These work. I put them in the heels of a pair of shoes that were slipping, now they fit just right. If you expect to get 6 pairs as you'd think from the name of this item, you will be disappointed. There are 3 pairs as pictured.

I have ordered these more than once. If you have a narrow heel, but not a narrow foot, these are great for getting your shoes to fit and not have your foot slip.

These things really work! Great if you have one foot that is a half-size or so smaller than the other...The perfect solution to heel slippage. I no longer feel like I am going to walk out of some of my shoes. The different colors are also nice to help blend in better with the interior heel of the shoe. Yay!

I've been using these for years and find them far superior to drug store varieties. I'm especially thinking about a gel type variety from Dr. Scholl's. They stick too much and seem to make blistering worse. These are firm, but are more natural.

Helpful - I don't wear heels often. When I do find a pair I like, it's not unusual to either feel pinched in my toes, or be frustrated by my heels slipping up and down in the shoe. A beautiful pair of Cole-Han/ Nike pumps presented just this issue. Although I've only put the pad at the heels, and worn my new shoes in the house, the Foot Petals seem to have solved the problem. I'm delighted. I was able to wear a B width, a longer shoe, and have my narrow heel still be comfortable. Be aware that you may not get three colors in your package...mine were all black. Thanks Zappos, for a product I hadn't seen anywhere else.

I wear medium width shoes, but my heels are narrow, so these Heelz are a godsend. They keep the back of the shoe from slipping off and I like the different colors. They do make the shoe a tiny bit shorter, so if the shoe is already on the tight side (in the length), putting the Heelz in does make a difference.

I love Zappos but this product was a waste of money. I still cannot believe I spent what I did on these. They did not stay in place and did not help me. I ended up finding something similar in a discount chain store and they were exactly the same product...but stayed in place in the shoe.

I only received three pairs (six pieces). I called customer service and they are going to mail the correct number. Zappos has great customer service and I love that there is no shipping or returning fee! That is why I shop here.

I was between sizes and so I bought these so my heel wouldn't slip and I love them. They worked great for me.

I got these for an awesome pair of shoes that were slipping when I walked. I popped these into the back of the shoe and they solved the problem perfectly. I can walk confidently, knowing the shoes aren't going anywhere, and they're still super comfortable!

I admit these are only the 2nd type of these things I've tried, but I don't think they could get any better. They're soft & stick well.

I put a pair of these inside the heel of my pumps that would bite at the back of my heels. I used to have to wear a foam band-aid on my heels but after I put these in I wore my shoes to work all day without any pain or issues.

These heel/toe pads are a shoe saver! I found my go to Calvin Klein Dolly pumps had stretched and by using these in the heel and also in the upper front of the shoe, it stopped slippage allowing me to walk without losing a shoe.(an embarrassing plight)! I highly recommend them, and think the comfort and usefulness justify the expense. make more colors to go with shoe interior, but that's my only critique. They stick well and seem to hold on throughout multiple wearings.

Great. Hide well in the back of the shoe. Didn't rub after long walks. Great that they comes in many colors so you can match the inside of your shoe. Easy to apply.

These are great. They really protect the back of your heel from scraping against the shoe. Very comfortable!

Several foot surgeries have left one foot slightly larger then the other. These foot petals have solved the problem. I wouldn't be without them.

This is a wonderful product for me. I have a high instep and my flats often feel too tight where my toes slip in and leave a red line on my skin. These pads ease that pressure. The pads work equally well at the back of your shoe it is slightly too big. My left and right foot are a different shoe size, so I put the pad in the back of the right shoe and my foot does not slip when I walk. These pads are great!

These things are lifesavers if your shoes are just a little too big. I always keep plenty around, especially because I purchase most of my shoes online and often don\'t have the option to choose the half size I need.

These little gems have saved the back of my ankles! Be sure to position them correctly the first time, as they aren\'t as sticky if you have to peel and reposition.

I ordered the foot petals after ordering a couple pair of new shoes. They have made a huge difference in how long I could wear the shoes. I would wear flats and be only able to wear them a few hours until the blisters started. Now I can wear them all day. I\'m a teacher and I\'m on my feet a lot.
