Absolutely the best shoe I have ever owned. Brooks accomodates my orthotics perfectly. Super comfy .. lightweight .. lots of support & size is very true.

Delivery is exceptionally fast! The shoes are true to fit, excellent support, helps with over pronation, very durable. This is my third pair over several years.

This is a great pair of shoes, the cushion in the soles could be a little better but otherwise they're great! Been wearing them everyday for a couple months, no sign of running over and they still look almost new. Highly recommended especially if you're overweight.

These shoes are, at least for me, as advertised. I have severe over pronation in both ankles and used to have pain that went all the way up to my hips after running. Not so after a run in these. There is some discomfort, but nothing like before and it's gone after a few minutes. They feel a little snug, but my guess is that goes with the support that you get from them.

Had to buy a full size larger than I normally wear, and also had to go with an extra wide. This was no problem with the free shipping and fast service.

I have been wearing Brooks Addictions for more than 10 years. My first pair were Addiction 2s. These are perfect for me as a workout shoe in the gym.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn! I have very flat feet and am on my feet all day and by the time I would get home at night my ankles, legs, hips and back would be hurting so bad I couldn't stand it. My wife ordered the Brooks Addiction 8 for me and from the very first day all of my pain is gone. I no longer have to take pain medication or sit with heat wraps on my ankles or legs! They are simply wonderful. They do run a full size small so next time I will go up another half size as I did go up a half size the first time. Please don't ever stop carrying these shoes because I will not buy any other brand from now on. Oh, and in case I didn't mention it they were on my front step waiting for me the next day after I ordered them! How do you do that Zappos?

I use these shoes for walking and get excellent support. I have used this series for four years and really love them. Always use Zappos they are the best!

I have trouble with my feet and these shoes feel better than any I have found. They run a little small, but break in to a wonderful fit. I would recommend these to anyone. Zappos is the best!

I have been wearing this particular shoe which I always buy from Zappos for several years. It is the first shoe I have ever had that really does a perfect job of supporting my size 16 feet comfortably for walking and general use. Incidentally, one pair lasts me about a year of walking about 12 miles per week plus all-day casual wear.

Excellent product. This is my third pair. I am a Marine who puts about 18 miles a week on them plus uses them for everyday wear.

My wife has been wearing Brooks and talked me into trying them. I got 2 different pairs, I loved them so much. Very comfortable. Love it that they have 4E!

Excellent fit. Great comfort and arch support! Best fitting sport shoe I've ever owned, hands down. I'm on my feet 12 hours a day and they really feel good.

I love this shoe. It was recommended by my physical therapist...I absolutely love the support it gives my feet.

I wear a 14 narrow shoe, and have extremely flat feet and additional tendinitis of the left foot. It was necessary I find a good shoe to be able to keep my job where I walk and stand all day. This shoe turned out to be the right one for my feet, the strongest arch support of any tennis shoe I have owned.

I bought a pair of these on the recommendation of a sales associate at my local running store after he watched my stride. He said as my ankles roll inward I should get shoes that provide more stability. I picked up a pair at the store and they have been working fantastically. I travel for work and I forgot to bring my new kicks along one week, so I got another pair send overnight from Zappos to keep at my work site. I continue to love these shoes. They're a little heavier than other shoes I've tried on, but I suppose that's the trade-off for the support and cushioning. I got fitted with 11.5s, where in most other brands I wear a 10.5 or 11. The only other brand of shoe in which I take an 11.5 is DCs. If you've ever worn DCs, these seem to be sized similarly.

For this 14 4E who overpronates and has a bunion on the right foot, these shoes are great. I've had several years of experience with the Brooks Addiction line, and I am very pleased with these shoes. Plenty of arch support, not too heavy, and they encase my feet great. Brand new, they're a little snug around my feet but not painfully so, and they don't move around against my heels and ankles like other shoes in this size. Arch support is good for you overpronaters out there. Take the time to figure out your feet size and your pronate/supinate tendencies before you buy and you won't have to send shoes back like I did the first time. Less returns means lower prices for all of us!

If you suffer from severe overpronation, this is your shoe. I have an extremely flat right foot, and this shoe has me about 80% corrected, pre-orthotic. It's also extremely comfortable, secure, and durable. I would, however, recommend ordering half a size up. Can't say I care much for the style, but I hate the look of all running shoes and would much rather be wearing a fresh pair of Nike Air Morgan or something, but alas, I can barely walk in such shoes! Brooks to the rescue!

Ok, if you're like me and you've got flat feet but still want to run, this is the shoe for you. The arch support is what should get you to buy this shoe. Keeping your legs, especially your knees and ankles in good alignment will help with avoiding future joint damage and pain. I've been a jogger for nearly 30 years. A podiatrist friend recommended these shoes, and boy was she right. The best fitting shoe this flat-foot has ever run in. I've been wearing versions of this shoe for a couple of years now and my joint pain has been significantly reduced.

I'm addicted to Brooks Addiction 8! Bought 2 pairs to wear as walking shoes (medium width black for everyday wear, narrow white for treadmill workouts using thinner socks). Selected several Brooks and New Balance "walking" shoes, and threw in this runner. Won hands down as the most supportive yet comfortable shoe! Don't think of this shoe only as a "runner"; it's terrific for walking. Like other mesh type running shoes, get a half size larger than normal. They are one of the most comfortable yet supportive shoes ever worn with my orthotics. Don't spend years of discomfort suffering with cheaper dept. store versions that cost half as much but hurt your body.

I have been running in a Brooks shoe since the early 80\'s. I have a very flat foot and extreme pronating of the foot. Also, I wear orthotics. This shoe, which was originaly the Chariot, is the best I every found to use. It gives me a comfortable run and I never have any feet problems.

I'll echo something I read about these shoes on a running site that helped me finally find my size. If the Brooks Addiction 7 were perfect for you, then you will find the Addiction 8 too narrow in the width you previously wore. Go up a width if possible, and you will probably be happy on the first try. I originally went with a 13EE, and found them to be way too narrow. I was going to give up on these shoes, but I loved the 7s so much. Buying a EEE (first time I've ever had to wear a EEE) felt like buying clown shoes. But they turned out perfect.

My 14 year old son has never commented on a pair of shoes before so when he said "mom, these sneakers are really comfortable" I knew they had to be very comfortable.
