I am now a new Ugg Nut! And I have been a Zappos Nut since its beginning! I have decided to write a review to cover several style Ugg boots and slippers for those of you who may be having trouble picking sizes and styles. My foot has a high arch/instep, medium width/B, size 8, as measured by a Brannock device. I am a size 8 in dress shoes and a size 8.5 in sneakers/low cut boots/hiking boots where I wear thicker socks. This year I bought 2 pair of Ugg boots, Mayfaires in a 9, Kensingtons in a 9 and two pair of Ugg Slippers, Coquettes in an 8 and Tasmans in a 10. I wear all of these barefoot as that is the expectation of Uggs. I tried but returned the Ugg Cozy II slipper size 9 because while it hugged my forefoot well, it was heavier and stiffer than the Coquette and Tasman. I also found my toe slamming into the front of the sipper. I couldn't go a size bigger like in the Tasman without having 2 inches of shoe behind my heel. Also the tag under the heel area was a real disappointment. The Ultimate Short boot size 9 was the most padded of all the Ugg boots I tried, but it offered zero ankle support and was narrow feeling in the forefoot area. The style boots I chose as mentioned above hug my ankles well and also help keep my toes from slamming into the front of the boot which I hate. Also these styles offer some wiggle room which is important for me to prevent cramping. Regarding the slippers, the Coquettes are the most snuggly slippers I've ever worn. I found the Bomber Jacket color to fit snugger than the Chestnut color. This worked out well for me because after a week of wear they stretched widthwise a bit. However, this is not an issue and they still stay on my feet due to all of the wool. The Tasman stays on my feet a little better than the Coquettes and its look reminds me of a classic house shoe. I found that the Tasman pushed my foot towards the front of the shoe due to its design. This then forced me to a size 10, but still hugs my foot well due to the wool. All are plush and comfy and I couldn't be happier. I'm glad I finally decided to give in and try Uggs after resisting all of these years! Oh and I purchased the Ugg Sheepskin and Care Kit and an extra Water and Stain Repellent from Zappos which had the best pricing. When I dropped brownie mix on my boot I was glad I did! I guess you can say I went nuggtz! Good luck in your purchases!

I wanted an indoor-outdoor scuff, so I ordered these. They were very fuzzy and soft, but ultimately I felt that the sole was too hard. It was very thick foam which had limited flexibility, but did provide a nice cushion. I ended up returning these in favor of an indoor only Ugg scuff. If you want something that you can go to the grocery store in, then these are probably perfect for you. But if your focus is wearing them in the house, then these may be overkill.

I wear these constantly and enjoy them, but am dismayed that the shearling on the heels is completely worn out. I have had these slippers for 9 months (3 of which I did not wear these because I was away). These slippers are way too expensive to be able to replace every 6 months. I will not buy these again. I have 4 pairs of Ugg boots and have had 2 pairs of Ugg slippers. I think that I may try a different brand of shearling slippers that is more affordable, given that Uggs wear out so quickly.

I was thrilled with Zappos service! They upgraded my shipping and I had these slippers the next day! But the slippers themselves were a disappointment. They are too stiff and hard for indoor wear. Not flexible at all. I returned them. They were warm and nice looking though.

This is my third pair of this slipper in the past 10 years. Obviously I love them. However, I must say, having worn my current pair for 5 months now I notice a HUGE difference in the quality and thickness of the fur. I think I read somewhere that UGG Australia is not made in Australia. If this is true, shame on them! These are not cheap slippers; however, the inside that I already need to replace - The lining has actually worn so thin I can see the bottom of the slipper! - in such a short time makes me not want to buy again. :(

I was so excited to get these slippers because I have been a loyal Ugg boot wearer for years. But I was so disappointed! They are extremely uncomfortable. Unlike the tall Ugg boots, the rubber sole is very rigid and does not bend with the foot as you walk, lending to a clunky heavy walk. The sheepskin is pretty cushy on the footbed except there is no cushioning at the heel where the logo is. So your heel just hits the hard sole. They look super cute though, which is the only reason why I would keep them. But I am going to keep looking for something more cushy to wear at the end of a long day at work.

