Great Boots! It took no time to break in, very comfortable shoes and very light. I'm on my feet working 8-10 hours on concrete floor and I find it very comfortable and supportive, flexible too. I think it's a durable pair of shoes, too. Plus Zappos rocks! Very nice service. I'm loving it!

Very comfortable. No break in time needed. Although I still don\'t know its durability. Very good purchase.

Great security/law enforcement boots! Comfortable protection, high-quality water resistance, flexes for running. Stiff at first, then great after break-in period of a few days! This is my 3rd pair after five years! Heavy duty use lasts me 1-2 years on soles.

Super light, super comfortable, super tough. True to size and took no time at all to break in. Zappos rules; got them the very next day.

Awesome Boots -
Most comfortable pair of boots I've ever worn. They felt great from the first time I tried them on - great for athletic activities or just casual walking.

Only reason i did not give it 5 was because of the sizing issue , they are very small made

Boots are comfy, nice quality and most of all super stylish. However included laces are just bad, they are constantly getting stuck making putting the boots on and adjusting them a chore. Replacing laces to speedy waxed ones solved the issue but I'm not sure how long the shoelace holes will last as they are not reinforced. Overall great boots but better not to take them off :)

I bought these boots about 1.5 month ago. I have been wearing them for almost everyday since then. I am making over 15000 steps a day. I usually am size 10.5, but my Pureboost are size 10. All the rest of my shoes are 10.5, save for the boots i have from other brands; they are all 11 because of insulation. Thus, i ordered GSG 9.2 as size 11 too. It was a right decision. The first week, i had some shoe bite. Some of my toes were sore due to slight tightness. But from the second week on i have never had this problem again. The shoes adapted to my feet by getting slightly wider inside. And then, i thought, those are probably the most comfortable boots i have ever worn. They are very fashionable too. There is a minus though: it is true that they are waterproof when you dip them in deep water (yes i did it), but if you stay or walk a long time (like over an hour) in the rain, they are not waterproof anymore. Today i realized my toes were wet because of the rain. No other part of my socks were wet, but the toes part. Then i checked the inside of the boots and i realized the frontal part got wet. Thus, i can say, long exposure to rain proves they are not really waterproof, but rather water-repellent. This is the reason of 4 stars. Otherwise i'd give this product even 6 stars if i could. However, would i buy them again? Certainly! They feel like the top-tier heavy armor boots you can buy in a Role-Playing Game. They are protective. Their grip is great. And you feel like Frank Castle. What else should i tell you? :)

Comfortable boot from day 1. Even when wearing them for long periods. They have lasted me two years heavy use before needing replacement.

Where do I start, I am utterly attrocious on footwear and I have very wide feet, so I did have to order a size larger leaving more toe room than I'd prefer, that being said they were astoundingly comfortable, amazing for roofing, siding, work on concrete all day. Now my major gripe is the black finish is insanely easy to destroy, be it shingles or pallets within a month the toes of these boots went from a nice black to grey (and this is with waxing the boots). Honestly If they made these boots in steel/comp toe I would probably only buy these boots.

Like many have already mentioned, these fit a bit small on the inside, especially when you have to wear thicker socks with these boots. I had to return my order so I did not have enough experience wearing them.
I do wish adidas could use a different type of shoe lace though.

These are the most comfortable duty boots you can buy. This is my 2nd pair. They are a little more expensive than most, but considering how much use the boots get its worth the extra cash. I wish they lasted a little longer, the last pair lasted me about 2 years, but that was a stretch. Despite that, I wont go to another brand, these are very comfortable boots.

A weird boot: well made, but difficult to find right size. Very narrow, so to get size that doesn't rub your toes you need to go at least one full UK size up, then making them like clown shoes, too long in the middle, so not easy to walk . The first time I've ever come across such an issue. Shocking, tbh: hardly cheap, one usually trusts this brand

First things first. These are a really comfortable, well made durable boot. Considering the size of them surprisingly light too. I know they're tactical boot but that doesn't mean they have to be functional looking. My reason for sending them back was a combination of aesthetic/ fit. They look great from certain angles but from others they are unduly ugly. The midsole is shapeless and the toe box huge, a little too orthopaedic in looks and way to big for my narrow feet. Practicality can be more stylish if you're listening Adidas. A few tweaks style wise and these boots would be perfect.

After wearing a couple of times and covering about 20 miles on foot, the sole of one foot became sore. On inspection there is an uneven slight lump to the right side beneath the edge of the inner sole on the right foot. This only became apparent after the boots were broken in.
Also one imperfection on the outside that I carelessly only noticed after wearing oyrside for the first time. I would have recommended them, had it not been the quality issue. Maybe I was just unlucky though, as a lot of very good reviews exist.

As a response officer in a busy city area I was after a comfy light trainer boot these fit the bill greatly, as I am a runner not really a fighter they make me quite a lot quicker and are good for driving as well...
However first fight in them and they have scuffed extremely easily , much easier then my old lowas, I know leathers heavy I just want expecting them to damage as much as they have.

I was looking for a work boot that was more comfortable than the Danner Acadia I currently own. I really liked these boots. The styling was decent, and the foot bed felt quite comfortable with good arch support. The quality of materials in the Adidas boots seemed cheap and were not as good as the Danner boots though, and Danner is made in the USA while these are made in China. I was not able to keep these boots unfortunately due too sizing issues. My foot is slightly on the narrow size, and these boots were still too narrow for my foot. You might need to go to a wide width depending how your foot runs. Additionally, the size was too small. I normally wear a 12D in boots and sneakers. Depending on your foot, you will need to order a half a size to a full size larger. For me, there is no 12.5 size in these boots and the size 13 would more than likely be too large. For now, I'm going to stick with the Danner Acadia. It may be heavier and may not have a foot bed quite as comfortable as these boots (although a good aftermarket insole helps), but the Danner boots fit like a glove.
I'd also recommend:

Mirroring other reviewers, these are very nice, comfortable shoes. Pretty lightweight, and awesomely black. I don't know if others haven't notice or mine are just defective, but, they are incredibly squeaky! I thought that after 2-3 weeks of ownership with 2 miles/day walking it would go away...alas, they have not. In a city setting, it's not as noticeable as there are lots of other noises outside, but in a quieter setting (like an office) with highly polished floors...look out! You just disturbed everyone around you! 3 stars.

This is a good shoe! However, it's too darn narrow! Other customers suggested that buyers select a whole size larger, however there comes a point were this isn't practical, and the shoe feels like your wearing a scuba fin/clowns shoe. That is not a tactical advantage, no matter how cool they look!

Awful quality. In the middle of the lacing area the eyelets are leather. They are not strong enough and mine split very quickly
