CUTE! Ordered the 6.5 W thinking I'd need the toe space but returned them and ordered the 6W instead. Crossing fingers that they fit better (no heal slip). I'm not quite ready for old lady shoes YET! Adorable shoe in the animal prints!!!!

Was thrilled to find my size 10.5 - Thank goodness for Zappos. I have large feet and can hardly find shoes right for my feet. The Fitzwell model does not compromise style with the larger size. I also loved quick delivery, which was totally essential.

GREAT all-around shoe! This is just a super comfortable and classy shoe. You can dress it up with slacks, or it works great with jeans...nice fit! (True to its name!!). :)

I love these shoes! The heel is harder than you would think given the "gel" area where your heel rests but despite this, the shoes are great. I'm on my feet all day and these shoes were very comfortable. I ordered a 7 1/2, which is my size and they fit perfectly. Zappos' service is beyond my expectations. The shoes arrived in 2 days. It was and is, a dream come true.

Love it! This is my dream shoe. It goes great with my "dressier" wardrobe, and it goes great with jeans. I broke these shoes in within one hour (they were comfortable from the start). I highly recommend this shoe!

Very stiff shoe. I am returning it because my heels slip out, which I have a lot of trouble with wearing size 12.

These shoes took some time to break-in. They hurt both my toes and my knees. I was surprised because they are pretty basic and low heeled. I think this is because they were stiff out of the box. I have used a shoe stretching spray over a couple of weeks to soften and lift the leather in the toe box. They feel quite good now.

Size 9 was slightly too short but too wide in the heel. If only these came in a narrow as my heel kept slipping out. I would have tried a 9 1/2 narrow.

I haven't worm these out yet, but walking around the house they are very comfortable. A great shoe with slacks, but I don't think they would look good with a skirt. A good, comfortable utility shoe.

Sturdy and stylish, but needed me to add some ball of foot cushioning and some arch support. Toe box has good room.

I love the croc style but after awhile the sides begin to tear at the seams. The padding in the heel is small and very uncomfortable/hard for the heel where there isn't padding but after a few days of wearing it, you get used to it. The only other thing is that the shoes crease/bend really bad at the top but it's still a good shoe for work. I'm about to buy another pair, just wished they offered more colors.

Stylish and comfortable shoe for work or casual days.

My only complaint was that the stitching was a little frayed on the side; but as far as I can tell so far it's only cosmetic. I thought with the padding in the heel it would be extremely comfortable, but it is not enough to rate it a "5".

I was looking for a comfortable and fashionable brown loafer that I could wear all day long (hard to find in wide widths). I tried a number of different shoes before staying with this one. The shoes were a little tight at first across the top of the foot, but after breaking them in a bit, they are very comfortable.

Great loafer - I had been looking for an affordable black loafer for months. I wear a size 12, so this is no small feat. Initially I was skeptical about black patent, but once I received them and put them on, I was hooked. The only two problems I have are 1. They are very roomy in the heel and they slip - problem solved with putting pads in the front. 2. They permanently creased on the vamp on the first wear, but it doesn't appear to be cracking or damaging the shoe at all (they just look "seasoned"). I'd buy this shoe again.

Great shoe - I really like this shoe and the way it looks. The only problem I have with it is not the shoe's fault! I wear orthotics and have a hard time finding a shoe that my heel doesn't slip out of the back because the orthotic is about 1/2 inch thick at the heel.

Good shoe for bad weather days - This shoe has rubber sole and a gel-type inlay in the bottom inside the shoe at the heel. I did send the shoe back for a smaller size and it did fit... no problem getting a smaller size from Zappos, they are very consumer oriented.

Nice, but no support - A good overall flat shoe. I got these because I was looking for a classy comfortable dressy shoe for pant suits, but they don't have any arch support and feel a bit flat (no cushion), so I'm returning them for a more expensive Taryn Rose pump. I'd rather spend more for something that feels more substantial. If you are looking for a basic inexpensive patent leather shoe, this will work.

Nice shoe, but a few problems - I think this shoe is attractive, but for me, it ran too narrow (most D widths fit me, but not this one). Plus, I don't see or feel any arch support. It is too bad because otherwise it is a sturdy, nice everyday shoe.
