fantastic shoe in a rainbow of colors - Gorgeous shoes! I ordered it in the patent grey and they are beautiful. Also very comfortable. I have longer, narrower feet but I got the normal width and they fit just fine. I usually wear 8.5 or 9, and went with the 9s. They do have a long pointy toe but it looks good with jeans or wide leg pants/trousers. The shoes fit comfortably the first time I put them on--a rarity. They also have cushioning in the heel and the heel itself is not too high but still looks good! Overall a great shoe!

These were beautiful shoes and fit true to size. I have major foot issues though, am a flight attendant, so had to choose something else. Even as bad as my feet are, I almost kept them!

Funny Toe - I am not a big fan of pointy toe shoes, but I sacrifice for fashion. These shoes, however, I returned because the toe portion lifted upward giving me the impression of elves shoes at Christmas. Perhaps they would have looked better with trousers, but since I needed them for a skirt, they just didn't work. They would have been comfortable though.

Comfortable Work Shoe that's cute - I've been wearing these shoes all day (it’s the first day, too) and they are so comfy! The black patent looks sleek and nothing hurts. Thumbs up.

Looks better in person! I LOVE these shoes. I got the Zebra print and the heel is just the perfect height. I had to get a W width and it's a little tight around my toes, but I'm sure they'll break in.

Fitzwell Lana II - I had been looking all over for grey shoes. These shoes are so comfortable, came overnight, and everything is perfect. I love them.

Great shoe!! Fit is TRUE TO SIZE - I love this shoe. It is really great for work or jeans. I originally ordered these in a 13 Black thinking that it's like the usual fitting pointy toed shoe but it was too big; I'm a 12. Returned them and ordered the 12 and they fit like a glove. Zappos are great and I did this all in the span of 2 days LOL.

Great pump - I found the opposite of earlier reviewers- one full size smaller. I usually wear a 7 1/2, sometimes a 7 W. In this shoe I ended up with a 6 1/2. I've only worn them a couple of times, but they appear to be of fine quality- both material & manufacturing.

Very comfortable - The little gel pad in the heel really makes a difference! And the shoe has a little give to it, so your toes don't feel cramped at all. Very, very comfortable from the get-go. Beautiful shoe, too... As Stacy London would say... "Shut UP!"

Fitzwell’s Lana II - Fabulous!!!!!! One of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn...for 12 hours or more!!! They look great, but the comfort is the selling point. Hard to find such a stylish, classic, sexy little pump that actually doesn't hurt your feet. Zappos is the greatest site as well.

Great shoe! Great shoe although I prefer the Lana over the Lana II because in my opinion, two gel soles are better than one! I'm a size 8, although I've been getting the 8.5 in this shoe and it fits beautifully.

Cool pumps - These are great, inexpensive pumps that look cool and are pretty comfortable. I got the leopard and they are quite wonderful. It has a fairly tapered toe which I love, yet don't pinch (I did get them 1/2 size larger, which is what I normally do on a shoe with this profile). The heel height is just right for a pump. I may get a couple more in other colors. Overall, an amazing shoe for the price.

Absolutely fantastic! I recently purchased three pairs of shoes via Zappos.com. It was my first time using this website, and I was NOT disappointed! I learned of this sight from Tyra Bank's website. I was looking for attractive AND comfortable black pumps. After reviewing many different brands, I settled on the Fitzwell Lana II due to all the raving customer reviews. I ended up purchasing THREE pair (ok I love shoes!). The size was accurate, the look was classic, and the "break-in" time was less than one day! And I received them in less than 24 hours! If you want a classic/professional pump, and are on your feet for hours a day, I recommend these shoes! I bought them in black, patent red, and the cheetah print. LOVE THEM ALL!

Amazing shoe - This is by far the most comfortable heel I have ever owned. As a previous poster noted, the shoe is much cuter than pictured, and I was amazed how great my feet felt at the end of the day.

Great shoe - I love this shoe. I wear a 12 M and I first ordered this in a 13 because of the pointed toe but had to return it. THEY ARE TRUE TO SIZE. My 12 fits perfectly. They are so comfy and sharp. Perfect for work and wearing with that great pencil skirt or knickers.

Gorgeous patent shoe - When I first tried on these shoes, I thought I could easily play four quarters of basketball in them. However, by the end of the day I had a blister on my right heel. Sure hope they break in fast because these shoes are gorgeous! I am going to wear them as much as possible. High quality, good arch support and perfect heel height.

Classic and comfy - I'm new to the pointy shoe thing, this is only my 2nd pair and these are MUCH more comfortable than the Nine West's I bought first. The squishy blue gel in the heel is great, although they could use a little more cushion on the pad of your foot (right behind the toes). Overall a great shoe that I look forward to wearing and looking cute in!

COMFITTABLE!!! All the reviews are very truthful - This shoe IS comfortable and ABSOLUTELY TRUE TO SIZE. No one here said whether or not they were larger women so I was very concerned about how their comfort related to mine. I am 5'1 and about 167lbs... I also like comfortable shoes (Pumas, Birkenstocks, Doc Martens, Crocs, Aerosoles) and do not like to submit my feet to any type of displeasure. These are great looking and great feeling. The gel cushion in the heel is a bit weird at first but I got used to it in about 5 minutes. I ordered them at 10:40am on Thursday; they were at my house at about 1:30pm on Friday. I wore them to a wedding on Saturday from 10am until 7pm and at no point did I feel the need to take them off to relieve my feet. I wore them without stockings too... AND since I was running late, I also ran in them up the steps and into the church. I got them in red patent and they're super cute... a great red. Hope this helps some of you out there... And although the price tag had me reluctant to purchase, it turns out they're really worth it if you want comfort. Can I also add that I didn't get a SINGLE blister? And I wasn't just sitting around, I was up and dancing and socializing standing up AND it was very hot (It's summer here in California)... The perfect combo for feet blisters, yet I had NONE! Great shoe, can't say it enough.
