I am wearing these as I write this review. I have worn Sebago boat shoes for many years. Unfortunately, I understand they changed ownership and moved production somewhere else. It became harder and harder to find size 13 EE, so I gave these Dunhams a try! I am totally satisfied. I purchased a pair in the Tan Leather, which I am wearing, and a pair in Black and they are so comfortable. I use an insertable arch so I need the extra room in the toe box and the extra width and these didn't disappoint. Highly recommended!

Fairly substantial shoe. My only criticism is that they're a bit hot.

Good looking, but NOT waterproof if you walk through a puddle. There is mesh on the side that does not block the water.

These feel great. I am a hard to fit 14B and am very happy to find anything remotely stylish in that size. I'm not all that enamored with the black color, but I opted for black because they had the darkest (grey) soles. I thought the other sole colors were too light, but that's just me being picky.

I love the styling and the quality of these shoes. I did, however, have some difficulty breaking them in. I have Morris toe, that is, my second toe is longer than my big toe. I have worn an 11 1/2 for my entire adult life but these shoes were a bit short until I stretched them over the course of a week of somewhat painful initial wear. My second toe rubbed against the front of the shoe with each step. Now they fit well, but I doubt I will order another pair when these wear out. I don't think a 12 would work either because boat shoes stretch themselves so much with wear that a 12 would end up falling off my feet.

Very comfortable. Worked well on wet ship decks and docks and was grippy than I had anticipated - which was nice. Has no arch support to speak of though which is less than I thought it would have. Wore well, looked great. And as always great customer support!

I like how the heel part doesn't rub the back of my feet raw. However the shoe in the picture shows a slip on design with laces that look like they're only for show wich I liked until I received them and mine need to be tied.....................

Ran a little long - I ended up sizing down a half-size. Otherwise, very comfortable, and glad it comes in 4E!

I have a very high arch which makes buying boat shoes a challenge, since most have no arch support. This shoe does have some arch support, but I would not want to spend a long time walking or standing in them. The leather is like a lot of shoes these days. It does not seem that natural, like it has some strange coating on it. I did end up keeping them.

I wish these shoes could have worked. They looked great, were light weight, and felt extremely comfortable. Around the heel and mid-foot the shoe was perfect for my hard to fit feet, and the depth was excellent. Where they were lacking was in the toe box. They had ample room for a thick foot, but mine are wide. They seem to have the width in of a D in the toe box and squeezed my two outmost toes. I have worn other Dunham dress and casual shoes before and they don't have this issue, even in the smaller widths. If you are looking for a deep shoe for a thick foot, these are great, but if it is the width, you may need to look at other shoes.

I have a long narrow foot - often hard to find comfortable shoes. These fit well right out of the box and required almost no break in time.

Really nice boat shoe. Grips well, comfortable from the first wearing and doesn't need a break in period. bought them for my husband, who likes them, and bought a pair for myself, as good quality women's boat shoes are impossible to find. Doesn't ride up on the ankle bone, and offers good stability and traction when walking on a heeling sailboat. Wish Dunhams would make a line of good, basic women's boat shoes, as haven't worn anything which is as good as these.

My husband has a very narrow width, but these shoes fit him pretty well. We are a bit concerned if they stretch a lot, but right now they are comfortable and fit well. Much better than he thought with his narrow width. The style looks really good on his feet, also.

I really wanted to like these. Unfortunately they have a functional design flaw. The way the material comes together in the rear of the shoe creates a lip that rubs a hole in the back of my heel.

The 2E wide is a bit narrower than most other 2E's. Other than that, it's a pretty solid shoe.

Not too comfortable. I’m sure they’re better options out there if you have feet issues.

Shoes arrived quickly. Fit was a bit narrow on the width, had to send them back. Construction seemed good.

I normally take an 81/2 wide shoe... The Zappo app recommended 9W which I selected... I thought that maybe the shoe ran small and that the up sizing was to accommodate this factor. Out of the box they looked like clown shoes.... I had a good two inches from my toe to the tip of the shoe... Back in the box they went... This was my first buy of Dunham's so I guess it is back to Sperry....
I'd also recommend:
Sperry for sure, Rockport is equally good looking but heavier on the feet...

NB / Dunham may have changed suppliers which has made their sizings are a little different - - but probably not full sizes........I can only hope these stretch .....But there are almost no other choices...... I've also replaced the furnished insole with a softer leather one.
