I love these tights. I wish the rise was a bit higher, but I'm tall, 5'9". Love the compression and support on the legs, especially for the knees. Helps me avoid using KT tape for my shorter runs by giving me enough support to stay strong and healthy. Well worth the price, and love the styling. Would recommend for runners of all levels, beginners to advanced, to help avoid injury and get the most from your workouts worry free.

I'm 5'7 130lbs and I wear a small. They fit amazing my only complaint is they are shorter than i would like them to be. I wish they were an inch longer. I recommend the small because they provide awesome compression. I agree with one of the other reviewers that the athletic part is getting these pants on!! once you get them on you won't be disappointing. I've had 2 hip surgeries and these are the only pants I can run in. I have also noticed that my recovery time while wearing these is significantly faster than when I wear my usual lululemon pants.

I love these tights. They have great compression for protecting the muscles and look good too! I am most comfortable in a size medium and I'm 5'7 and weigh about 128 with athletic legs.

I am a guy who is 5'6" and 125 lbs. The men's small in this same style still didn't seem like they were going to give the compression I was looking for. These ended up working great! I wore them for the Chicago Marathon, and I'd say they helped me make it through and then recover faster.

These are the best. They look like they will not fit out of the package but pull them on and go for a run. The support is great and they look good. They do run a little short as I am 5'4" and they are just a little above my ankle. I am 125 lbs. and the small fits great. This is the second pair I purchased and will be purchasing the capri length. Zappos is the best for purchasing online. Quick processing and delivery.

I have a bad hamstring and needed some true compression pants. These are terrific and I think have really made it possible for me to keep working out. Great support, and these leggings feel better the longer the workout goes. If you just want something shiny and stretchy to wear, you will find cheaper options that will do the job. But if you need true compression leggings, I do not think you will do better than these.

These tights are great! They fit very well and are very comfortable. Put them on like pantyhose - it gets easier after a few wearings and washings. The colors are also great; the rainbow colors are bright and make it easy to find a top that complements them. Always the excellent Zappos service, too. How do they do it?

I used to run in shorts and my knees would get tired and sore afterwards. After I started running in these tights, I could not go back. I felt great afterwards, no knee pain, no leg pain, excellent! I immediately bought 3 more pairs. So awesome. Plus these make you look skinny no matter what your size. I am 5'5", 140# - I got the size M.

These are awesome! I ran a 15k in them this past weekend and they really do feel spring loaded. I felt already warmed up and ready to get right into my pace. They fit true to size and I already washed and hung dry, they are great!

I absolutely love these running tights. I am 5'6" and 155 pounds. I ordered the mediums and they fit great! For the cold winter months I am going to order a pair on the insulated ones. I do not think that I will ever run in anything else!

Love the pants. Once I got them up and all in the right spots, I felt like I was floating. I haven't run with them yet as it is still too hot in CA. Love the customer service I got from Zappos. It's what all companies should strive for.

Love them! The fit is terrific. Very supportive. Cool to run in on the warm days yet warm enough for those chilly mornings. Seams very well sewn. Compression is all the right spots.

I know they're for running. I bought these for my granddaughter as she was complaining about knee pain when she practiced for basketball. I didn’t want to put added strain on her other joints by just getting her knee braces. These have worked out very well, she did have to get used to them "they feel funny". But overall a good buy.

Great tight - Wonderful product. Only negative is the crotch. But it's ok if you wear underwear.

These tights are comfortable but didn't keep my legs as warm as I had hoped.

I went a ½ size up due to summer approaching and an orthotic. 7.5 fit much better. Love the shoes and the color. I’m a supinate and neutral shoes work best.

These are pretty tight but they relax as you wear them. I had spine surgery and my low back hurt a bit wearing them. I think the compression does that at first. After removing them my back felt better. I will be flying across the globe in them and see how they do!

For years I refused to wear skin tights while exercising, mainly because I didn't understand them. After wrecking my knees going from couch to 5k, I've been using knee compressions every time I walk/run. I bought these a few days ago desperate for something to help my shins, knees and overall recovery. I have seen the light, I just ordered another pair. They are meant to be tight, like pantyhose, I never understood that it does make a significant difference. I think some other brands try to emulate it but this is serious compression for my whole lef. I actually increased my speed, time and mileage thanks to these. I am 5 foot, 115 pounds, a little pear shaped and I successfully got my thighs, butt and tummy into the small. It was a tight fit and I panicked for a moment but they worked. I am so glad I discovered these!

These are fantastic running tights. I've been wearing this brand since 6-weeks after a c-section, and they provide awesome support. Have been running in them ever since and as I get older, I really appreciate how they help keep everything compressed. That means no loose skin even if you're running 25+ miles a week. Win!

Love these pants! They are flattering and make my legs not feel as sore/tired after I run. They are worth every penny I spent on them even though I was scared at first to spend so much on running pants. I am typically a walmart or kohls kind of girl on those things but not anymore. I am getting another pair because I wear this 1 pair all the time.

I always wanted to try this tights because saw a lot of people wearing it during races. Finally I got them. Running is much easier now. But recovery is completely different. It took me 3 days to feel normal after first time wearing them for 1/2 marathon. I am gonna keep them anyway. They are very comfortable and stylish.
