I got these shoes this past January and loved them! This past weekend I wore them on a rainy day and spent several hours in the rain dodging (not wading in) puddles. Today I've noticed that the soles are falling apart! it looks terrible and I'm not sure if this is shoddy craftsmanship or these shoes are meant only for nice days. I find the latter hard to believe. Anyhow, be warned, these aren't for rain or my pair is not good.

These boots in Cognac are perfection. The pointed toe is not too long or witch-like, something I hate in a lot of the other authentic cowboy boot brands. The color and leather are fantastic (not much variation in the color throughout the boot, unlike the photos on many websites). I am usually a size 8 or 8½, and the 8½ fits snug but comfortable. They are very stiff when you first put them on - during the first wearing they break in with little effort and will feel much more flexible and comfortable.

Great looking boots. I love the Frye boots I have bought in the past, and these are wonderful too. They look good with jeans tucked in or out and are cute with dresses. The size seems pretty true also.

I haven't worn these enough to give a full review. I purchased the stetson pointy toe boots before these because I really wanted a darker brown, but the toes were just way too pointy for my size 10 foot. These are lovely. My feet are wider (thanks to carrying twins full term) than they used to be - and already having a larger foot it is pretty tough and frustrating to find cute shoes these days. Although these feel a bit tight now, I can already tell they will stretch & mold to my foot after a month or so of regular wear. I am actually thrilled I ended up with this color. It feels a tad too orange right now, but I know with wear and in the long run, this will be a much more flexible option than the dark brown. I love how this leather looks as it ages. I love these boots, very classic and timeless. They will likely last the rest of my life with good care and maintenance.

Very cute, I really liked them, but I just can't commit to the style at this time. I am still looking for the perfect red boots.

These are the perfect boots! They are beautiful and comfortable to wear. They run small so I got a half size larger than I usually wear and they fit great. I searched for a long time before trying these and I'm thrilled with them!

I bought these for my daughter and she loves them! Think she wears them everywhere but to the gym! I want some too.

I bought these in Cognac Antique Brush Off and love them. They have excellent arch support, are extremely comfortable and good looking. Worth every penny...so glad I got them.

I absolutely love mine! I saw these boots in a store were I live and fell in love the only thing was they were more expensive than this and there was no way, my husband would kill me. After a very long search for the same boots at a cheaper price I found these here, ordered them asap and waited at my door for the delivery. They are the same boot brand and all but a lot cheaper. Love them!

OMG...Got to have them - This is a must have boot. I wanted a pair of Frye boots forever, however; the price and the fact that I have huge calves kept me away...Until, I saw the "Bruce Pull on". The price was within my budget and the best part they fit around my huge claves. They are amazingly comfortable, I did have to order a 1/2 size larger, as they run small. If you are having any doubts about getting is pair, stop-it...and order them right now.

Tough 'n ready... Nothing but compliments were thrown at me when I wore these boots w/ dresses and jeans. They are beautiful and wear well. The leather is nice and only gets better w/ age. But I had to warn you tho, these do take some time to break in. The leather is stiffer and I had some trouble w/ rubbing in the heels. So you would need to take some time to break them in, but this is fine since you'll be able to wear these boots for years to come!

Love it! It scuffs easily but looks fabulous even with all of that. Can wear it with almost anything. It's slowly becoming my prized possession!

Beautiful versatile boot. Good for someone with shorter toes or a wide foot, since western style necessitates sizing up. I had to return mine because the boot with the proper length was ridiculously wide. I wish Frye made narrow boots to address this problem.

Great looking boot - The boot appears to be a little narrow, but that will change once I've worn them a few times. I wear an 8 1/2, so naturally I bought my size. Not so sure I want to chance exchanging them for a 9, inventory is low. I love my Frye boots, I would have bought the Daisy Dukes, just couldn't afford them both.

These boots are beautiful, but they are going back because of the fit. I ordered size 7, my normal shoe and boot size. The right boot was super tight...it felt 1/2 size smaller, and the left boot was super loose...it felt 1/2 size bigger. Also, the circumference of the boot was just too big for my slender calves. Too bad, because these boots are really beautiful.

I have ordered these boots now in two sizes, a 7, which is my normal size and my foot was coming up in the boot and was sliding around as I walked. I exchanged them for a 6.5, which I can't even get my foot into the boot. I'm not sure if perhaps one of the pairs is marked incorrectly, or if I should just try a different Frye style, but this isn't what I normally expect from Frye. I am tempted to order another 7, and see if I just had a bad pair.

I felt this boot is made of quality leather. They are beautiful and fit true to size. I am a size 6 and I ordered a size 6. They were snug when I first put them on but good leather breaks in and they did just that! Fit great! I love them!

Amazing! These boots are everything I dreamed of & more. I didn't even have to break them in; they are wonderful.

I really love the look of these boots. But sadly for me I couldn't even get one of them on. I think it's my foot not the boot. I have quite tall arches and couldn't get my foot inside. A suggestion for me is to try a man's or boy's boot which have more room. These are adorable but I will have to return them.

I absolutely love these boots! I have a pair of super expensive boots from Santa Fe, and these feel exactly the same without the huge price tag. I would definitely recommend waterproofing them or at least moisturizing them every once in a while to keep them soft and looking like new, but they are incredibly comfortable, even from the the first wearing! No blisters so far, and that is a huge accomplishment considering my track record!

I've owned this boots for six years now and I love them. The more they break in, the more comfortable they get. Most cowboy boots are very narrow and while these accommodate my larger width foot, they do cause blisters until really broken in. I recommend investing in a good pair of thick socks with cowboy boots. Also, these boots are not rain/snow/muck boots.

I wear a 9.5 M but I couldn't even get my foot into the boot to try it on. I would suggest the next size up.

These shoes are definitely cute and are fine to walk in with one major flaw. The upper inner parts of it scratch upon your inner legs leaving you blistering and bruising! This makes it less than ideal to wear on bear legs or with tights so my only option is to wear it with jeans under. Had it not been for the blistering on my inner legs, it would have been a good buy. I expect more from Frye.