Was looking for a pair like my old Ansley style but I can't find them. Most Uggs run small on me. This years styles fit their name Uggs = ugly. The scuffs and cozy have no heel cup, like a clog, and the back of my feet get cold.

Quite possibly the worst slip I ever owned. I have had these slippers three years and they are so hard on your feet, totally uncomfortable. One good thing, the soles never wear out. Too bad, they were so expensive. Also, I bought these foolishly thinking they were made in Australia, ha....shame on me.

Bought these a year ago...the fur lining padded down and wore out in no time and I was down to bare leather in 3 months time. Grossly overpriced.

The foot bed is extremely hard. The comfort for me is something that I expected with it being an UGG design. I am not happy with them.

There is absolutely no cushioning or arch support in these slippers. They are luscious fur bound on top of hard plastic. Back they go... :(

Looks like what I was looking for in a leather slipper but proved to be disappointing. The sole felt thin with little to no arch support. I wear a 7.5B and the 8 felt very long and large overall. It appears to be well made and lightweight but felt very "flat".

I generally wear my Uggs for multiple years. This one didn't even last one season. The sheepskin liner under on the sole was thin from the onset and in a short time it all rubbed away; so my foot was sitting on a bare base of something - not sure what. The liner is still thick across the outer top of the slipper, but it doesn't do any good since it is on the "outside" of the shoe and is just for decoration. It does not keep my feet warm. It's like wearing shoes without socks. It is definitely not worth the cost, more like a lot less given how long it lasted. Also, I have a pair of Ugg Dakotas which seem to have a better liner.

Disappointed! I have several pair of Ugg boots and my husband raves about his slippers so we are fans of the brand; however, these slippers are sitting in my closet. They fit true to size (sz 8), are warm and cozy but the footbed is hard as a rock. I thought they would break-in better so I kept them but still not loving. I'm wearing more affordable & comfortable Lands End slippers.

Very hard heel bed & quite stiff soles. I like that unlike some Ugg styles, these do have a slight lift in the heel, but the sole material is so hard & comparatively stiff, that it felt like my heel was on a rock. These didn't work for me at all.

I am disappointed in these. I spent the money hoping to get a pair of slippers that would last. Needless to say, after just 9 weeks of only indoor wear, the fur has completely worn off the bottom of the heel area, leaving a hard, bare surface. My fake Costco Ugg slippers lasted longer than these! Thank you, however, to awesome Zappos customer service. I called and although they have been worn, they are allowing me to return them for a full refund.

Hardness under the heel was surprising - Uggs have a coziness and this was surprising when I put these slippers on and felt the entire sole to be very hard and under the heel was not shearling comfortable. The label is there and all the comfort and padding is nonexistent. I was very disappointed and these went back the next day.

I don't like that they sewed a tag where your heel rests in the slipper thereby smashing the fur and making the heel uncomfortable to walk on. Isn't it enough to have the logo branded into the suede? The quality of the sheepskin is so nice but the slipper is too too tight across the top where your foot enters into it. I think someone made a mistake with the measurements.

I have been an Ugg purchaser for over 10 years. The Scuffette II was sold out at Christmas, so I bought these for myself instead. From the time I wore them, they felt like two 2x4s with a very thin layer of sheepskin. They are very heavy; extremely uncomfortable! For slippers, get the Scuffette II which I bought the week after Christmas. 100% better!

Cute and warm, but poor quality! This is my first pair of UGGs. Love the style; they keep my feet very warm. The sole is not cushioned, so the slippers are not as "cushy and comfy" as I had hoped. The real disappointment: the shearling sole is wearing out already and I've only had the slippers since December '08! Box and receipts are gone, so I'm stuck with a pair of pricy slippers that are already wearing out! Won't buy these again!
