I made a mistake and listened to the product description and some of the other reviewers. NOTE!!! These do NOT run a size too big. I ordered a size smaller than my usual size, and they were WAY too small. Going to return them and try it again with my NORMAL size. What a hassle. Folks, order your USUAL size!

These Ugg boots are the best investment i have ever made! Yes, they are a bit pricey and yes, they are a little bit uggly but they are the most comfortable, warm, insulated against the cold boots that I have ever tried and they are mine! Long did I hesitate to buy a pair of Ugg Boots because I did not like the way they looked for the price they came at. And then, I moved to Missouri in the middle of winter and I can say that winters are cold here! But with my Ugg boots I daresay I am not getting cold feet. I do not know what it is, the sheep skin or the thickness or whatever, my feet are warm and cozy no matter what. Oh and I wear them without socks and miracle of all miracles, my feet do not sweat or stink! Now, talk about amazing! How is it that my feet do not sweat? I have no idea! But it is the beauty of my Ugg boots, they are that good! Comfort wise, it is like I am walking on a fluffy cloud, I kid you not. I ordered a pair of Classic short in a 7. I was really worried that 7 was going to be totally the wrong size because I am a 7½ sometimes 8 depending on the brand. Choosing the size 7 for me was absolutely the right thing, they fit perfectly well and I have absolutely no complaints about that. Now, one last thing before I split, invest in getting the Ugg water and stain repellent and use it on your Ugg boots before you wear them! It will protect your boots against the rain and the snow and you will not be sorry! It is worth every penny to make that purchase, the way I see it is I am protecting my investment. Apply one coat outside (if you can) and wait four hours and then apply a second coat and let them be overnight. You will not regret it! It did not alter the color of my boots once the product was soaked in the leather and it is very efficient, I am telling you, rain, snow, whatever, my boots are fine.

I love my UGG Classic Shorts. I must admit, after having them for several weeks and wearing them almost constantly I believe I got the wrong size. I will keep them though. I am a size 11 in all shoes and should have gotten a 10. I did some research on sheepskin shoes and came across this ". . . sheepskin is one of those unusual materials of which there is no equivalent. Most people know that leather shoes stretch. Well with sheepskin shoes, this happens even more so. A good fit means the shoe is nice and firm--almost, and I mean almost, to the point of being a little uncomfortable. This is because they stretch." Another key factor is that wool compresses with your weight. You might start with 15mm plus wool poking at your toes from all angles but soon you will find the wool flattening leaving more room. With some styles, such as the Hi/Classic Tall Boots, the toe area will dome up at the front, moulding to the shape of your feet. A good rule of thumb is that if you place your bare foot on the bottom of the sole with your heel lined up with the heel of the boot and there is an inch to an inch and a quarter (say 2.5 to 3 centimetres) between the end of your big toe and the end of the sole then these are perfect. Any more than that and they will be quite roomy once the wool has flattened and the skin has stretched." Since some other reviews on here said to order down and other say to order the size I found this article helpful because it explained WHY you should order down when the boot description doesn't and the reviews are contradictory. I bought these as a gift for my mother in law and had to exchange them for a larger size. These do not fit the same as they did in years past. I am a 7.5 and take a 6 in classic tall and Ugg slippers. I couldn't even get my foot in the shaft of the boot. There is no way they would fit my mother in law if sizing down. I recommend to get your regular size in these. They are also not as wide as in past years.

They are very comfortable. My feet are usually cold but when I wear Ugg boots, my feet are so warm even without wearing socks! And I never get tired when I was on my feet all day shopping and walking. I love them. I will buy other colors.

I recently bought these boots to add to my Ugg collection. I have several different pairs in different colors and styles. I was very disappointed with the quality of the new boots Ugg is making. The shaft of the boots would not stay up and was very thin. The sheepskin lining was not equal in both boots either, and one was much thinner than the other. Also, the boots were too loose and I felt my foot slipping out of them with every step. This is not the fault of Zappos, but the fact that Ugg seems to be making lower quality boots is very disappointing. I wanted the chestnut color, but they feel cheaply made. I also feel like my toes would go right through the top after a few wears. I recently got the chocolate color for christmas and they feel just perfect! I feel like the chestnut ones are not made like they used to be. I will be returning them and hope that Ugg will start making their chestnut Uggs with better quality again soon before I purchase another pair.

Obviously, the boots are amazing. Zappos continues to be a company dedicated to customer service. I recommend Zappos to everyone I know.

