I am very disappointed in these shoes. The first pair I bought stretched out so much I had to exchange them for a whole size smaller. They stretched too but were comfortable. Then I wore them while traveling through Italy and they stained my feet black every day. I had to scrub my feet with a vengeance to get the dye off every day after wearing. I will never buy another pair of Arches.

Very comfortable smart looking shoe with slight drawback of feeling a bit too flat. I personally like slightly more padding on the soles of my feet.

Perfectly Gorgeous! I have these in 4 colors. They have room for orthotics and look good with skirts or pants. Comfort and great looks. These are my dream shoes. Thanks Zappos!

True to size. Mousse color upper with black sole will go with beiges, grays as well as black. Very comfortable, no break-in necessary. Classy allows casual jeans into "dressy" casual. They may cost more, but with Arche you get what you pay for.

These are the most divine shoes I have ever owned.They are made of the softest leather that molds to my feet (It works well with my prominent bunion) They are summery and cool. The sole is very soft as well. Super comfort with a snappy style. I ordered a size down. They are still a little wide so if you have a very narrow foot probably will be too big.

This is my first pair of Arche shoes, so my review is really a first impression. The fit is true, but there is little arch support compared to other French shoes, such as Mephistos. Even so, I like these shoes very much, and they are quite comfortable right out of the box on first wearing. I recommend them if good arch support is not necessary. As always, delivery was quick. I love the look and comfort of this shoe! The square cut-outs & the back zipper make this shoe sporty & special! Zappos deserve an A+ for their quick service as well as for the wonderful selections offered to their customers!!

good find - these shoes were a great find. soft and comfortable. i got the brick color which seems to go with a lot of things.

This is my second pair of this shoe. I have this style in black and wore them so much last summer that another color seemed like a great idea. They work with pants or dresses and are so comfy. They are cool on my feet and very stable when walking.

My usual size is 81/2 or 9. The 39 is perfect. My feet have about every unattractive problem possible, bunions, hammertoes, narrow heels and a wide forefront due to the bunions. These are so comfortable and the cutout pattern seems to disguise my foot problems. They feel stable when walking and are easy to put on due to the zippers. I love them so much I may order in another color!

Arche shoes: absurdly expensive and absurdly comfortable. Nothing like them. It's all I will ever buy now that I've discovered them. If you can afford them, they're worth it.

After reading the reviews, I ordered 38. My usual size is 8 in shoes and 7.5 for sandals, but the other two pairs of sandals I have from Arche, which I love, are 38 and they fit my feet right. The same is true of this style. They felt instantly comfortable, and while Arche sandals may seem not to offer any arch support, I find walking in them a wonderful experience, maybe because I have flat feet. I ordered Drick in the metallic moon color, and I like it. The shoes seem to be on the narrow side, but my feet are narrow so they work well for me. The main problem I face now is that I also ordered Ilkade from Arche and found that style more interesting. Ilkade does not run as large as Drick, and size 38 in Ilkade was a tad too small for me so I had to return Ilkade. I am now trying to decide whether to keep Drick or not, after liking Ilkade more. . . .

I'm so disappointed with all the Arche shoes I ordered. I got a pair a few years ago and am still enjoying them. This shoe was so wide, and the others were too narrow at the toe. I was willing to spend the extra bucks on a comfortable fashionable shoe, but these didn't work out!

This is my 4th pair of the Drick. First purchased probably 6 years ago. Extremely comfortable . Should fit snug at first but the leather is so soft that, in no time, will loosen. By the way, I am still wearing all the other pairs that look as good as new

The fit and size were perfect. The shoe is comfortable and the fabric is a soft suede. I love the shoe and have several colors.

Oh, I love everything about this shoe-looks(stylish) and fit(comfortable). It doesn’t have an arch support, but hey, that’s remedied easily if you even want to. Gosh, for a good looking shoe to fit my rather aging (well, ok-older than dirt) foot, I’m lucky as all get out. I usually have to go to orthotics (ugly with a capital U). I prefer this shoe in the more elegant black color.

Arche never disappoints. I alway hesitate before paying that much for a pair of shoes, and they're always worthy it. Ths quality of Arche's leather is the best in the world, and the styles are timeless. I

I originally ordered the Arche Drick, in the color Moon, for a trip to Japan, and selected the size 7 (38). I wear size 7 in all brands, so I was surprised when I got to Japan and found that after wearing this shoe for just one week they were so loose I could barely keep them on my feet. I contacted Zappos and complained that I felt these shoes were in fact a size 8, versus the size 7 as advertised. Zappos exchanged the shoes without question for a size 6 (37) and they fit like a glove. After now reading lots of other customers comments, it's clear that Arche has an issue with consistent sizing and that the Drick in particular run large. This is my first pair of Arche shoes and I'm very happy with the quality now that I have the right size, and they're also very comfortable, stylish and perfect for travel. I'm also very happy with Zappo's exemplary customer service, but Arche needs to get its act together with it's sizing.

This is my 3rd pair of Arche Drick shoes. My first pair is at least 12 years old and the soles still look like new. They are my home and especially travel shoes and I probably have walked thousands of miles in them. My feet are narrow and most shoes hurt, rub, etc. but the Dricks are the exception. From the moment I put them on they were wonderful. There is a protective leather cover inside the zipper on the heel of the shoes that prevent the zipper from getting near your skin. After 8 years I had the zippers replaced as they kept slipping down, and I understand that the Arche store in NY can have that done for you. The sole is heavy and great for walking. Because my feet are so narrow, I added an Active brand insole ($35) that fits well in the shoes AND the light grey color of the insole looks natural at the open toe. My first pair are the pewter color and they never fail to attract attention and garner compliments wherever I travel in the world. I bought a second pair in a greenish bronze color just to keep for insurance in case Arche stops making the style, and I recently bought the red ones (that have not been in stock for a while). I usually wear an 8 1/2 N and the 39s fit well. Most of the Arche Dricks are priced close to $300 but when you amortize the cost over 12+ years they end up being very affordable. I highly recommend them.

I was concerned that the look would be too old, but they actually are very stylish with skinny jeans. Extremely comfortable, especially after having multiple hip and foot surgeries. Very soft leather; no break-in required. Although the sole is a bit flat and there isn't much padding, somehow they are still super comfortable. I will probably only purchase Arche shoes from now on, as I had good luck with style and comfort with some of their other styles. Love this brand!!!

I bought these, thinking they were red, but were more of an orange color. Sending back.

I love this shoe. I have it in 2 colors. They look great with everything.
