Recommended by the physical therapist and we have bought them for 3 years. It really helps when playing or during PE.

I do feel these are overpriced. They have lasted about over a year. They’re true to size and offer moderate arch support. I’m disappointed these do not fit in my eds newberry size 8 timberland clogs. They’re shaped wrong. They fit in all of my athletic shoes though except for my Nike 5.0’s and they do fit in my timberland boots. I can stand in these for hrs without my feet hurting unlike the green ones. These work very well for people with high arches. I highly recommend.

I didn't think they would work well because they were thin. But to my surprise they work very well.

I struggle from plantar fasciitis for a long time. I never did anything about it until I couldn't bare the pain anymore. My Podiatrist recommended Super Feet so I bought them and was satisfied
I have happy feet now but I was hoping for a softer orthotic. The product does the job though!

I bought 3 different style of Superfeet, but had problems with my foot sliding forward. My heel is unstable due to a fracture years ago. After my reviews went in I got a call from Jeff Grey, who really tried to make a good match for me. He sent me the Berry, which has a very stable, deep heel cup. My foot does not slide forward at all. I have been purchasing these now. My only wish is that the sole had more cushioning. I have very little fat under my sole and could use more softness in the sole. I really appreciate Mr. Grey calling me and helping me. This is not something I expected. I highly recommend this company for their customer service

I love the Superfeet black insoles but was looking for more cushioning in my next pair. I would say these are more cushioned than structured, which doesn't work for supporting my poor little stress-fractured feet! I also find the heel cup to be on the shallow side. I'll be returning these and trying to find something in between the black and berry insoles.

Been using Superfeet for years. Love them. My only complaint about this one? Why is the women's insole $5 more than the rest?

After researching and reading tons of reviews on these Superfeet Insoles, I thought I had found my match. However, when I tried these on in a pair of shoes I was disappointed to find that these insoles really do not have a lot of arch support, which is what I need. The heel is cushy though and they fit my ladies foot nicely. Just not enough support.

I like these more than the green superfeet. The greens ones for me feel like I am walking on cement without shoes on and they felt hard as a rock. These ones feel much better. I bought two pairs one for my 8.5 which one of the nordstrom workers cut them for me by tracking them around my Nike insoles and the other for my size 8 shoes. The size 6.5-8 fit hm size 8 shoes perfectly. The 8.5-10 however didn't fit properly. They were more for size ten shoes so fortunately cutting them worked. The thing I love about superfeet is they last for over a year and they have insoles for each arch type and each type of shoe. I also own the 3/4 for flats and the 3/4 for high heels but I wear the 3/4 ones in my Steve Madden boots because I do not wear high heels and they're really comfortable in those boots. They are made for shoes that have a heel of more than an inch. The 3/4 for flats I wear in my Born oxfords. Superfeet is a great brand.

I was torn between these and the Green. I am happy these are sized for women, and they provide great heel support. The arch is a bit low for me. I am using them in my trainers for walking. I am happy with how snug they fit...no slipping. I will see in time if the arch is enough.

I have Plantar Fasciitis and these insoles finally helped me be comfortable in my work boots that I have to wear all day. The heels are slightly hard, but the arch support is fantastic. They did they trick for my mom with the same issue. We both have high arches and narrow feet. The unisex insoles didn't work well for me, but these female-friendly designed insoles work great.

These are supposed to be a little narrower in the heel for women and designed for high-impact activities. I compared them to the Green and Copper Superfeet and found no difference in heel width viewed from above. From below, there is a difference in construction, and this insole is more flexible if you do a lot of jumping. It seems to me that the Copper Superfeet have more arch support and more cushioning. The Green Superfeet also have more arch support but less cushioning on the forefoot. By the way, I wear a woman's 10.5 N in athletic shoes but the Size D Superfeet just barely fit.

I had pain in both of my feet for months and my shoes just weren't helping. My podiatrist recommended Superfeet so I gave it a try. My pain went away while I was wearing the Superfeet in my shoes. Of course my feet still hurt while they are barefoot but the Superfeet did the job.

I bought these to insert into my boots. I'm a teacher and stand all day so I need some sort of support. I bought my boots a size up so these could fit. So far so good! These are narrower than the green which is good because the green cause my shoes to slip on the heel. Be careful (and patient) trimming because if you trim too small then it ruins the insert.

First time I have tried these since I seem to be having heel pain. They were easy to trim and put in my Nike Shox sneakers. I could feel that they were in there instead of the insole that came with the sneaker in terms of a little more heel cushion and stability, but they fit well within the shoe and weren't uncomfortable in any way. I think they are helping me with more support and heel pain has been reduced after running with these in.

Well made, nice cushioning but raised the heel so my forefoot pain increased. I seem to do better with metatarsal support. I have no heel or arch pain.

No longer wake up with sore feet, which is life changing; however, insert has come unglued. Still works, but shouldn't fall apart after such a short period of time.

My podiatrist recommended I use these while running after I developed Morton's neuroma in my right foot. While the inserts helped alleviate the neuroma pain, I started to develop new pain in my ankle and knee. I can't say for certain why that happened, but it feels like using these insoles removes a good deal of the shock absorption capability of my running shoes. Also, I didn't like the feel of running on them- they make my running shoes feel stiff.

My arch still hurts after working a long day. Arch support was the reason I bought these.

They are fine, but I don't notice anything unique or special about them compared to other inserts I have tried. Not bad at all, just average

These inserts are okay, but I was looking for a little more support. I also bought the green ones because I wasn't sure which would work better for me. I use the green for my everyday work shoes, since I am on my feet for 6 hours straight. I am very happy with those. If you don't need a lot of support, but just want more cushion, the purple are fine. For more support, the green are best.

I've had these for a while but can't say that I find them particularly helpful as I don't experience much difference....
