Great kit for keeping your Uggs looking brand new. I wish the kit came with instructions on how to use the brush.

I used the products on a few of my pairs of Uggs. Most of them were clean and unused so far this season, so I'm not sure how well they work yet. I used the cleaner on a pair that I thought was ruined by snow salt. It helped, but I think you can still tell that they aren't quite the same.

Great price for this kit, it is much more other places. It is great for the care of your boots, but be careful with scrubbing. I made a hole in my Uggs.

My husband used this to treat my new Uggs (Gaviota). The care kit was easy to use, except that after it dries, you are supposed to brush the nap with a soft brush (not included). The only other issue was that he removed the laces to treat the boots and then we could not figure out how to put them back on. Fortunately, I was able to call Ugg customer support and a helpful gentleman helped me re-lace them by phone. It was a bit odd, but I would recommend that you pay close attention to how they are laced before you take the laces out!

Boot Upkeep - Nice products and packaging. Would like the item to help weatherproof the boot to be larger.

Great kit - This is a great kit! However, I wish it came with better instructions. I had no idea what the little stone was for until I looked it up on the internet. This is a good investment for Ugg boot owners.

Recommended! It’s a great product for all Uggs, however just be careful when diluting the cleaner with water, too much cleaner can harm your Ugg!

I read all the rave reviews on this kit and purchased it to clean my daughter's shocking pink Ugg boots. She is a bit rough on shoes and the toe part of the boots was very dirty. I also cleaned my pair, which was not really dirty. The kit was just ok for me. The stain came out only about 60 percent. I was shocked that the instructions say to first dampen the entire boot with water with a sponge and then apply the cleaner and then wipe off with water again. I was slightly afraid to do that and thought you would just have to apply the cleaner to the specific stain. It has been three days and the boots are clearly dry. But I feel both pairs are darker than they originally were. The instructions are not great for the brush part either. Both sides of the brush are harsh, as viewers commented. I scrubbed a little too hard and left a mark on my daughter's boots. Be careful, as this is very easy to do. The only real positive thing is the sheepskin protector does work, as my boots are three years old and my sister had sprayed them for me when I first purchased them and they have held up great. I just wanted to freshen them up with the cleaner. Now, as I said above, they appear darker now. I am on the fence about the kit, but the protector is a must. Good luck!

Bought this kit for several different finishes of UGG footwear. Didn't like using the cleaner on Ugg slippers with a painted exterior. When I got it damp per the instructions, it marred the surface and was scary. Thought I might have ruined them. Most of the water spots went away after I continued with the instructions and they dried - but it added another dirt spot from where water had run and dry near a seam. I will not use the cleaner again on the slippers - but will use saddle soap if I think it needs cleaned again. Ugg does a bad job of educating customers on which finishes should receive which cleaning treatments. They have too many options and this kit doesn't apply to all of them. The freshener spray is nice though. Thought waterproof spray should have been included for a complete kit.

The sealant and cleaner are good to have. The brush is quite harsh I feel. I've not needed to use the deodorizer, but having owned another pair of Uggs, it's my experience that they don't trap odors like leather shoes might, so I don't believe I'll be needing it. The amount of product is enough for about two treatments.

It doesn't really clean very well, yet it does get some dirt off. If you scrub too soft you'll have to try to clean it again and waste some cleaning solution in the process. however, if you scrub too hard, it will produce a hole into your UGG. (that happened to my classic gray ones) it seems to fade the color of your Uggs away. nevertheless, the fresher spray was amazing and the comb was alright.

When I got this, I thought the products were probably not a must-have. They were nicely packaged and would make a good gift for someone with a lot of Uggs, though. I returned it.

This product is mediocre. I had a water\/soap stain on my daughter\'s Uggs, and using this didn\'t really take the mark out or even fade it much.

Stuff was alright, brush seemed a bit harsh. They look a bit cleaner for the most part. Zappos itself rocks, though, great customer service and fast shipping!

The water repellent works well and doesn’t smell too bad. But you can buy similar stuff at other shoe stores in an aerosol can so it’s easier to apply. The cleaner works really well BUT it does look like it removes some of the dye. My shoes looked clean and all one shade after using it but the cloth was the color of the Uggs afterwards. I would only use it if necessary and dilute it a lil more than it says. The brush and eraser are harsh on the sheep skin too, so be very gentle when using.

