I bought these shoes in April of last year and after two weeks of wearing them, I was experiencing severe abdominal/pelvic pain. I did not immediately associate it with the shoes, because my feet and legs never hurt and there were other things I did that might have caused the pain (e.g. yoga). Over the course of many months, many medical tests, and many misdiagnoses, I finally figured out that the shoes were the source of my pain. 4 weeks after discarding them, I am pain free. There is a hard plastic button that is part of the logo the rubber sole of these shoes. That plastic button does not give, and it was pushing constantly against a nerve on the bottom of my feet, especially if I went for a longer period (more than 30 minutes) of walking. The pain typically showed up 24-36 hours later and lasted for a long time - especially if I wore the shoes again soon. While it is almost certain that most people won't suffer any ill effects of these shoes, I wanted to put my experience out there in case anyone who buys these shoes starts experiencing unexplained pain in their body after walking in them for a couple weeks. And, if you are someone who has sensitive nerves, you'll probably want to avoid these shoes entirely.

Not impressed. My shoe options are limited due to my shoe size (15D). Clarks make my size and get good reviews, so I decided to give them a shot. To me the shoes feel and look very cheap. The upper has the feel and look of vinyl rather than leather. The length is true to size, but the D width is more like an E. I have an average foot volume and these are just way too big in the toebox and heel. I went with another brand and am pleased. Clarks used to be a good brand, but like many companies Clarks is having their products now made in China and that's what you get...China quality. I will gladly pay more for a better quality product. Zappos shipping was great...accurate and fast.

This is easily my most comfortable shoe. The fit and support are superb. It's like wearing my favorite set of athletic shoes, but much better looking. The shoe is very durable and thick leather, yet remains still relatively light.

My dad, whose wide feet I inherited, suggested I try Clarks. Their Unstructured line has great air circulation, and comes in both wide and extra-wide. Overall, these shoes have been great after about a month of daily office wear. They breath very well, and look sharp. A guy who buys pairs of shoes thought they were a pair of Mephistos or something similarly over-priced. A word of caution on sizing. I wear a NB 1123 11.5 6E, and usually have to go to a 12 4E to get the width needed in new balance. I can't fit many other brands. But these Clarks shoes in extra-wide are ginormous! I've got tons of room in an 11XW.

These shoes are my "n-teenth" purchase from Zappos. They were exactly what I expected. The online view feature let's you get a real valid check of the style, design, and quality workmanship. The shoes fit very well and they appear to be holding up to my wear and tear. I would buy them again. The only issue that I have is I work in an old historic courthouse with marble tile in the hallways and the material on the shoe soles have a tendency to squeak, especially if the shoes are the least bit damp. Otherwise, I'm happy as always with the Zappos experience!

Overall, a nice dressy casual/casual shoe. They are comfortable and look good with jeans and slacks. I like the air circulation system too. However, the price of these shoes is too high. You're paying for the Clarks name. I think Clarks quality has gone down in the past few years. I don't moving their production to China was a good idea. I will be shopping other brands in the future.

I bought these for my adult son. He says they're the most comfortable shoes he's ever owned. He can wear them all day long.

I ordered these during the last minute Christmas rush just based on a little information my boyfriend gave me. He said he had bought a pair of these shoes 6 years ago and needed to replace them. I had never ordered from Zappos, Placing the order over the internet was very easy, the shoes shipped immediately, fit perfectly, and he has never been happier. I ordered both the black and brown in the same style. He has an extra wide foot and loves these shoes.

Zappos, a pleasure to do business with. I have problem feet and have ordered shoes only to have to send them back because they didn't fit well. Zappos takes the sweat out of this. They know how to operate an online store. As for the shoes, well these passed the fit test, and as usual, Clarks makes a quality shoe.

Very comfortable shoe with good cushioning. It is very lightweight also. I have a similar pair in brown, also from Clarks, that I bought two years ago. I like that pair, but I like these even more.

My 21 year old son turned me on to Zappos last summer when he came to our lake house in northern MN. Everything he raved about was true. Best customer service, convenient, intelligent, easy way to buy shoes and, with a guarantee! I love Clarks Un.structured, they wear much longer than any tennis shoe so are well worth the extra money! I believe they are using some form of silicone based composite on the soles because they really do last, and they fit very comfortably. I now have 3 pairs!

