I bought these boots last Christmas and they and I am still getting compliments on them. The heels are a little hard and the boots are a bit slouchy, but they keep my feet so warm through West Virginia winters. I like them a lot!

These are absolutely amazing boots. They just could not be more comfortable. I wear them without socks in 20 degree weather and my feet stay toasty warm! I love them!

Very comfortable boot. They are very warm and keep my feet toasty. There are two issues--one is that they "eat" socks, so wear a longer pair of socks or none at all. The second issue is that they have a leather strip that goes up the back of the ankle for support and it is a little stiff and can rub the back of your leg/ankle. At the end of the day, you may feel it even with your jeans tucked in to the boot. It may not be an issue for everyone. Overall, they are very comfortable and when the weather is very cold or rainy, I tend to want these.

Very comfortable! Just a word of advice...I'm usually a size 9 in shoes, the 9 was too big. The 8 fits perfect!

Very cute, but different looking Uggs. Comfortable, but a little difficult to get on. Don't need socks-cozy and warm! I'm usually a 7.5 and ordered a 7. An 8 would have been too large.

I love my Ugg Suburb Crochet boots. They were true to size, with me wearing a size 7.5 (and I ordered the 7). Unlike my other Ugg boots which are the Classic Cardy, I had to order one size smaller (the 6) in order to have the correct size. I do not really see a problem with boot sliding down on my leg (though again, the cardy definitely slides down). Overall, these boots are wonderful and I love them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants warm feet and fashion.

These are my first pair of UGG boots and my first order from Zappos. They both are superb! I was a little hesitant to order these boots because of the price and because I usually always wear heels since I am only 5'2. I actually feel more comfortable in heels than I do in flat soled shoes. I kept looking at these for months and really liked the look and the idea of the warmth and comfort they provide. So, I had my husband order them for me for Christmas. I wasn't disappointed! Since I received these UGG shoes a few days ago, all I think about all day at work is when I can get home to put them on. They are like wearing comfy bedroom slippers everywhere. I am a size 7 and I ordered the 7. It is a bit roomy, but that is OK because I definitely ordered these for the comfort and don't intend to do a lot of walking in them. I like the fact that only the top of the boot and the bottom of the boot is lined with the sheepskin. This provides the proper warmth in the right places without making the boot bulky around the length of your leg. That bulkiness is what I don't like about the original UGG. These are definitely more trim and tapered than the originals. They are also still plenty warm! I wore these outside without socks on a 25 degree day and my feet were positively toasty. I love them!

Love them! Very comfy and stylish (at least that what my daughter tells me!). The ties have come undone while I was walking, but not often. Zappos shipping and customer service are both fabulous. Received the boots within two days of ordering them. Made a return on another item and my credit was really quick (maybe 7 days at the most) and communication via email was accurate and hassle-free! Great boot! My 17yr old found these boots on your web site. I ordered them for her because I was surprised with her fickle taste that liked these boots. She says they are very comfortable, soft & warm on the inside, and fashionable on the outside! The Ugg symbol on the back of the boot is metal which makes them unique to the other Ugg boots the kids are wearing.

Love my UGG's - These were my first pair of Uggs, and so I wasn't familiar with their sizing. I am a true 6 1/2, and since they are not a "fitted" boot, I ordered a 6. It was too big. When I took a step I could feel my heel coming up. I really loved the feel of the sheepskin and so I ordered a 5 to try out. At first, they were a little hard to put on/ take off, but after about 3 wears, they are great! The sheepskin is very soft and very comfortable. I like the sole on these better than the "classic" UGG, and the style is different from what you see everyone else wearing. I can't believe the service from Zappos...the prices are a little higher than other websites, but the service makes it well worth it!!!

Okay, I want to revise my earlier review, now that I have had these shows for a month. For some reason, the black ones were really painful at first (no problems with the burnt orange though). I have received many compliments on the orange ones - GET THEM, they aren't really orange (but a very pretty orangey shade of brown). You won't be sorry - thank you Zappos!

Very Comfy - This boot is comfortable, warm, and cozy. They look great with jeans and leggings. Perfect for cold Connecticut winters. Love ‘em!

Just the right shoe for runners/walkers that need that extra toe box space. I use orthotics and need the room (9.5 EE). Size was true to fit. Well made, sole cushioning is standing up to my 170 lbs. of foot pressure. Air ventilation is superb. Overall, all around comfortable platform. Customer service and speedy delivery exceeded expectations.

Very pleased!! I wear a 6 1/2 and ordered a size 6. At first it was tight in the foot area, but once I broke them in they fit like a glove and keep my feet warm and dry. No socks necessary!!

Love 'em! These are the 3rd pair of Uggs that I've tried this week and we've finally found a winner! The first pair fit great, but my husband picked them out and I didn't like the style/color, so I chose another pair. I got those overnight and they ran small, so I ordered this pair and they are PERFECT! Also got them overnight! They fit me true to size and are super plush - I haven't taken them off since they arrived 8 hours ago. I'll definitely be back for another pair!

Cozy and Cute! I'm not a fan of Ugg's but needed a comfortable warm boot for this winter, these totally fit that description. I normally wear and 8-1/2 C width and the size 8 was more than big enough with medium weight socks. The boots look great especially with jeans tucked into them (really cute)! I was a bit turned off by the price of the shoe, but for the warmth and comfort they provide~ totally worth it!

Great Uggs - Love the fact that the top portion is fabric, so it breathes a little more. Very comfortable.

Comfortable! These boots are the best of both worlds where "crochet boots" are concerned. The bottom is sturdy enough to give support and not wear out easily; yet, it has the soft lining inside that is so appealing with Ugg boots. The top is fashionable and comfortable.

Ugg Suburb Crochet - This is a great boot! It has more structure then most of the crochet boots I've tried on. It looks great and is very comfortable. This was my 1st experience ordering from Zappos and it was amazing. I had the boots the next day. My choices were better then any shoe department at the mall. I will be ordering again!

I love these boots - Very comfortable. I love the look of them too. As far as utility they are great because you can shove any kind of pants down in them to prevent "wet bottom" pants, and after the 17" of snow they arrived right on time. I wear an 8.5, and the size 8 fit perfectly.