*Let me begin by saying that I followed all instructions given exactly.* I sprayed the sheepskin protector on the boots as soon as I got them. I wore the boots one time and got a salt/snow stain. I brushed the boot where the stain was as per instructions. The brush is WAY too rough for suede. I brushed very very lightly and it appeared my suede already started to thin out at the toe. The brush did not remove any loose dirt. I wet a rag and proceeded to wet the entire boot as per Instructions on the cleaner/conditioner bottle. Then I put a pea sized drop ofcleaner on the rag and cleaned the stain and the entire boot as per instructions. I let the boot fully dry. It was stiff and had white blotches all over it. I brushed it so I could regain the "nap" or softer texture. It became soft, but it lost even more of the suede at the toe and now has a dull powdery black color. I am very disappointing! I mine as well not purchased this kit at all!

This kit does not work as well as I hoped. I diligently sprayed several pairs of Uggs with the water and stain repellent, which is supposed to protect against rain, snow, dirt and stains. I followed the instructions to the letter, but the Uggs still absorbed water and developed stains. I did not step in any deep puddles nor walk in deep snow. Anyway, I tried cleaning the Uggs with the Sheepskin cleaner, which is supposed to remove stains. It helped a bit, but did not remove the stains completely. It definitely did not restore the Uggs to anywhere near like new condition. So, if you can find a better alternative, go with it. This does not protect and restore optimally. I am giving it two stars because the cleaner did clean, although far from thoroughly.

I bought this kit because my friend swears by it. She says it makes her UGG shoes look brand new. This, unfortunately, was not the case for me. Don't know if it is because my boots are gray, or if I rubbed too hard, used too much fluid, or if the salt stains were beyond repair, but the color was flaking off the boots. Now they are good for keeping me warm, but I will have to buy another pair if I want to wear them out and look good. So, I would try this kit again, but be very careful and very gentle and rinse them several times. Beware gray UGG owners!

Works ok. It smells bad. I didn’t see results that blew my mind... like wow it works so good, but then again they are suede. The brush comes in handy.

I had ordered Ugg boots from Zappos, and decided to buy the Sheepskin Care Kit for them. The three products came in an attractive little case, and everything looked lovely. However, there were no directions as to what each of the little bottles and brush are to be used for. I still don't know how to use the brush. I think the directions are on the bottles themselves, but I think it would be helpful to have a sheet of instructions telling you how, when, why to use each product. Also, the spray on repellant was quite "leaky" as I sprayed the boot. You are supposed to hold it back about 8 inches and "mist" it, and the sprayer would not cooperate. It leaked on and off on my hand and squired out inconsistently, which ended up leaving spots on my boots. So...BE SURE if you use this product, that you do it prior to wearing your boots. If they are at all dirty, you will have bright little "spots" from the repellant on your new boots. Zappos on the other hand gets 5 stars! They not only replaced the product, but also replaced my boots with new ones. This time I sprayed the repellant on before I wore my boots, and yes, it left tiny little spots, but they dried and disappeared after a bit. Zappos customer service in 10 stars out of 5.

Personally, I dont think it's worth it. Now...I dont have the traditional uggs. I have a pair of cardy's and a pair of nubuck boots--Cove style. The pumps don't spray evenly--lots of small splotches. Unfortunately, aerosol waterproof sprays cover more evenly. Ugg.com says that you can spray cardy's with the waterproof spray. I did...don't know that it is beneficial or not. I have black cardy's and they show everything.

Sloppy - I only used the suede protector and it leaked all over the place as I was trying to spray the boots. I would have been better off just buying a silicone spray at the drug store. Oh, and yes, the top was on tight!

I followed the directions exactly as the ugg website said and let's just say not only did I waste my money on the product, but my uggs no longer look the same.

It's actually the first time I am not happy with purchase made at Zappos. The only thing I used so far is the waterproof spray and it happened to be broken. It didn't spray evenly and left uneven spots on my boots. But since it's not an expensive purchase I didn't bother to return it. I still have to buy a waterproof spray though.

Yes these shoes are a bit expensive but I am so glad I bought them. They are my all-time favorite shoe. I have been having pains where my toes bend so I need to have a supporting shoe that holds my feet all around and keeps those pains at bay. I have several pairs of Ecco, Joseph Siebel and Mephisto but they are all ugly for a variety of reasons and nothing that I would say looks appropriate as a nice-casual shoe for work (and not look like a sneaker). This shoe fits the bill in all aspects and is even MORE comfortable than those other shoes. Now that I am familiar with this shoe, I would easily pay this price again for another pair of this brand in black.