Great shoes. They're very comfortable (I have back and knee problems), and they look stylish. I wear them to work every day.

My husband has flat feet and it is hard to find shoes that actually feel good all day long. He loves these! Hats off to Zappos for the quick delivery and ease of ordering! I'll be back!

Extremely comfortable and good airflow. No metal shank, so no problem for crews at airport security.

I heard a lot about Zappos & this is the first pair of shoes I got from them. An excellent shoe true to width. It's extremely comfortable as a walking shoe and has great support while standing for long hours. The looks and fit and finish of this shoe is exceptional. Would recommend this shoe for anyone! The first pair I got was a little too big, I called Zappos customer support at 12:30am EST and got a live operator (Jen) who assisted me in having the shoe exchanged at no shipping cost. Awesome customer support. Would always go back to them to buy another pair. The new (replacement) pair arrived in 2 business days! "The place" to buy your shoes.

These are great walking shoes. Very comfortable and sturdy with good support.

The shoes I purchased was the Clarks Un.bend. I bought a pair over a year ago to work in and they were by far the most comfortable and durable shoe I have ever owned. I walk on a concrete floor all day and these things provide great support. I got the new ones a few weeks ago. When I put them on for the first time, they felt as comfortable as my old ones. No breaking required. It is a super shoe. Thanks Zappos.

Excellent. I've had this shoe for about a year. I use it as my work shoe. I do a lot of walking around and standing in a manufacturing environment. It's very durable and has to be the most comfortable shoe that I have.

Excellent comfort. Even with orthotics, this shoe is the most comfortable that I've worn in my 55 years. Due to my foot issues of bunion and hammertoes, it can be difficult to find comfort, but this was it. I'm ordering the Randolph next.

These boots are really cute and comfortable and I was very excited to receive them. Unfortunately, I tried them out on a rainy day and the top part of my feet got damp (not soaking wet, but damp). They're not regular rubber boots, they have a silicone-feeling coating on top of them so I think this permits water to pass through a little. Great for style, but if you're looking for functionality, skip the money on these. Thank God Zappos has great customer service and is willing to exchange them for me.

Great shoe for the wide foot - It's difficult to find a shoe for the office that is both appropriate and comfortable. This shoe accommodates the extra-wide foot (with a high arch, as well), and it looks good. I have two pairs in black and will order another brown pair. Good shoes that fit well are hard to find; this style is a keeper and well worth the price.

Clarks Un.bend - I am 9 1/2 EEE with high instep. The 9 1/2 XW felt perfect and not tight at all. Shoe is very light and a joy to wear.

Great Shoe for EEE - I purchased this show in XW. I'm a 3E with medium arch, and shoes never fit right for me. These are perfect and required zero break in time. The toe cut is wide so the shoe is not tight at all.

This is the second time I am purchasing these shoes, so by all means the fact that I did not give them a 5 star review does not mean that they are bad. I work in a job in which I must stand for an average 8 hours, walking back and forth, this has led me to need shoes that give great support. When I purchase cheap shoes, my feet will ache, so the first time I bought the shoes I did so mostly from foot discomfort. When I purchased the shoe at 160 dollars it became the most expensive work shoe I have ever bought, but if it would provide good support I figured so be it. The core reasons that make this a shoe you want to buy are: good arch support, waterproof shoes, and the width is very accurate (I wear 4e). Now on to the core reasons this shoe is not a 5 star shoe: the shoe is ugly and bulky, the shoe may look decent in appearance when you get it but the soft leather is very easily dented and soon grooves start to form on it in other words this bulky shoe will never look sleek, this shoe also does not for a second because of its bulkiness look appropriate with a suit, the overall design ( pay attention to the WHITE stitching seems as if they shoe was meant for casual walking than for business setting purposes although reflect on the style and see how that does not make sense, the overall product weight so keep in mind that the shoes aren't just bulky in appearance they also feel heavier than your average shoe, and lastly, the sole and heel of this shoe holds up to deterioration just a little longer than the average shoe but at the price they for I cant help but feel Clark's should do better. I bought this shoe again given everything I just said because it does provide good sole and heel support and is true to width, and if your feet ache and you need a strong shoe, you could do worse.
