I have 2 pairs of these in my 2 pairs of sneakers. Since I have low arches, it can be painful to walk or jog if the shoe does not have enough support. Superfeet is my solution. Basically putting these inside my sneakers makes a huge difference. I also noticed that without these insoles, my feet tend to roll and do not land straight in front of each other. They tend to roll a little to the side. With these on, my posture gets corrected! Keep in mind though that if you are looking for soft padding/ cushioning from your insole, Superfeet is not for you. You would be better off getting other brands like Lynco Aetrex, Spenco etc. for insoles. Superfeet has the philosophy that when you are going to be active (like walking , running, hiking, cycling etc.), what gives your feet max support for mobility is firm support - e.g. everybody loves soft cushy pillows, but most people sleep on hard beds to get support for their backs so you don't end up with back aches. It's the same idea. Since I tend to be very active, I find that to be true; the cushier/more padded premium insoles I have (such as Lynco, which cost me almost twice as much) just don't support my feet as well as Superfeet.

I wore custom orthotics for years, but found them, uncomfortable, bulky and lacking sufficient padding. These Superfeet Premium Blue are a good compromise for increased everyday support and sufficient cushioning. They even transfer well into my tennis shoes. If you're looking to wear them in dress shoes or tighter-fitting athletics shoes I'd recommend the Blacks. Otherwise, the Greens provide additional cushioning. I own a pair of each.

My podiatrist recommended that I try these for heel pain associated with plantar fascia. He said that these were the best off-the-shelf orthotics that I should try before considering custom orthotics. While not solving my plantar fascia problem (this wasn't the expectation, unfortunately) they have reduced my foot pain. I also notice a big difference when wearing a pair of shoes without the orthotics. For comparison purposes, I wear Crocs while gardening, and the orthotics give me a similar type of comfort on my tender heel as the Crocs do. I liked my first set so much that I ordered extra pairs and Zappos was nice enough to ship them extra fast without additional charge. This was my first experience with Zappos and I was happy with both my Superfeet orthotics and Zappos.

This might be a premature review since I have only started wearing this product. But I think they may be a solution to a problem I've faced for years. I have medium to high arches, and plan on using Superfeet blue in sneakers. Since sneakers tend to have a built in arch even when you remove the insole, my custom orthotics made me underpronate when used in sneakers. This caused me to develop bunions on the outside of my feet. Superfeet blue seem to provide just enough arch support in sneakers for me.

These insoles for shoes did not need to be cut. They fit all my shoes. I love these. They relieve pain from plantar fasciitis.

I'm an over pronator and these provide additional stability with my Mizunos which I love.

My sport physician recommended I use these in all my sport shoes. They have helped correct my posture starting with my ankles thru knees up to my hips... now I can get out of bed in the morning without popping each hip before I take a step. I even think my golf swing is more balanced. Although my score may not reflect it.

I have low arches and need a stiff sole on the shoes I wear. Sometimes it’s hard to find a shoe that looks good and also has the sole I need. When talking to my podiatrist about this, he said they could make some insoles moulded to my foot for ~$100 or I could just go out and pick up a pair of blue Super Feet and they would be almost as good. I went with the SF and never looked back.

Fabulous orthotics - Bought these for my daughter since she has flat feet. She finds them very comfortable and I've noticed how her feet point forward now instead of pointing slightly out. Easy to fit to her shoes, nice material, solid construction.

These definitely lend the arch support you need. In the instructions it does inform you that the arch support may feel too far back (and it does at first) but once you get used to them, they're great. I can definitely feel the difference in my running shoes. I only wish they were a bit more cushioned and a bit more flexible in the front area of the food. But if support is what you're looking for, these definitely help out!

Not enough padding -
I really found these inserts to be uncomfortable. They were too hard.

Excellent!
As someone who has nearly flat feet, these feel great. They do especially well in my Converse All Stars which have no support to begin with. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for extra support.

Happy feet -
The Superfeet are better than I expected -- they fit in most of my ballet flats (they were too deep for only one pair), took no time at all to get used to, and have relieved my very tired feet! Overall, they are a great product for someone like me who doesn't want to give up their "fashion" shoes, but does want to add more comfort.

These are definitely more comfortable than no arch support, but they are not very cushioned so they feel kind of stiff and hard.

I tried these in my 1 yr old Saucony sneakers (which I love) without the shoe insert, and they felt good but made a popping-clicking noise with every step. So I tried them on top of the shoe inserts. No noise but it made the shoes too tight. Next I tried them in my New Balance sneakers, without the shoe inserts. They felt better than the originals (which make the bottom of my feet hurt), but I can't say they were wonderful. I wore medium thick socks with both pairs. My feet are bony (podiatrist say I have no fat pads left), size 12 and hard to fit. Maybe I'm just too picky, but I don't think these inserts are worth the money.

Several years I ago I acquired a case of plantar fasciitis - so painful! There was a two month waiting list to see a doctor, so I was trying everything. Nothing worked well, but these inserts saved me. I was able to cancel my appointment and have now bought several replacement pairs. I usually replace every year.

Love these insoles! Use them in my running shoes and every time I start having knee problems I know it is time to get new insoles - never fails - new insoles - knee problems go away! Run about 25 miles per week and only replace about every 8 months. Love them!

This was suggested by my doctor to help with my pronation, and the Superfeet are terrific. I was fitted the first time by a store that sells them locally. They seem to be holding up very well, and I have ordered several to place in other shoes.

I previously bought the black Superfeet and they helped me in overcoming the Plantar Faciatis in my right foot. I wanted a second set for my golf shoes and after reading some reviews I opted for the Blue Superfeet. I feel that they are the right choice for a shoe that you are active in as opposed to everyday wear. A little more support. My feet are 11D with a normal arch height.

Terrific addition for my new hiking boots. Just enough arch, helps the boot fit better (no wobble) and great cushioning.

These work really great in sneakers. I put them in my neon Reebok running shoes which don't come with a lot of support. I need arch support and these are great for that. They are too big for smaller shoes like supergas, the black superfeet as well. For those I would use the half size inserts.

As a flat footed female, I purchase Superfeet for all of my athletic shoes. I've been using them for about 6 years and find they made a significant difference in the overall comfort and support of my feet.
