Like most Keens, these are incredibly comfortable. They fit the same as other Keens I have gotten over the years. Two things to note: 1. they come with a second set of laces. I got the silver mink and they include beige laces that match the main shoe color in addition to the red/black ones. 2. The soft soles have quite a bit of flex. While they look like tough approach shoes, you feel every rock, so I would steer people to a truer hiking shoe if that is what you'd want them for. For urban environments though, these are a great walking shoe.

As always, Zappos delivered stellar service with exceptional processing and delivery. Keen has made another fantastic shoe! Great arch support with a funky "to the toe" lacing that gives adjustment options. Overall VERY happy with the shoes and Zappos!

Great shoe! My 6th pair of Keens, and they continue to live up to my expectations! As others have already mentioned (thank you to all who have reported that they run small), order this particular style in a half size larger than you normally would. I’m a solid size 10, but these in a 10.5 fit my feet perfectly.

The Keens Jaspers run a little small. I would estimate about 1/4 (25%) of a size small. like real climbing shoes its a snug fit. To wear the shoe I must use very thin socks or no socks.

These were great looking shoes right out of the box, but my usual size of Keens was too small. Returning them.

I bought these because my Keen sandals are so comfortable. These are for a future vacation that will include a lot of walking. So far, I think I made the right decision. Plus, I sorta like the gaudy color (Cathay Spice).

Keen shoes provide solid support in all varieties. I bought these after being frustrated w Van shoes due to the lack of support. These shoes fit like a glove, are immediately comfortable and become an extension of your anatomy. Really good feel, traction, and support. These shoes are what I look for, utilitarian, tough, well made and focus on foot support. Running,, walking, hiking, and just sheer cool. They are a bit funky looking and out of the norm, this works for me but I can appreciate others may not see them the way I do. Understood. Even if these do not work for you, look at the other Keen products, I have owned at least 8 different types of Keen products and have found all provide the support and comfort I look for.

I bought these to replace an aged pair of Ahnu Belgroves that have since gone out of production. Those shoes were my go-to kick around shoes, though I had started to wear them to work as they were professional-looking enough. My hopes for the Keen Jaspers were high, and after about a week's wear they seem to fit the bill quite nicely. Very snug, yet comfortable fit. The stitching job is very sturdy all-around. They've also got a good grip, important in the wet (sometimes icy) Iowa winter. The treads aren't as deep as I might have liked, so I wonder how long the traction will last, but time will tell. Overall, these are as fashionable as they are rugged, which is to say quite a bit. As always, Zappos provided their usual standard of excellent customer service.

These shoes arrived 3 days after I ordered them. Lightening fast delivery. Would be very comfortable but they run a bit short so I'm exchanging them for a half size larger. Customer service could not have been more helpful and my exchange is already on its way! Very good experience, can't wait to get the larger ones. Love Zappos!!

This my first Keen shoe, and they're perfect out of the box. Previous reviews sealed the deal, and today I walked two miles on city pavement. Very comfortable for my sensitive feet with aging arthritis. Not sure I'd wear them on the rocky trails since they're fairly lightweight compared to my usual waterproof hikers, but these will work nicely at the mall and the sporting events I attend.

The best shoes ever!!! I have owned some keen shoes before & loved them. These keen jaspers are the most comfortable shoe I think I have ever worn. Right out of the box they felt like I’d broken them in. I liken them to wearing lace up thick socks. The first thing I did after purchase was walk 3 days for 14 hours each at Disneyland with my 10 year old daughter. At the end of the day my feet were fine. Thanks keen & Zappos for providing me with a wonderful shoe & top notch service.

Another winner - The footbed on this model is not an anatomic one and is somewhat flat… maybe it just takes time to break in. This is my 10th or 11th pair of Keens. Have wide feet and a wide heel to forefoot. Most shoes are too narrow in the heel to forefoot area, Keens do a much better job. I am very pleased with this shoe and may buy another pair of Jaspers in a different color. Styling is great.

KEEN makes good shoes! I'm a fan of KEEN, and they fit my feet well, so my review is biased. If you have worn KEEN sandals or shoes, and liked how they fit, you'll love these shoes. I've worn them almost every day since I got them in the mail. The long lacing insures that you can tune the fit of the shoe. I really like these shoes!

The soles wore out quickly. if it was not for this they would be my favorite shoe.

Love the look, but narrow and could use more padding.

Very difficult shoe to get on and off due to all of the laces. Shoe seems to run a full size too small. I wear a 10, then ordered a 10.5 and even that is too small. All in all not a great shoe to be on your feet all day in.

This shoe fit like all other Keens I have owned - Perfect!! ...and I love the styling. Unfortunately I could feel the tongue on my toes which was completely weird so I returned them. If you really want this shoe I would suggest buying half a size bigger and wearing thicker socks.

This is my second pair. Wore the soles out of the first. Keen continues to set the bar for style and comfort

Bought these for Milan Design Week and walked probably 10+ miles a day in them around the city. Extremely sturdy and comfortable. They do run large - 11 was perfect and I normally wear an 11.5 or 12.

This shoe is great! Quiet sole, fits good and comfortable. There is a small part of the tongue that rubs on toes, but no blisters from it. Please make this shoe in more colors!!

Great Shoes - I don't know how Keen manages to make casual shoes that feel like tennis shoes, but they do it, and do it brilliantly. These shoes were comfortable right out of the box, with no break-in time needed. They looked exactly like the photos on Zappos.com too. This is the third pair of Keen shoes I've owned, and each pair fits exactly the same, no matter the style. They look cool as well.