I am a fan of Uggs and have been since my first pair in 2006, but I don't like the way the newer ones fit. I loved my classic shorts back in 2006, but have barely worn the new ones I got in the same style last year. They're too tight around the ankle and narrower than my old ones. The new boot also isn't as flexible as the old pair is and it's hard to tuck my pants in them. I doubt I could break them in much either. My mom just got a pair of the Bailey Buttons and I would say the same for those. Too narrow around the ankle. I'm bummed I didn't try a size up when I had the chance. I probably wouldn't order a size down without trying your typical size first.

Love these boots! I have had the Classic Tall before and they got too warm sometimes, but these are perfect! I usually wear a 7.5M in other shoes. I tried a 6 in these but they were so tight they hurt and felt like my foot was falling asleep. It also felt like my toes were scrunched. The 7 feels much more comfortable, warm and perfect! I would not recommend sizing down 1.5 sizes unless you don't mind your feet being cramped.

Ugg Sizing As a long time wearer of Uggs, I've tried two different sizes. I'm a normal 7 1/2 shoe, I tried both Ugg sizes 7 & 8. The size 7 is the way to go. It may seem tight at first, but once you wear them a bit they are perfect. The size 8 seemed great at first, but got sloppy as time went on. My friend has been wearing Uggs for over 10 years and agrees.

Very poorly made. Really disappointed in the recent Ugg Boots. This is the third pair I tried and each one is badly made. Different sizing, heights, one, you couldn't even get your foot in. Not used to this from Ugg.

These are my 1st pair of Uggs and I now understand why people wear them all year no matter the weather. I love them. I have not worn anything else out of the house since I bought them. Best footwear purchase ever.

Love these boots. They are like slippers. I found them true to size even though I have a high arch. Zappos delivered in two days. They are awesome!

Initially, I had a really hard time even getting the boot on. I persisted because I loved the look on a blueberry colored boot and, within a few days, the boots seemed to stretch enough to get them on easily and I have never had another problem. These are really comfortable and I get many compliments when I wear them. I bought the protectant and treated them before I wore them outside and they look great, even when I have been in the rain. These are my "happy shoes." Something about wearing blue shoes just makes me feel special! Wish these came in bright red or green.

I love UGG boots! I have two pairs of Classic Short in black and chestnut. I wear 8M in ever shoe I own except UGG. I have tons of shoes (but never enough). Size 7 is perfect after a few hours of wear. I have one pair of size 8 and they are way too big and flop around on my foot. I wear those around the house only.

Living in MN the winters present a challenge not only to stay warm but look fashionable doing it. When I saw these UGGS on sale on Zappos I jumped on the deal. Love them!

Great style and very comfortable. Not ideal to wear in the rain. The toe got wet and it is now left with a big, dark stain that is not going away.

Love these Uggs! As with all Uggs, they are so completely warm, cozy, and comfortable - first thing on my feet every, single morning. Zappos made it so easy to order a few pair and select the one I liked best. Thank you, Zappos.

I was a little skeptical about this color because it looks brighter than it seems but when I got them today I fell in love and was happy to add them to my Ugg collection!

Love! Arrived when promised. I was a bit nervous about the size as the reviews were mixed. I am a tweener size (8.5). I usually size up in running or hiking shoes to a 9, and often down in a boot with a heel. I have never owned Ugg Boots before (kicking myself!)--so I had no previous size to go on. I usually do well in sizing down to an 8 on a slip-on boot, so with fingers crossed that is what I ordered and the fit is spot-on. I could easily wear a pair of socks with them...not that they would ever be needed with the SuperAmazingFantastic thick cloud of deliciousness that is the 100% real shearling liner. I am guessing they will end up a bit on the loose side when the liners finally break down, but until then, these are the best Christmas gift a girl could ever give herself. Adding: I bought the claret color, beautiful, and a bit darker than shown (which I expected and am pleased about. More of a dark raspberry color. 5 stars all around.

I was late to the UGG, but I'm glad I came. They are fantastic! Admittedly UGGs are not the most beautiful shoe, but boy they are comfortable, warm, and toasty. My husband likes to ask where I keep the ice block I rub my feet on in the winter. I just can't seem to keep them warm indoors, or out. UGGs do the trick though! And as always, Zappos is absolutely wonderful!

These are great. Nice color, nice weight, nice size, nice height. I sprayed them with a suede waterproofing and they didn't discolor, so far so good.

Just got my Uggs today...and wow, what can I say, other than they are amazing? I wasn't hoping too much because I already have a pair of EMU boots. I didn't think that there was much of a difference between them, until I got my Uggs. The Uggs, I felt, had more cushion and the sheepskin wasn't as rough as my EMUs. The boot isn't as heavy as my EMUs either. It could be because of the different soles? Either way, I am happy with my purchase.

I ordered these and ignored the suggestion to order a size smaller. I got my regular and size and still had to send them back and order a size larger. I wear a 7, but had to get an 8. I like these boots, they are very comfortable.
