have used at least a half size smaller but made up for the space with bulkier socks and they performed well.

Recently purchase second pair after wearing first pair every workday M-F for 6 years... highly recommend if you are on your feet all day and need steel toe boots.
