I have been a diabetic since 1977 and have worn hundreds of different brands of "Diabetic socks". For the very 1st time, I was able to wear a pair of socks and not have to remove them until the end of the day. With wigwam socks, I am able to stop worrying about all the problems a regular diabetic sock can present for a diabetic foot -- now my dr. recommends them regularly. Thank you for improving my daily life. My feet thank you as well.

Highest compliments to Wigwam for making these, and kudos to Zappos for carrying them at a fabulous price! Bought for max comfort and my feet are normal size and shape.

Wigwam is the best brand for diabetic socks and for comfort socks.

I bought these for my husband who has severe diabetic neuropathy and ichthyosis; these are the only socks he can get on with any degree of ease. They are very comfortable for him, and I'm really glad I found them!

Great sock...not to tight around the calf but still stays up. I have worn them for several days and have noticed they do not develop an odor either. I am very pleased with them and would recommend for anyone, even those who do not need them to address diabetic issues.

I was looking for this sock with a more elastic rib knit top but ordered this one even though I do not have diabetes. I am loving the socks; they remind me of the socks I wore as a teenager in the sixties only much higher quality.

POOR QUALITY - I was extremely disappointed with these socks. Since my husband had used pair, I couldn't return. I am familiar with the Wigwam brand name, and did not hesitate spending more than $10 pair; however they could not compare with the diabetic, comfort top socks that I purchased from "Healthy Living" for less than half the price. Those socks had a nice, thick foot padding on the bottom, and were of heavier quality. Oh well, I guess it is just that I paid for the name of Wigwam.

Bought these for my husband who has diabetic neuropathy. He loves them. Says they are very comfortable. Other diabetic socks were ill fitting and kept sliding on off his feet.

My first order was for my size, which when washed was under size. Gave them to the bride. Second lg size okay but not the 12/15 as stated, but okay for my 10 1/2 feet. Ordered another 6 pack.

I have been wearing ankle socks almost every day for the last 5+ years. I got these because I was going to try to switch to boots for work instead of shoes... I am not diabetic. But I thought the extra stretch on the top would be more comfortable because I have larger calves and I find most socks uncomfortable to pull up more than 4 inches above my ankle. These socks did feel comfortable. The upper strech was not bad at all on my legs. I wear about 11.5 wide shoes, and it seems like the socks are a little small for my foot. I would have to stretch them to get them to correctly cover my heels. They also did feel like they would slide down and I didn't want them to slide down in the boots. But if comfort is the main reason you are buying them then I think you will be happy.
